Staff were wonderful, guiding me through a difficult process with my vehicle, during the January ice storm. Every time I called for an update, they were efficient, helpful and supportive. It makes such a difference when we have great community resources and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening at every point. Thanks!

After my car was damaged, it was towed to Fix Auto for assessment. This was shortly after a local ice storm had created a big backlog of business, so it took awhile to coordinate and finalize several parties involved in the final estimates. Fix Auto kept me updated every week and surpassed the communication I received from my insurance company. They also personally drove me to the car rental office after my towed car was dropped off. Their customer service is top notch and I definitely recommend them.

Fix Auto in Springfield Oregon communicated regularly about my vehicle repairs, ordered parts and progress toward completion. The customer service is outstanding. While some parts took longer to arrive I was still kept informed. I am highly pleased with the repairs and body work.

I ve had several vehicles through here. Guy is extremely knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and fair about all the services they offer here. The staff is always welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and the work they do is phenomenal! Most recently, they did a bunch of work on my doors after I sideswiped a pole in my truck. It damaged one door that had to be completely replaced and severely damaged the other along with my steps. The work was done very quickly, and I am beyond impressed with the results. You cannot tell there was ever damage there. It looks better than it ever has. They were awesome and kept me updated the whole way. I highly recommend them.

Had the misfortune of having a car accident that needed significant repairs on our 2014 Subaru. We took it to Fix And they did an amazing job on the car. The inside was actually even cleaner than when we gave it to them.! Would recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

When was the last time your repair was $200 less than the estimate?That is exactly what happened when I picked up my car at Fix It Auto. They did exemplary work on Ruby, my 2018 Accord, replacing the passenger side mirror my husband had shattered backing out of the garage. The work was done in a timely manner and my car sparkled inside and out.This is a top notch establishment! Even the cops have their cars fixed there ;)Service: Body & Trim

Quality of repair was acceptable. Issue is that the shop kept calling me and texting me. It was not my car. Called the shop and made sure they needed to contact my daughter, they took her information and still continued to call and text me and NOT the car driver. Lack of attention to detail and customer direction.Another issue is that they only take credit card for payment and then charge a service fee on using the card. FRAUD ALERT. Checking with state attorney for the legality of this.Would not go back.

I had a person back into the side of my car and I needed it repaired. I spent several hours online reading reviews for body shops within Lane County on Yelp and Google. I've only lived here for a few years and never needed a body shop so I had no recommendations to start with. I looked for a body shop with a steady stream of great reviews for their work quality and customer service. I also wanted that body shop to have a lifetime warranty for their work and stand behind their product.I had my choices, based on many positive online reviews, narrowed down to two body shops. The first shop was extremely hesitant to even give me an estimate (prior to insurance approval) because in their words, "it would be a waste of their time."I called the other body shop, which was Fix Auto in Springfield on Main Street. They told me to bring it by and they would give me an estimate. I went by there and met Guy, the shop manager. From the moment I walked in the door the representatives at Fix Auto were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Guy dropped what he was doing and completed my estimate. I will remind you this estimate was done before Insurance approved any work, so Guy gave the estimate with no guarantee that he was going to get the work. I told them on the spot that they had my business as soon as I heard from the insurance company and we parted ways with a handshake deal that I would follow through on my word. I called Fix Auto the very next week to inform them the insurance had approved the work. I was told that Guy had already ordered the parts in anticipation of our agreement. They got me in and I picked up my car in six days. The work quality was absolutely amazing. I can't even tell that it was ever hit. Fix Auto even went out of their way to buff the entire car so all the paint was perfectly blended. During the course of repairs, I also needed a rental and Fix Auto did all the leg work with insurance company to get my rental approved and the rental reservation made. I can't say enough good things about Fix Auto in Springfield. I highly recommend them for any Auto Body repairs and they will always have my business in the future.

Our very low mileage 2009 Honda Fit got rear-ended and our insurance company recommended Fix Auto. The service was quick, and their frequent updates were greatly appreciated and re-assuring. When we got the car back, it was fixed up and detailed so well it almost looked like the day we drove it off the lot in 2009! They fixed my damaged 2023 Subaru Forester and it looks brand new again. They sent me daily updates via text on the progress of my repair and the repair was done sooner than the expected pick up date. I had a great experience here and would recommend the shop to others.

They are amazing! Miki the mechanic is a wonderful person! The front office staff and everyone there are fantastic! Made my whole experience easy and stress free. We hit a deer in mid Dec. We were going to have our insurance take care of the repairs with a shop they had recommended last time we hit a deer. That shop said they were so busy they wouldn't be able to get the estimate done until mid-Jan, and not be able to start the repairs until mid-Feb. We told our insurance adjuster and he got ahold of Fix. Not only did fix make room in their already full shop to accommodate our vehicle, but they had the repairs done before the other shop would have done the estimate. The repairs were flawless. They even detailed the inside of our vehicle. They didn't care how often we called or emailed, and they always answered the calls or emails. Any time I had contact with anyone in the business, they were kind, courteous, sympathetic, and professional. They've got my business for good, and I'll recommend them to anyone I know who needs bodywork done.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
