Dunks did an awesome job installing a leveling kit and new wheels/tires for my Silverado. Casey and Mike made the whole process a piece of cake from start to finish. I even made a small adjustment that they were happy to accommodate. Plus their prices were very reasonable. My truck looks and drives great and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service by Mike and Casey! Terrific products very reasonable install prices and they gave me excellent guidance in what to put in my 4Runner ORP. Can t tell you how happy I am with the way it turned out!

I had the head gaskets on done in my 05 duramax. They were very transparent on any extra costs that might come up during the process. I had a trip planned and Casey and Mike assured me the truck would be done in time for my trip and it was. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Dunks Performance is knowledgeable and all areas I was seeking, lift, steps and suspension. I feel as if they are pricing is spot on and they don t try to sell things you don t actually need. I have, and I will continue recommending Dunk s Performance for all my friends and family as well as my UTV communities!

Idk how, but when I took my WJ in, they routed my serpentine belt wrong. I found this out bc i posted in a forum asking for help as to why my rig is making whining noises and screeching at me to get laughed at in the community for having a rig that is done so wrong. Talk about embarrassing! I cant drive her for fear of this and I ve had other situations in the past of service here. Every time I have toot the bill. Do I foot this damage too? Photo is of my engine bay this morning. Haven t been driving her bc I m too scared to trust my own ride. Good thing I was driving my kid around in this thing.Edit update. Mike gave me a call and was super awesome about getting me back in this week in order to route the belt properly. I ve been going to these guys since I ve moved here so it s good to know they will take care of you if something does go awry.

I had a lift put on by a different company and had nothing but problems with it for 3 months. I took it into Dunks and they found the previous installer pieces together a lift from different kits. Dunks got it fixed and I m more than happy with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Dunks Performance has to be the best shop I have used so far in my adult life. Not only are they incredibly skilled mechanics, their same day (generally) turn around is worth every penny. I brought my Performance disesl in for a new stage 2 South Bend Clutch, and any time ive ever dropped off my rigs for transmission work its at least 3 days before I have the truck back. At Dunks, I think it took them 6 hours and the work was flawless.I also use them for my wifes Honda. Over all this is a great if not amazing one stop mechanics shop for your needs. I highly recommend this place.

Dunks Performance quoted me $1,500 to install an S and S Diesel Disaster Prevention Kit on my 2011 F-350 6.7. They broke a header bolt during the installation and charged me for it. Maybe that s how things work, but it just doesn t seem right. They also under quoted me for gaskets and other shop supplies. The total ended up being $2,200. The install looks really clean and well done; I m just disappointed in the cost.

Dunks Performance always exceeds expectations! Casey and Mike have been extremely helpful in decision making and research for my Jeep build. They are willing to work with you to help find the best solution for your budget. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dunks and will continue to get service work done there in the future. I highly recommend this shop!

Dunks has done a couple things to my 2005 F350 with the 6.0L Diesel. I had them do a lift and body mounts in separate visits. When doing the lift they found some other issues, called me and walked through them, gave me options and I had them fix everything. The work was top notch, the truck drives fantastic, and they led me to the right parts. There's a few different options on lifts for this truck and they recommended BDS, it rides so much better than friends trucks with same lift height, 4 link style. They know what they are doing, and do good work. Definitely will take it back, will be looking for advice on fueling system upgrades, blue spring vs. regulated return, and some other items.

Great, quality install. - Installed a Rocky Road Outfitters 2.5" Lift with new controls arms on my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel.They even attempted to help me with tire fitment - though it required a replacement rim solution I seeked out else were.Update: Back to Dunk's to ensure suspension is good, had an over torqued bolt that started rattling. Took care of me no issues after.

This business was extremely kind and personal and helpful. My girlfriend had a boo-boo on her truck and needed some plastic and small amount of metal trimmed away to prevent the tire from being ruined and they did it for free. At a later date I went in there looking for a clamp for my turbo system and they gave me a used one for free. These guys have some of the nicest looking off-road accessories in their shop I encourage you to go check them out and introduce yourself super friendly service five stars

They've had my husband's car for over 3 weeks with little to no communication. They kept referring to the car as a project but this is his daily driver! He's been out a car for 3 weeks! We needed our fishing gear out of it and they totally ignored my husband! I'd never recommend going to this place if you need your car on a daily basis.Update: got the car back, and it DIED as soon as we hit the road. They ran it totally out of gas. We had our 1 year old and everything. Just a really crummy place honestly.

I'm very happy with the engine replacements on both of my diesel trucks! Casey and Andy do a phenomenal job showing options and are knowledgeable about diesel trucks. I recommend this shop to anyone needing diesel truck repairs.

