Best body shop in town. I had a hit and run and called another local body shop I had used previously. They said they wouldn t see me because I have Progressive insurance. My employee highly recommended Trevor at J&K. He took me right in and quickly arranged with Progressive to cover the repairs fully! He even went the extra mile to buff out my scratched hood and restore my headlamp lenses. Thanks for a job well done! I will send many your direction!

This place has a practice of sneaking in extra labor and uncharging parts. If I could give negative stars I would. I asked for an upfront price for a simple oil change and when I went back it was triple what I was quoted. I was a loyal customer for years and I gave them a second chance and it happened again. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not recommend.

I wish I could leave a better review because they've been great at times. But, time and time again I've brought in cars and they charged me for costly repairs only to have the check engine light come on a week later. It's happened to my son now, and we're just done. They fix one symptom without recognizing the source of the problem and solving it once and for all.

I hit a pothole and heard a scraping noise afterwards. J&K was nearby, so I poked my head in. They put it up on the lift and showed me I had knocked the oil pan plastic protector off. He nailed it back in place for free. Nice folks!

I took my car into this shop with two issues: 1) three check engine lights (ABS, 4WD, Traction), 2) the car was shaking so badly it felt like the car was going to die. They charged me $600 for repairs and as I drove out of their parking lot.....the check engine lights came back on and the car was shaking again. Now the owner refuses to take my calls to to discuss options.I ended up taking the car to a second mechanic who fixed the lights (ABS line was touching the axel and grounding) and I had a blown head gasket. Lack of communication and accountability and integrity.

Horrible service! Did repairs without my approval 2 times in a row, never fixed the problem, then took it to another shop that told me they broke a part during replacement or my coil pack! If you like wasting money go with them!

Won t warranty their work . John the owner is a straight up weasel and will take your money then leave your hydronic lines not hooked up and let you leave, and now won t warranty the work they did in my truck two months ago.But they re quick to take your money. Made me pay money JUST TO GET MY TRUCK BACK WHEN THERE LOOKING AT THERE OWN WARRANTY WORK !!!!!!!!I wouldn t take anything more complicated than a bicycle there .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

Very helpful, honest guys on there. Paid them to look over my car at 150,000 miles. They made me a list of things that needed to be done, and fixed what I asked at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I am very pleased with this service. In the middle of the summer, they made room in their schedule for our RV. They found the problem and repaired it. Matthew is very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I will continue to take my vehicle to him. The price was fair and the shop is a full service facility and I highly recommend them.

Quick turn around, quality work for a honest price, willing to work with third-party warranty companies. Had a transmission replacement and brake replacement done, got the vehicle back in almost no time both times, work was excellent and have had no further issues. I wanted to be happy with them and as far as I know, my car is actually fixed, but all of the red flags are present. Diagnostic fee does not go towards repair, estimates are wildly off, and service will end up being done that you didn't agree to or ask for. In my case, I happened to know that the work needed to be done eventually as a long term plan, but it was a big surprise when I went to pick up my car. $120 over estimate, and even that original estimated price was for something they didn't even tell me they were going to do that was twice as expensive as the thing they actually diagnosed. I authorized one thing, they did another.I was too busy and too stressed this week to have double checked everything I should have and that's my fault in the end, but in no way can I honestly recommend bringing your car here. I've already voiced this to the business and I'm open to them reaching out, but this is how the initial experience was.

My car was violently shaking at hwy speeds. I took it in to J and K, they said there was nothing wrong and couldn t feel it. Took it in again and again they said there was nothing wrong and that it didn t shake. I sought out a second opinion (from our now favorite and trusted auto shop) and within 30 minutes they managed to diagnose my care no problem. Apparently my control arm was cracked and my bushings were shot. Something tragic could have happened and J and K sent me off as if I had made the whole thing up. It s appalling to know this could happen to another young family. I don t recommend this auto shop.

Charged 65.00 for a test drive. Wanted to remove the transmission for a 5th gear replacement which is not required. Asked the hrs billed for the job and only said what the book says a shop had told me 5 hr labor. This shop said they do lots of this work but had no idea on labor cost .this shop might be good for replacement of spark plugs but not transmission work..update the transmission was repaired at a different shop for 950.00 and there was no reason to drop the transmission from the truck

They fixed the drive shaft on my motorhome. They got to it as soon as I brought it in since I live in it and was traveling. They adjusted their schedule to make sure I didn't have to leave it there over night. I'm a happy camper, thank you J & K Auto Repair!

