Always been a good place to get help and buy locks. He has a very hard 'unpickable' lock I bought and the guy that runs the storage place I rent from has been unset because he cannot get into my shed !

The customer service there was amazing. The gentleman who helped me showed me what he was talking about and walked me through all my options. VERY reasonable prices! I would definitely recommend them!!!

I cannot express how pleased I am with the quality of service received by Eddie and his crew. We have just completed several projects at 2 commercial properties downtown including an access control system, commercial door repair and an entire building rekey. All of these projects got completed with excellent organization, attention to detail and they all came in under the quoted price! We were told by other companies that these projects weren't possible and Eddie made them all happen and will save our company so much money and time in the long run by making our operations more efficient. Another huge bonus is that he has also referred me to multiple other vendors for other projects that have saved us even more time and money! I could not be happier with this business and highly recommend them!

Called at 12pm on a Monday (MLK day.)I was in need of a duplicate key made as I lost my original key skiing. They said that they would put my name down and call me back when they get it made. I called back at 1:30pm after receiving no call. They told me I was next on the clipboard. My dad called back at 3pm to check on it and they told him that they would get him to a tech who then was supposedly busy and that they would call us back when he wasn t busy. Never got a call back, wish they would tell me if they were too busy to help instead of wasting my time.

Have had a number of keys cut here and all good with making a simple copy. But when I asked for key to be cut a certain way, my request was declined and I was given misinformation. I wanted a valet key copied as a master (the only difference was to not cut the end of the key and leave it wider instead of cutting it down), and I explained and showed the difference between the keys. The valet key hadn't been used and worn out, so it would make a better copy. I tried another key place, and they had no problem fulfilling my request.

Extremely knowledgeable and great service, I brought in a locking gas cap that was shipped to me with no key from the manufacturer, they figured out what the key was and cut me 4 new ones that were perfect. All in less than 10 minutes at a very fair price.

OMG!! So helpful and kind. Brought in a broken door lock and they spent an hour figuring out how to get the parts to repair it. Very grateful.

I had broke the tip off my car key. I called and they told me bring the pieces and were able to make me a new key from those pieces. Customer service was awesome , very professional and if I need any other locksmith services, I will be calling these people. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had my first opportunity to do business here this morning and I have to say it was fantastic! The gentleman at the front counter was super helpful and informative and solved a problem that nobody else could, that I asked, in a very efficient manner. Just looking around their showroom it also seems they have just about anything you need for personal or commercial security as well. Great local place to do business with and will visit again next time I am in need. Thanks everyone at the store.

These guys are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. I had a car with keyless entry, the FOB quit working. Dealer wanted $380 for a new one. I bought an aftermarket one instead and asked Eugene Locks and Safe to program it. They were honest beforehand about the potential for failure using an aftermarket key from China. Well, they got it to work perfectly! I'll be going back to them for any and all needs they can help with.

Bought a van and only had an ignition key & no door lock keys so Ibought 2 front door lockets w/keys & changed the drivers door lock& took the lock to Eugene Locks And Safe Co. & they made 2 keysfor me that unlocked all the doors but the drivers door which I hadchanged!!!! So I need to change the drivers door lock back & thenall the locks will be the same & I'll be able to unlock all the doors with one key!! They did such a good job with a reasonable price that wasreally appreciated by me that I have been telling other people of that fact & also those of you that read this review!!!

I've taken a number of challenging problems to them over the last four years - from making a new scooter key that involved cutting the HEAD of a blank to replacing a lock mechanism on a 3-inch-thick door. They're fast, more than fair, and truly a great resource when so many other service providers are inept, disinterested or dismissive. These folks are excellent!

I had wonderful comprehensive customer service, Tony and Diamond were friendly, helpful and motivated to fix my door locks --without charging an arm and a leg. :)I also felt appreciated as a customer-- what a lovely feeling. :)

A great place to go to get you keys made. They were able to program the key FOB for my truck. Programing went smoothly. They are great at the tough jobs.

Tony was extremely helpful on the phone. I 100% recommend. I called asking questions about a broken lock and he kindly answered my questions and even gave me his mobile number to send pictures. I will definitely be going here for all my lock needs.

The crew at Eugene Lock is very professional and knowledgeable. I have continued to use their services over the years from household lock changes to having keys made for vehicles. Very courteous and friendly. They have an extensive inventory of safes and locks. They also provide emergency services for those urgent situations. I would highly recommend them for any lock and safe services you may need.

Eddy was at my house the next morning after talking briefly on the phone. He was very friendly and was able to match all of our locks/deadbolts in a timely manner. I'm definitely keeping their phone number in my phone!!!!

Quick and easy. Needed a key made. It took 15 minutes (2 people ahead in line). Was less than the guys on 14th charge by more than half.I'll be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They fixed a key for me that was "unfixable" at other stores in town, then told me it was FREE! I will definitely go back, and recommend this business to friends.

Had a situation where we were headed out of town for an event. We have a trailer of equipment we were bringing and as we got ready to go we discovered we couldn't find a key to unlock the trailer anywhere. Eugene Lock was able to having someone to our place across town quickly and we were able to get on the road and still make our event in time. Eddie was great to work with. Will definitely use them for all our needs in the future. They went above and beyond for us!

I had a car key cut by Eugene Lock and Safe today. It would have cost me $100 if I go by the dealership but only costed a fraction at Eugene Lock and Safe in less than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied.

The service alone convinced me to drop my local locksmith and deal exclusively with them. My boss, who didn't know that I had changed vendors and went to our old locksmith the other day at the same time that I was at ULAS, we purchased the same brand and model of locks. She purchased 3 locks with the original keys purchased 6 had mine rekeyed. My total came to about $130My boss payed about $135. That is for half as many of the same item without any labor included. This is why they are now our exclusive source for any security needs.

Amazing customer service! My son had jammed a golf cart key into our trailer door, setting the deadbolt with our actual keys locked inside. I called Eugene Lock and Safe Co. and was given several suggestions for how to efficiently solve my problem, and at a lower cost than having a locksmith travel to my location. When I arrived at the ELSC store on Main Street with a broken master key and the trailer s lockbox/handle mechanism, the friendly locksmith made me two new keys and even repaired the lockbox, all for under $20! He was so kind and helpful!
