Got my 12 L7 kickers installed a year ago with Brad s CarTunes and been knocking ever since. Just got my Kenwood hi res 958xr head unit installed yesterday. Always very informative no sneaky sales tactics , solid honest hard work. Ashley was a breeze to work with I knew what I wanted she knew what I needed to get that in motion. Jeremy & Edgar saved me money where they could but most importantly did a super clean job hooking my sounds up. You either buy it nice, or buy it twice!! Thanks Brad s !

I just had the best experience with Brad from Brad's Car Tunes. Not only were his prices awesome, but his service was even better. I went in to get a quote Monday and he had an opening Wednesday and messaged me. He got me in right away and even came and got my Jeep and did the install and then dropped it off. Talk about top notch service! I'm freaking out over this new system. Thank you Brad and the guys at Brad's Car Tunes!

Brads in Springfield has been working with me to update the audio in a truck I've been building. We're not done, but close enough for a review. We started with a custom center console enclosure for 2 sundown x-8s and a 3000w sundown amp to push them. They knocked it outta the park. Next phase was fronts, Alpine status 3 way setup with matching amp, and a head unit upgrade to a Sony 9500es. Couldn't be happier with the work. We also did external xm antenna, and tailgate handle camera. Install was great. I went back for some help after and they got me in right then. Will be back to finish up with a rear stage and front cam so I don't need to worry about kids and dogs, or pedestrians in crosswalks in my lifted truck. Great group working there.

I came in with some equipment I had purchased from Brad's a few years ago that I had in a previous vehicle. Ashley got some new parts ordered, told me everything that needed to be done, and had a quote ready in less than 20 minutes.Even though there was an intense ice storm that delayed part delivery, they sourced parts from around the area and were able to keep my scheduled appointment date. Once Edgar started working on the vehicle they gave me updates on time, issues they encountered, and more parts that were needed.Despite my vehicle being a pain, they had it done in 1 day and were able to maintain the same price I was quoted at. The service was excellent and the Audio set up that Edgar put in exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brad's Car Tunes!

My car stereo died and I dropped by Brad's to make an appointment to have it looked at. They determined it was dead and not a blown fuse or something else. A half hour later I was on my way with a newly installed stereo at a very fair price.

Great guys. They help you out without making you feel uneducated about stereo equipment. Man has it changed since I installed my last "Nice System". They listened to what I wanted to do, gave me advice on some tweaks to make it better and did the work in an hour that I would still be working on two weeks later. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and have great products.

Wanted to put a new stereo in to my daughters car as a graduation gift. Scheduling was a challenge, so we ended up setting an appointment for the next Monday. That weekend, on Saturday, j got a call from Brads saying there was a cancellation and thought we could get it done then, but unfortunately we were out of town.That Monday of our appointment turned out to be a day when the shop would have been closed the whole day but they wanted to make sure she got her stereo enough that a couple of the guys came in anyway to get it installed. So impressed with their customer service! Thank you very much.

Shayne and Jeremy fixed our heated seats with perfection. They were amazing and chill. Gave us helpful info on how the seats work and busted it out in a timely manner free of charge.

The other day I was out driving around and passed by Brads Car Tunes #2 I had been having issues with my stereo, (I did not purchase there) so I stopped to see what they had. The Tech I talked with said lets see what you have, so he came out and showed me how to work it. I thanked him and said you could have sold me a whole new unit, and he said "No thats not something I do to people, I dont take advantage of them." I thanked him and drove off Thats a Good Guy, You need a stereo and not sure what you need come here, I feel they wont treat you wrong

This place is great. Called this morning around 10am and talked to Garret to see how much it would be to install a spare tire mounted cerwin Vega 12 sub and they got me right in and had me taken care of in less than an hour. The install was excellently done and the tech (wish I would have gotten his name) took me out and showed me how to properly work the bass controller. All in all 100% happy and would highly recommend.