I called Dunks about some questions on my 4Runner. They price matched amazon, got my parts in 2 days and installed everything in an afternoon. Everything looks great couldn t be more satisfied

dunks was great on everything they actually did on a truck I purchased out of town I booked a pre purchase inspection and I was told for 1 hour of shop time i d get a visual and drive inspection for 2 hours of shop time totaled up to 350$ i would get that plus a full scan. anyways I get the report and the only thing on there are scan and visual notes called and the tech said that they didn t perform a drive test. I make the 3 hours purchased the truck and as soon as I was driving it on the highway I realized that the transmission didn t shift correct 2-3rd gear slips a bunch and makes some humming noise in 3rd Hoping dunks can help me get a refund or some explanation Aside from not getting the full inspection I pod for dunks was great and very proffesional.edit: mike the owner was able to come up with a good resolution that we were both happy with thanks mike and dunks even if it didn t go perfect neither the less happy with the out come of the situation

I took my 2nd gen dodge ram in to diagnose and fix vibration noise at highway speeds. They diagnosed a few different things totalling about $2000 but they never fixed the issue. I got tired of wasting money and found a shop that actually found and fixed the issue. I wouldn't use them again.

Only place I trust. Once I brought in my vehicle thinking the front end was in desperate repair. My daughter did it wasn t driving right.Mike called me to let me know the air in the tires were low. what a duhhh moment for me but I was better safe than sorry.Mike could have charged me an arm and a leg instead he aired up the tires and mentioned we should get new tires soon.Never have I ever met a more honest and hard working company.I d pay double for a honest mechanic and thank goodness I don t have to.Thanks Dunks

This is my latest review of Dunks, I've been bringing my vehicles to Dunks for the last 12 years and as my wife put it; "they have never failed me". I've had various groups work on my vehicles, dealerships and others, and I've always walked away disappointed with either the service or the quality of the work. I've never had that happen with Dunks. I highly recommend them. Below is an example story and one of my first experiences with Dunks:Dunks is the best...I recently had a horror story with a car dealership where they didn't install my 4" lift kit correctly, even though they were the ones who recommended it. After driving off the lot, I realized something wasn't right, but the dealership started giving me the run around for several weeks. I had finally had enough and called Dunks. I live in Albany so I was trying to stay close to home, my mistake. Casey and Mike were able to diagnose the problem over the phone...something the dealership couldn't do with the Jeep on the rack. I took it down and they resolved the issue, at one point, Casey even met me half way (in Brownsville) so I could provide them with the parts. The customer service and support of Casey and Dunks is beyond the best. If you have a Jeep that you need some work done on...go there! Don't waste time or money anywhere else. This is the second vehicle I've had that they have worked on and in every case, they are the best.

I took my 05 F250 in to get some serious work done to it. This was my first time dealing with this shop and I must say it didn t disappoint. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs done to my truck were done on a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely be coming back for any future upgrades or repairs.

I had a great experience with the guys at Dunks Performance. I was dealing mostly with Casey and Richard, but all the guys there are awesome, great team atmosphere. Everything I was promised was delivered, and they went above and beyond to deliver. Ran into an problem with bent lower shock brackets on the rear, and I feel like this would have been a big issue at some shops. It was no issue here. They fixed it and reinforced it with gussets in about 5 min, and charged a nominal fee to do so. I will be taking my sprinter here for everything in the future. Fair pricing for top quality work. Thanks guys!

Dunks Performance is the best! Top notch service, great communication, educated staff and timely service as well. Dunks is my first choice for any work on my Jeep and will continue to be that way. I highly recommend Dunks for any of your 4 wheel drive needs.

Casey with Dunks Performance did an exceptional job fixing my 2006 diesel pick up. They got our truck in and fixed in a very timely manner. They were very respectful and honest with us with everything that was wrong with our pick up. We will be taking all of our pick ups there for future services.

Took my 4runner here recently to get a lift and new tires and wheels. The guys at the front desk were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Very happy with the results. 4runner looks amazing now! Definitely recommend Dunk's!!

I have built race cars and award winning hot rods, it was a pleasure talking with a shop who knew what they were talking about. Highly recommend Dunks Performance.

Thank you Mike and Casey and the rest of the guys for always doing a great job, providing quality service, and always getting my 98 Dodge diesel Cummins back on the road! It was my work truck, and for the last three years my only truck, and it was absolutely imperative to keep it running in order to run my farrier business. Dunks Performance was always able to make it a priority and get me back to work as soon as possible. I ve referred many of my friends over the years and will continue to do so. I really appreciate the excellent service and quality care from the guys at Dunks Performance!

I took my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 there with a number of different problems and they did exceptional work. I have taken that same to truck to other shops in the Springfield area and have had nothing but negative results. You really get what you pay for. And in actuality I should have taken it there to begin with and would have saved money. Thanks to all the guys.