I've been going to J&k since 1995. They've always been there for me. They are the only mechanic I recommend to friends and family and now to you. One thing I didn't realize is they have a nice waiting area with couches, chairs, flat screen TV and bathrooms. I was super excited to discover that because I didn't have a ride home. They were super fast with my most recent repair and it was less than initially quoted because they only repair and replace what needs to be fixed.

J & K Auto Repair overlooked primary problems to keep me coming back. They will only treat the symptoms and not fix the cause of your automotive issue. This will lead you to come back again and again.They did this to me with my braking system. They withheld or overlooked two critical leaks in my brake system. They replaced my drum brakes but missed my rotted out brake line and broken cylinder even though they worked on that part of my car. When asked why they missed it through the 1st break inspection they said it was't a problem yet.They will not perform preventative maintenance because it financially benefits them to withhold critical information regarding your vehicle.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

We were quoted 136.60 for an ac recharge . I was presented a bill for 249 .I immediately questioned the bill and was informed that the 136.60 was a misquote . I was also charged 55 dollars for checking the ac unit that I did not ask for . I paid the bill after trying unsuccessfully to question it and as soon as I started the ac it did not work at all .No cold air . My boyfriend took it back and we were told by Mathew that my bill would be adjusted and that they would look at the ac . I took it back and four hours later I was informed that I had several issues and my bill was not adjusted. I took it home.We put a can of Freon in the ac and it works fine . They did not provide anything! I was lied to and treated in a condescending manner .Beware of this businessService: General repairs & maintenance

J&K Auto does amazing work! They are reasonably priced and always stay true to their words about repairs needed and quotes for the repairs. They can get our cars in right away and communicate necessary information promptly. They go out of their way to make sure we understand issues they find. They are not pushy at all and it's obvious that they care about their customers. We won't go anywhere else for any auto repair needs!!

We have taken 4 different vehicles to J&K Auto Repair for multiple reasons. The service is incredible-always friendly, always professional and are always available when we need help. Excellent repair results, mechanically and body work wise. We won't go anywhere else for honest pricing and results.

My experience was with Trevor Harwood and the auto body shop. Trevor quoted me a price less than I was expecting, got the vehicle in the shop in less than a week, and did a bang up job on the repair (pun intended). Very pleased with the level of professionalism, the attention to detail, the communication and options available. Overall experience was fantastic. I own a fleet of vehicles for my own personal business and will be taking them there in the future.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I had some rear end damage to my vehicle and needed the functionality of my trunk back without having to brake the bank. I had expected to spend a good portion of my day but instead Brandon walked in to the waiting room and said he was able to do what I needed pretty quickly and only charged me $30. I was so elated and thankful. If I need work again I will come and would definitely refer a friend. They could of taken there time and it could have cost me a lot more .

RV needed fuel pump replaced, broke down and no other shop or big RV Company within 100 miles wanted to helps us. I called Tedd GM from J&K located in Springfield OR, he said we can fix it on Monday. I left my RV on Wednesday and on Monday Morning 0900 my RV was done. Great price and outstanding service, completely recommend this shop, and thanks for taking care of Soldiers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have reason to trust J&K, and I do. I'm now an older woman who has worked in her own cars often for 50 years until they got hi-tech. A rambler, I've had to get help from mechanics in the US. Canada, Mexico and further south. I was skeptical about prices, service and how I would be treated as an old lady with a beater and living on almost nothing. I've been treated very well and, even though they have so many bays and all, got reasonable prices and was treated unusually well on all counts. This shop has grown from a small garage to a large one because they deserve to be. They actually care.

I replaced my alternator 3 months ago and it went out. Took it to j and k to be replaced and they grabbed my part for me so I didn t have to ride back to autozone with my warranty, they were nice and they didn t push me to fix anything else. They were reccomended to me by a friend who has a good relationship with them. I would reccomend them if you don t want a mechanic who is in your face or sketchy. Also, I called them about 5 times stressing about the warranty and they were extremely nice and patient with me stressing my anxiety about the car. Thanks for fixing my car guys!

I have been going to J and K for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The latest visit was to upgrade my computer system in my 1991 Chevy truck and install a custom built 406. It wasn t a easy project but they came through with flying colors.