You guys have done three of my vehicles and three of my vehicles I've had to take them apart and put them back together the right way nothing you guys don't know what you're doing but it's very unprofessional not to put the car back together the way it was this time my Silverado comes back and the dash lights over the heater controls are all disconnected because when you plug the wire and you knocked it off but you didn't bother plugging it back in on my dump truck you didn't even put the handles back into it and on my bike the stereo still works when it wants to and shuts off route to your attention nothing ever done about it so yeah you get a one star from me

Had our original touch screen system replaced last year. Best price, excellent service. I went back a couple times with questions and was patiently walked through the steps I needed to get more functionality out of the system. Ran into an issue recently. Called, was reminded we have lifetime installation guarantee, was scheduled almost immediately, the service was again great going above and beyond to put the system back into tiptop condition! You guys are great!

This company really came through for me. I Went in for one thing that turned into something else. They didn't charge me extra and figured out the issue. I Used the Finance part to pay and they were patient and let me pull up my info in the at the store. I asked allt of questions and all were awnsred. No rush. No hurry. Thanks for being so Profesional to everyone in the community. I know I can refer people and they will be treated rite. Again thank you. Customer service was wonderful. Got scheduled asap. Was not pushed out. Got it done. I was very very happy when I left.

Had them install a back up camera and they did an awesome job...but I had a small issue and they totally took care of it without making a big deal of it or charging me extra. I would recommend them for any of your electronic needs to upgrade your ride!!

I'd add photos but my trucks a little beat up but oh my goodness, I didn't know that things could go this well. For one, the prices are amazing but let's just talk about the service. I called to ask about a consult and they brought me straight in, very welcoming, very knowledgeable, they ran me through an array of options and what would suit me best and helped me choose. Get this though, I asked how long the install would take and I was told 30 minutes, I couldn't believe it because of how fast that was. I was like, nah uh, and sure as heck it was done in 15 minutes. Blew my mind. Not only that but the installers were like hey, part of our quote was for something we thought you might need but we didn't have to do that so they took that off. Talk about honesty and integrity. I've been riding around with a portable speaker and I'm pretty sure it took me longer to BS than it did to get things installed and I got to drive off with clear sounds bumping out of speakers I hadn't heard in 3 years. Absolutely will go to for any car audio needs and I advise everyone else to do the same.

I got a new stereo installed in my daughters car and it sounds great. The team installed the stereo the same day and took the time to show me how to connect my phone by blue tooth and use the radios features. Great service and fair prices. Thanks

After several car aficionados failed attempts to gain access my Cadillac's electronic glove box where my CD player was located, Jeremy and his crew magically got it open and I finally can play my CD'S. They fixed the problem and the price was minimal. I'm so grateful to them.

These guys are some of the best in the business. They are knowledgeable and genuine. I had an issue with the system in my truck- the amp was coming on but no sound from my sub. I tested the sub and knew it was still fine. I stopped by the Springfield location of Brad's for them to take a look, they checked a few things but nothing was obvious so they had me make an appointment to leave my truck with them to trouble shoot it. I dropped the truck off and called a few hours later to check in. They confirmed it was just the fuse near the battery. It appeared to be in good shape, but was only running on half voltage, so swapped that out and I was back in business. Picked the truck up and offered to pay for time and parts, they were adamant about not charging me anything because it was such a simple fix. They did me a solid, now I'll be going back to do business with them the next time I need install work.

Got a key fob for keyless entry in my new truck and they got me in and out in 40 minutes! Nice little remote. Highly recommend brads car tunes!

They are awesome I had my subwoofers installed at the Eugene location but traded in that van so I needed them put back in they were able to get them in super quick and they are super nice Definitely will be back for other stuff in the futureGreat friendly and quick services

I stopped by and they got me in right away without an appointment and were very fast. Customer service was extremely nice and they are knowledgeable about all products. If I have any car audio needs in the future I will go here and only here.. Would also recommend to anyone that asks. On top of that price was very fair and reasonable with no hidden costs like I experienced elsewhere, which I will not name.

I have had everything done from a deck and some speakers to a fully custom setup with emblems and materials to match the interior. I have gone to see Brad for help since my love for stereos started. Now his guys are my first choice. Big shout out to Jeremy for doing a phenomenal job! I can't wait to do another system on that level.
