Caliber Collision did amazing work on my Mustang when someone hit the rear end. The paint job is exceptional, I couldn't be happier. The customer service is amazing. They kept me updated during every step of the repairs and handled everything regarding my rental car. Caliber Collision is a great company and I definitely recommend.

Working with Caliber Collision was truly a 10/10 experience. Their Officer Manager, Amy was an absolute delight to work with. Honestly, she was more helpful than my actual insurance agent in regards to the process and making sure I had all the info I needed .As for the repairs themselves, not only do the repairs look amazing, they completely detailed my car, inside and out!They originally quoted me 6 weeks for the repairs during the estimate, however they had my car done and ready for pick in less than half the time.I will for sure return to this locations if I ever need more body work done.

Caliber did an outstanding job repairing my Mercedes. They kept me informed as repairs progressed and delivered the car several days ahead of the scheduled completion date. The entire staff was pleasant and professional and my car looks fabulous!

I was hit and the front end of my car peeled off. Caliber made it all secure and matched the paint beautifully over the repairs. She looks and drives like she's brand new!

just need my tires fixed and they are only scheduling estimates a month out and actually fixing cars never so don't waste your time! not helpful people, rude. there scheduling said to come in and when i get there they say go somewhere else. people sitting around not doing anything claiming to be short staff. you can't use that as an excuse anymore your leaving family's without vehicles for months in freezing weather!

Took my car here after having a collision with a deer. Was sent by my insurance company but had a great experience. They were super communicative and worked well with my rental car agency. Staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

After 2 years paint is bubbling up and they don't back up their work. They won't fix it because I bought the car from the person that had the work done. I'm not sure why a transfer of ownership should have anything to do with them doing the right thing.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Anthony Decaro took over the repairs on my Durango that was wrecked on 10/31/22 thank God he was able to fit me in even though they were at capacity. It was the other person's insurance paying to bill and it took almost 4 months for them to comply! Anthony was so amazing through it all! I got my car back today and they even cleaned up the mess inside when I threw everything in the accident scrambling to grab stuff. Thank you Anthony. They did such an amazing job fixing my cars body damage! It was so nice how they communicated when it was going into each step and my car looked fantastic! Crossing my fingers my car doesn t get hit again but if it does I ll definitely be coming back to them.

We had a minor accident that required replacement of our passenger door. Caliber was a pleasure to work with from day one. Everyone that we met at the Springfield office was friendly and really helpful. The process went smoothly and our truck was finished right on schedule! They kept us updated via text on the progress of the repair, and they did an amazing job. Not only did they match the paint perfectly on a ten year old truck, but they washed and waxed the whole thing too! It looked like a brand new vehicle when we picked it up.
