I went on search of a new towing company for our fleet of 60 vehicles. Most towing companies want to be paid with a credit card. I found Brooks through another vendor we do business with. I called Dustin (owner). Later that day I visited his shop. Dustin not only has a fleet of wreckers that would be able to handle our large CDL trucks, but also does repair and body work! His team repaired a leak on a promaster van (roof) and an air leak on a large vac truck, in a timely and economically manner! We will be using Brooks for several different services!

Amazing people. Dustin gave my sister a ride home from a bar on New Years Eve with her car towed along for only $25 I'm so thankful that she didn't try to drive herself. Dustin Brooks is a saint

We were so lucky to have called this company. Having car work done is already expensive and stressful, so to have this gentleman be so kind and helpful was such a blessing. First he waited for us to get to our car, then he was so kind to offer advice that saved us 85$. He took a look at it and said he thought it would make it the 1/2 mile down the road, but to be sure he followed us. He refused even a tip, as I'm sure he knew we were stressed.This kind, selfless gentleman's name is TJ. I would totally recommend. I do see all of the negative comments, but I WOULD 110% RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!!!

I set up a tow and sale with them at 10 am and they said thay was on there way and at 530 pm thay said thay was still coming but I found out thay was stalling me because the place had called them to pick it up the next morning ...thay was going to rip me off. ...that is so shifty thay will not get no bigness from me ever

This company hires reckless employees that puts the community in danger. Had to maneuver to prevent a collision from the flat bed. Dove street off of Hwy 99!

This guy didn't want to work, he isn't committed. Not reliable. He tells you that has time to pick you up, that he's going to help you, and then he doesn't call and doesn't show interest or care anymore.When you call him, he doesn't answer anymore.Worst experience in town.

I had a scheduled meet for them to tow my car at 10am then called them at 8am yo make sure we are still meeting, they said yes and that someone is on there way. So I waited till 11:30 for someone before calling again and found out they switched it to 1-2pm so I waited all day and no one ever showed up or even called. I wouldn't trust them.

After scheduling a time for this company to buy and haul off my junk car, they came several hours early before the car was prepared and towed it without me present. I'm now missing several personal items as well as the plates which I planned to remove before the scheduled pickup time. Dispatcher was unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This guy that helped us his name was t.j and he was AMAZING I called asked for estimated cost of towing from mohawk McDonald's to the mohawk mechanic down the road he said 85 WAY cheaper than every other place I called that was 120$ 110$ 130$ and there was one for 160$ he came to the McDonald's in 20minutes waited a few until we got there and was so kind enough to look at the car and tell us we could probably just drive it AND that he would be right behind us if we did need a tow I even tried giving him money for his time and he refusedI would recommend this company!!Service: Car towing

They made an appointment to tow my pickup then never showed. I called and when they finally answered they had no idea what I was talking about. They took my info again and said they'd call right back. They never called and when I called they said there no trucks available and hung up. Tried calling back twice and got hung up on 2 more times. Save yourself from sitting in you vehicle waiting for someone who won't show. Don't bother even calling.Service: Car towing

Called them at 5 in the morning they were able to get out at 11 but then told me they had to get another truck then just never got back to me and left me out in the woods. Don t recommend this company either I can deal with them having to do other stuff and all that but horrible communication they kept saying they were still coming then they said they re truck broke down. Don t use this company. Call Captain Hook towing they were amazing and came and got me right out they said they couldn t come but then heard what was going on and made it their mission to come get me

Tj came as soon as we called and made it there within 15 mins. As soon as he got there he was incredibly nice I locked my keys out of the car and he got them out super quick and when he heard me and my mom talking about how I would have to pay her back because I don't have money right now he simply said merry Christmas and said we didn't have to pay:) he truly restored my faith in the holiday spirit:)Service: Car lockouts

These people are good people, not many tow companies have the professionalism and respect that they displayed. If I were to pick a tow company, which lets admit, it s hard to pick who you d most want to be towed away by, but they make it a simple choice. ZERO STARS! Don't waste your time with this company. They will tell you they will come tow your vehicle then not show up and after you call several times they state they don't have a truck available, after telling you they can! Shady people, shady company.

Crazy terrible drivers, nearly ran me off the road on the highway after tailgating me for about 2 miles and almost rear-ended me at Mohawk on December 14th 2022 at 8:45 PM at Mohawk Boulevard and 126. Definitely would never trust them to tow my car.
