They replaced my engine for $3,000 and brought it back to me still not running. When I brought it back to them they refused to make it right. Saying they outsourced the engine so nothing they could do. They don't know what they are doing and bite off more then they can chew.Response to owner: this is 100% a legitimate review that never should have been deleted. You sold me a defective engine. I was more than happy to pay for the labor costs, but not the defective engine. I reported you to the BBB after you cussed me out for asking for a refund. I won't let you bully me just because I am a women. Other potential customers deserve to know how you treat your paying customers and handle your mistakes. This was the worst experience I have had from a business ever. If you would like to reach out to try and make it right I am open to having a calm conversation.

Great place to do business! Very friendly. They worked around my schedule, diagnosed my problems quickly, ordered unique, custom parts, and were very honest about pricing and what all was actually needed. With my special parts needed, they again worked around my schedule to get me back in, and were extremely quick with the turnaround time. Everyone from Brenda greeting me, following up with me, the tech team,and the owner Tom with his friendly, personal touch, their welcoming and positive attitudes really make one of the worst things (car trouble) easy! Highly recommended!

These guys do amazing work! They fixed a blown head gasket on my Toyota pickup, it runs great now. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive repairs. Friendly honest service. They have been servicing our vehicles for over a decade. I personally will always recommend this shop to anyone hands down best automotive shop around. I love the team they have here. They always manage to work with any time-crunch I have. My boyfriend and I live out of town, but we always make the drive up here for anything we need done - it s always worth it! Brenda is amazing, too

I stopped in due to a low tire pressure issue. Even though everyone was hard at work on other vehicles they took the time to ensure that my tire was filled back to safe pressure before they let me go. Thanks for your diligence towards customer care and safety (even though I wasn't a customer since they did it for free).

I dropped off my car expecting that it was going to be a while before I got it back. The very next day I got a call from the owner stating that my car was done. I was stressed out and run thin thinking I would have to pay $2,000.00 for this repair, but they took the time to check out my vehicle and gave me a straight answer. No B.S., no condescending tones used, just great customer service from a shop that knows what they are doing. I will never take my car to a different shop! They are great people and great mechanics!!! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

$3000 later and I m still very happy. Very fast with the appointment and repair and they resolved multiple issues. Transparent. I ve been a customer here for 7+ years. It s a great shop. I ve taken 4 different vehicles here and have been happy with the service and work done on all of them. The hardest part of choosing a shop is finding mechanics who are honest, reliable and willing to stand behind their repairs. These guys are exactly that. I ve had a few occasions over the years where things needed to be adjusted or redone and I ve never been charged or told they aren t responsible. Lastly their shop rate and book time is reasonable. Tom and the crew at Auto Service Express are honest, reliable and dependable. They are booked out for weeks at a time because of the excellent work they do. Be patient. Get on the schedule in advance. This shop the place to go if you're looking for honest service on your vehicle.

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They've taken great care of my car every time I've brought it in and whenever I've chosen to get second opinions, other shops always confirm what these guys diagnose as the problem.I recommend them to all of my friends and family even though I live in Eugene and have to drive out of my way to get to this shop. So grateful to have found a repair shop that I feel I can trust when I need work done on my vehicle.

My girlfriends car wasn't running right and we took it to a different shop for a diagnostic and they gave us an expensive quote. That same day my girlfriends coworker told us about ASE and I gave them a call and they did it for half the price of the other shop and now it runs great. I highly recommend them and will probably be going there from now on.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Oh my goodness THANK YALL SO MUCH. Chevy was telling me I had a repair I needed for 1500! Went here for a second opinion and they couldn t find anything wrong with it but did tell me if I notice anything they will take another look! Y all just saved me so much money thank you Courtney and Tom!!! Definitely trust Tom with all your car needs! He s awesome!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been there a couple of times and am very impressed. The work is quality. The shop is clean(Big deal for me) and the staff is courteous and professional.I highly recommend them for any auto repairs you may need

WHERE DO I START.. I really thought the life was over on my 1995 ford cargo van was never going to work again! UNTIL I called down to Auto Service Express and Courtney answered and made me feel so confident that they could fix the issue.so I hurried down to the shop and let and let me tell you what... with out the reassuring from Courtney and the help w the boys out back I was in and out of there as fast as a car can go 0-60. From here on out I only go to Auto Service Express. Highly RecommendedServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Thank you Tom and your team for taking care of my daughters car, your honesty about the needed repairs is refreshing, especially when we were told from another repair shop that it needed so much more. I'm a repair shop owner myself that just happens to be 1300 miles away and we operate the same way and it refreshing to know I can trust Tom and his technicians to keep my child cars safe. My daughter called and told us she feels safe again driving today, that's a big deal, thanks again from Mark at Gills Auto Service

For starters, the best thing about this place is how friendly the staff is and how they can diagnose your car for free. They have your best interest in mind and can always fit you in for an appointment. The prices are fair and the services they offer are more than just oil changes and tire changes. I will continue coming here because I have had nothing but positive experiences.

While the staff was friendly when I brought my truck in, they seemed to stop looking for the cause of the issue (engine not turning over) once they found any sort of problem. I ended up paying almost $1000 just to have to bring my truck back in the next day, with the same issue, and they quoted me another thousand dollars to "fix" the issue again. I will not be bring my vehicle back here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. There are better shops in town.

This time around I needed a water pump, a serpentine belt, and my a/c recharged. Price was comparable! Tom did an excellent job as always, and his daughter Courtney is fabulous! So helpful and to the point.

These guys are fantastic! I've been jerked around and ripped off by other shops before, but everyone at ASE is so upfront and straightforward. They've helped me out on so many occasions, and they are so incredibly friendly. Talents that other shops have forgotten about. Our first time walking in the shop, Tom treated my mother and I like any other customer. Him and all his team made us feel welcome and understood, like we were already family and not another cash account. Their work is also quick but without losing quality. My family and I appreciate the team at ASE, for everything they do for us.
