Love this AutoZone location! I've had great experiences and help each time I've come in! Everyone is super knowledgeable with suggestions and advice, they don't seem annoyed at all to help someone with not a lot of auto parts experience! Daniel helped me this morning find the right oil (something pretty basic) but he didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions! Really meant a lot, thanks!

I ve been a lifetime Knechts customer, and after they closed down I was kinda lost on which auto parts store to switch to. Decided to check out this Autozone today, and Trevor s calm and friendly demeanour really helped put me at ease. Super helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Made me feel just like I was in my trusted Knecht s location which is exactly what i was hoping for. Thanks again Trevor, you rock!

2/29/24 I came here looking for help finding the tool to remove the cig lighter socket. They didn t have the tool. I asked Kristen what would they recommend if the tool isn t available as in, is there another way. Kristen told me to YouTube it. She didn t even bother making eye contact me never took her eyes off the things she was straighten on the shelf. It was so rude. But I still said ok well thank you and she said nothing in return. If this is the customer service I will never come here and with everything being available online there s really no need to. Not with service like that

Had a great experience at this facility with Augustas last night. He helped us figure out if we had the right bulbs for my car AND helped us change them. Thank you so much! Most helpful person I've had at Auto Zone

Verbally abusive upper management. Think customers last. I've been in business for over 20 years in automotive and I've never been treated as terribly is Mike the commercial manager did today. Uncalled for hostility, listening to respond not to understand. Dan Feifer, district manager, had an opportunity to earn my commercial Business, but until I have a real heartfelt apology and actions that will be taken to make sure the environment is comfortable and safe from my clients and employees, we won't be back.

Their computer showed me the wrong gas cap for my car, just like Advance down the street. The difference here is that the employees at AutoZone made the effort to find something that was compatible, unlike Advance, and that's what makes me happy.

I brought in a broken belt I needed to replace and was told that they had no way of helping me find a replacement unless I knew the exact part number. I was told the same again when wanting to buy universal spark plug wires. I had JUST seen several options available in that store for universal wires for under $10, but the clerk insisted that they either didn't sell them or else I needed an exact part number or make/model of my car in order to check for a specific fit. My phone had died so I couldn't provide a part number. The employees refused to check the website on their phones and said that the system in-store wasn't able to search. The reality was that he kept typing in the wrong words (he would use only similar phrasing and in a proper sentance. It pulled nothing) and refused to look up what needed.

I'm upgrading my review:Management reached out to me and assured me they are working on the supply issue. Also will work on staffing customer service skills. It doesn't negate what i experienced, but it does help. Thanks for at the least hearing my complaints.---------original review------------They didn't even have a common turn signal bulb.....how does a car part place not have a standard bulb in stock. Somebody screwed up. I'll not shop there again. I sure miss Knechts...Its sad when you need to go to Walmart to get a car turn signal bulb.

Long wait, csr NOT wearing her mask correctly, customers in store not wearing masks at all. $24.00 for a basic headlight bulb. The csr was trying & trying, over & over, to upsell me. They didn't have a duel package available, they didn't even carry them, except in the SUPER expensive type. So, I settled on the single package, basic bulb. Basically, blah, but then again, kinda just in a blah mood anyhow. Sorry y'all reading the review, perhaps you should shop around, first. I just needed one asap, because I don't want a ticket.

This Autozone saved the day!I was out riding my bike miles away from home when I had a flat tire. It was late and I had no means of getting home. Luckily I was about 1.5 miles away from this Autozone, so I walked over and they had exactly what I needed to get home.Thank you to the two employee s that where very kind to me, and helped me out with exactly what I needed on a Hot Summer day!

These guys are always great. Had to test my daughter's battery and alternator and they had my 2 year old son watch the test process because he was super interested. That made the trip alot better and fun, since I ended up having to purchase a new alternator.

Leaving this because I went to this store recently on a Friday night (could be Saturday night) and was helped by a woman named Kristin (could be spelled different) and I was taken aback with how helpful and courteous she was. She showed me what I was looking for (rather than pointing me like most people), she was exceptionally kind and she even noticed my cart and pointed out an in-store bundle that would save me a few dollars, (this was not an upsell she just happened to see it after looking at my items). I don't know that I've ever left a review like this but she was so exceptional that I'm hoping her boss sees this because I might actually drive past O'Reily next time if I know she's working haha. Excellent customer service.

When attempting to replace my license plate the employee actually came out to assist me named Michael. They certainly went above and beyond as even when I needed to get a new kind they showed incredible knowledge and kindness to me who does not know a lot about it

Usually really good. One of the few places I will go for auto parts. It seems the quality of staff has taken a hit lately. During this particular visit, the clerk was neither friendly nor helpful.

I had an undiagnosed issue with my car, and it took a long time figuring it out and trying different parts to finally find it was a burst air intake hose. The female manager here was INCREDIBLE in assisting and giving expertise. couldn t have done it without her.

Normally a great place normally very friendly people just when you call and they put you on hold and make you wait over 15 minutes and then you have your spouse call and they pick up for him and automatically take his call I find to be BS if you have someone on hold you should make sure that you answer their calls before you help somebody else only part of poor customer service I saw from them

I stopped by earlier today as my wiper blade just fell off. I recently got my windshield replaced and new blades. Hadn't used my car until today and of course in rained so had to use the wipers. Couldn't figure it out by myself and just pulled into Auto Zone. Wasn't sure if they could help, but I asked and the nice man behind the counter came out to help me. He worked a bit on it and was successful. Thanks so much for the help!!!

Called to see if they did engine diagnosis. They said sure, went there and they said they couldn't go outside to help because of covid BUT they could all stand behind counter, no mask,, face to face, laughing and snickering. Explains this generation of kids, drawing a paycheck without doing much. I will never go back

Horrible shopping experience. When I walked in I was never greeted or asked if I needed help I walked around like a lost child looking for all the products that I was needing until I finally had to ask somebody behind the counter who was standing there doing nothing if I could get some help. When the lady lookes up at me sighs and said yeah what do you need I simply said never mind continued my shopping walked back up to the customer service desk and she asked me cash or card, not can I help you find anything else. Sad to say I would not be shopping here again I will take my business Kneckts auto parts across the street.

This AutoZone is so helpful! I was there to buy windshield wipers and the associate explained the different brands and price points. She (I believe she was a manager w/ red hair) was very friendly and even helped me install them. I would definitely come back to this location!

Customers patients with meal is fantastic I know how it is to stand in line and wait forever to someone is trying to get the parts for the car there's a lot of people in the store you guys did greatI don't think he was experienced as I thought he would be I asked questions that he did not have the answer to and we spent a number of minutes half-hour on the computer together looking up parts for my Jeep he was not sure of himself of my questions not by him he didn't have the knowledge I expected out of a parts employee besides that he's great II would have made quicker decisions he knew a few more things about what I was talking about otherwise okay
