I just purchased a 2020 kia Optima. Drove it for 11 days before a distracted driver slammed into me while I was at a dead stop. Through my insurance, which was progressive, i was sent to auto craft in springfield. Let me tell you... not only did they do the very best they could but they went above and beyond for me. When my rental was up and they needed a few more days they paid my rental for me so I could keep going to work. There was some bumps threw this process but only because my car was brand new and parts weren't stocked at parts stores, which really wasnt there fault.If you need any body work done I highly recommend Derrick and his shop. The integrity they all have is a blessing and reassuring. Needless to say my car looks new againThanks guys I appreciate all you have done for me

We have been using AutoCraft in Springfield for many years and through many vehicles with varying amounts of damage. They have always been very professional, worked well with our insurance, and the product their shop delivers is pure craftsmanship. A recent issue with an uninsured driver had me taking my Mustang to them for repairs to the back end, and they did a beautiful job. The paint matching was perfect and the attention to detail was obvious. They washed the entire car and even detailed the interior (which didn't require any repairs). That is definitely above and beyond. The fact that they usually have a backlog of work is a testament to their reputation.Service: Body & Trim

My experience seems different than many others.Here is my experience as briefly as I can.2016 Camry hit road debris, broken grill, starred windshield, several small dents in the hood, rock chips and scratches down the side.Problems on pickup: Dash covered in rubber chunks I assume from window replacement. No front license plate holder.Problems discovered after driving a few thousand miles:Over 70mph the new grill makes a terrible whistling burble.It is illegal to drive a car in the state of oregon without a front license plate, after asking the AutoCraft employee about it I was told I could buy one off Amazon and could install it with some self tapping screws.Rear passenger side tail light can be wiggled around with your hand.New grill has extensive pealing paint.Gasket around new windshield was coming out and hanging at a 45 degree angle across the passengers view.A new rock chip revealed the new paint is about half as thick as a sheet of paper, it's no wonder they didn't buff it to a shine, they'd have burned through to metal.The accident happened on 9/2/2022. I made an appointment, dropped it off, left town for work for a month, came back, called them, they hadn't begun work yet.They called for me to come get it 11/11.One other thing that was very weird, the tire pressure light was on when I picked it up. I got home and checked the tires and all 4 were exactly 25lb. I filled them back up and haven't had an issue since.I work out of town a lot and just didn't have time to handle this situation. I should have gone and picked up my vehicle after they kept it for a month without working on it, but I was just busy and had to be in Canada the next day and didn't have time to deal with it. I've never met these people before in my life, I have no idea why I got the most unprofessional service possible.Based on my experience with them I'm afraid I have to leave a negative review. I cannot recommend anyone take anything they value to AutoCraft.

Very happy and satisfied with AutoCraft. Their staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. They completed the work I needed done very quickly and within the time frame quoted. I was surprised to find my car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up but this was an added bonus to the already exceptional service I had received from AutoCraft. It's been a year and my paint is peeling.I also found out that the buzzing I've been hearing while on I5 is actually the windshield which they incorrectly installed. Apparently the solution is a brand new windshield.

This place is top knotch. I had front and back end damage on my Mustang. They were friendly, patient, kind, and did a great job! My battery was dead when I picked it up but I don't think that was their fault I was due for a new battery anyway. Def recommended!

We have been using auto raft since 2013 on all of our Toyotas. We will always use auto craft. They work well with personal repairs and insurance accidents. Very good service. Thanks auto craft!

After several times explaining that specialty parts were necessary, they didn't do it correctly. It should've been done correctly, but was given a ridiculous reason for them not doing it. I know they have to put the car back like it was. The insurance company agreed sent the money for us to order the right parts. We chose to just replace the part ourselves, in doing so I found they had decided to cut out part of the fender well, which wasn't necessary. It wasn't damaged in the accident, they didn't even tell us they did it. Not really the way to do business. If you feel the need to cut out a part of someone's car and damage it, you should discuss why and offer options, not just do it and hope the customer doesn't notice it. All that was missing was a body clip to hold the wheel well back in place, instead they just cut the section out. Unacceptable they damage the car, don't fisclose and use the wrong part in repairing the damage. Only positive was the staff was courteous for the most part. Wouldn't recommend or use again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a outstanding experience with the staff at Auto Craft in Springfield, Oregon. I'm a 60+ year old female. I have a 2017 BMW that had a small paint chip - size of a pea, on the bumper that needed repaired. I wasn't looking forward to going into have an estimate. It was a pleasant surprise when all three of the male employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair was not going to be covered by my insurance because it was less than my deductible. They gave me several different options and price ranges to fix the damage. They ended up doing the touch-up while I waited. They even gave me a small bottle of paint and instructed me in how to fix small paint chips on my car. They went above and beyond my expectations. They treated me with respect and did a great job on the repair. I'd highly recommend Auto Craft for your auto body repairs.

The people at Auto Craft in Springfield did an amazing job with repairing my car after a car accident that damaged the front fender, which you wouldn t be able to tell now after the repairs They also cleaned inside and out of my car. My car was at the shop for 10 weeks. Between this shop and Wawanesa insurance these repairs were the worst experience ever that I had with a body shop. Not a single promise kept . This was my first visit to Auto Craft Body and Paint in Springfield. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the work that they performed on my damaged truck. Upon close inspection the body work and painting that they performed was flawless and my truck literally looks like it had never been damaged or repainted. The cost of repair was very reasonable as well after checking with 3 other places.I would return for their services again if I ever needed them and I would highly recommend them to anybody else as well.

The actual work they did was great but they took apart my car early which left it open and then had it for about 2 weeks. Now that my car is back I have a large rodent living inside that ransacked it and leaves droppings everywhere and I don't know how to fix this. My car was left open and exposed almost the entire time they had it. One problem was fixed but now I have another one. I feel like this could have been avoided on their end.

I had a great experience here! I had a coworker hit my car with her car mirror and another coworker referred us to this place. We went during our lunch and they said they could easily fix it. I came back after work and in less than 10 minutes they had fixed the scratch! They were super friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this place.

These guys do it right. It s very comforting to find an honest mechanic and I did. They really go the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. Used to be the best shop in Springfield. The manager Was an expert in his craft and has a hands down the most honest person you will ever deal with. He is no longer with the company. Used to be 5 stars now 3

I have used Autocraft's Springfield location for several years and recently was overwhelmed with the quality of work and the " above and beyond" service that Derrick ( shop manager and estimator) and his crew performed on my vehicle. It came back better than it went in, no dog hair inside ( sorry) , wheels cleaner than ive ever been able to get them and the air freshener was a nice touch ( again- dog hair sorry). Ive always referred friends and family but after this trip will stop total strangers and steer them your direction! 10 stars!!!

I just picked my car, after my wife was rear ended, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results! My car looks like I just bought it off a lot. The repairs are impeccable and they even detailed the car inside and out. If I ever have to deal with another accident, hopefully I won't, I will definitely return to Auto Craft in Springfield.
