Shout out to the woman (Lily? Leah?) who works the front desk, knowledgeable and friendly. I had some challenges with other B&R locations and she was able to make a few calls and get things sorted out.Also have had good luck with this yard having the items in inventory that they say they have. My experience with the Eugene and Corvallis locations has been poor but the Springfield yard seems to be much better.

Called B&R To see if they would be interested in buying my car for parts. They told me yes and I drove my vehicle to their lot. Only to be turned away because, (and they didn't bother telling me this over the phone) I first had to call one of their pricers Before bringing it in. The pricers never called me back even after multiple messages. Fast forward 2 days later. Brand new tires, brand new PCV valve, brand new fuel pump, and god knows what else for parts........they offered $100 bucks............took it to a junk yard in eugene and got $550 I would have parted with my car for $150 but they said it "wasn't worth that". Oh well for them I guess.

I ordered a part online after hours and paid for it. I ordered it because it was supposed to be at the Springfield yard. When I called the next day to see when I could pick it up, I was told it turns out Springfield didn't have it after all and it was being pulled from a yard in Washington and I wouldn't get it until Monday. I needed it on Saturday. I ended up finding another pet at a different local yard. B & R did promptly issue me a refund to my credit card.

I ve been ordering parts from multiple outlets for years, but Arturo, Raul, and the boys at the Springfield location always roll out the red carpet experience, follow through on promises, and make it right if there s any issue. Pricing is super fair, and they make it easy to buy with confidence. Highly recommend doing business with these guys if you re in need of quality parts.Service: Part finding & extracting

B & R has always done a great job and Josh Smith went above and beyond to get my part in the next day to help me get back on the road. I was not expecting this quick of a turnaround on an ordered part. Thanks, Josh, for saving the day!

This is a great place to do all your Auto Parts shopping. They have knowledgeable staff and will work you a good deal on the part you need. If they don't have it in that yard they've got lots of yards around. Normally they have the part you are looking for or can have it in a couple days.

Great used auto parts. Fun to just walk through and look. Great, if not the best taco truck sits outside. Highly recommended! Makes a great lunch stop. Big burrito, coke, tour the wrecking yard.

Computers messed up my part and said it was there but wasn't, but Preston and the gal he was working with up front were real helpful despite me being a prick.

They were easy to order from and took payments over the phone. However, I ordered a part for a 2010 Ford Escape ltd flex fuel. They gave me a Ford Fusion part.Needless to say, my mechanic, the genius that me was, rebuilt my broken part with the new part...it works wonderfully.

One of the only junkyards around willing to let you pull your own parts anymore only annoying thing is they won't tell you what they want for somthing until you pull it and drag it all the way up to the office

B&R stands for bogus referral. I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed. I was sent to the Eugene location and out to the yard to discover the part was not on the vehicle. I was then sent over to the Springfield location, and once there was told they didn't have the part either. They have multiple locations around the state and phone calls go to a call center that doesn't seem to have an updated computer system.I ended up paying a little bit more at Pick-a-Part but they had what I needed and got it to me the next day and I didn't have to pull it from the vehicle, they did that for me. Worth it.

I stopped by the Springfield yard yesterday looking for some parts for a project I am working on. The team there is very friendly and helpful. The gal at the counter listened to what I was building and printed me out a sheet with the locations of the trucks I should check. I went to the yard and felt like a kid on a treasure hunt. I found what I needed plus some other goodies, and would have kept going except I ran out of time. I will be going back today. I was amazed at how inexpensive my treasures were as I had priced them on a well known auction site prior to stopping at B&R. If you need parts, give B&R a shot. Please don't trash the vehicle when getting your parts as someone may need that part you broke getting to yours. 5 Stars for sure. Thank you B&R and the friendly gal at the counter.Service: Part finding & extracting

They don't know what their doing . and sometimes rude . and their prices are off the charts 500 for a manual 5 speed trans. The car isn't worth 500 bucks so I'll junk it .engine is good

Strange DIY experience. Cars already had most of the parts pulled from them, I had to find the car then look through the car for the parts. Also, they demanded my debit card to enter the yard, held it until I left. If I wasn't there to help someone else I would have turned and walked away. Also, the place is a real mess. Whoever runs it has the organizational skills of a squirrel.

Great service at front desk. Always friendly. The only concern i have, is i have had two parts pulled for me at the springfield branch and both have been damaged during the process. And then told that they were already that way all though I inspected them before the pull to find no issues. I just recommend pulling your own parts I guess...
