Our restaurant opened in November of 2018. Auto-Chlor helped us design the dishwasher area with the equipment that we would need that would work in our small space. They also worked within our schedule to get us up and running. Our technician services our equipment efficiently and timely and is able to work well in our small kitchen without causing any delay in our daily routine. I would highly recommend Auto-Chlor.

Auto-Chlor has been great to work with! Knowing that the dishwasher is one less thing that I have to worry about is amazing. They have quality equipment and fast service. The best part for me is our account rep, Ed. He gives the best customer service and makes me feel like he really cares about my experience with the company. Mike is also so kind and even spent the time to send me some kuddos about our staff and how good of a job they are doing. Nobody else in the industry cares about customer service as much as Auto-Chlor does!

My husband and I own a brewery/pub, with two locations on the coast. If you operate a commercial business or are thinking of starting one, do not go one day without this service! Auto-Chlor has been great to us. The maintenance alone is worth every penny. They are always there for emergency service or to talk you through a problem. Seriously, I wish there were more businesses like this. If you think you can t afford it, you are wrong. You can t afford to go without it.

Auto Chlor is a wonderful company. I love their products they are always here for us whenever we need. Everyone at the vfw loves and appreciates our personal driver Josh. Josh is an amazing worker, personable and easy to work with. He explains the products and equipment so it s easy to understand and work with. :) I recommend this company highly!

I am writing this review so that others may benefit from the professional service we, at the Actors Cabaret in Eugene, Oregon, have been getting ever since we started using Auto-Chlor System.There is never a worry if anything goes wrong, they are there for you. If you run out of chemicals due to more than expected use: they bring it to you without delay. They are more than courteous and professional in dealing with us .Josh is our main go to guy who has all the answers and does all of the extra work we may require. Josh always helps us to better understand and to better maintain our equipment . He keeps it in excellent condition and offers astute suggestions as to how to get the most out of the equipment we have. I can wholeheartedly recommend Auto-Chlor. In my opinion it is like a family style business. They seem to care about us like they are a member of our company who succeeds when we do . USE THEM! You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Auto-Chlor! Josh was efficient and helpful while taking care of our sanitizer/dish washer problem during a morning rush. Then he went above and beyond by helping us mount a napkin dispenser since he was already under the counter. He kinda saved the day!

Ed has been a dream to work with since day one and getting us all setup. All of the technicians, Mike, Rusty, and one more I just met have all been great at what they do and very pleasant to work with. These guys helped us get exactly what we needed and installed systems to make sanitation/cleaning needs of the restaurant a breeze! They have gone beyond my expectations really and I wouldn t work with anyone else! Thank you all for your honest, hard work; we really appreciate it!

I manage Hop Valley Brewing company in Springfield. In just over a week, we will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary. For every one of those ten years, we've had a partnership with Auto-Chlor. I don't believe we have a single other purveyor that we have kept for the entirety of our career. That alone should speak volumes for Auto-Chlor. Their willingness to please while providing excellent customer service coupled with their reasonable prices guarantees our partnership will continue to last for many years to come. For any new or existing business, I would recommend checking these guys out.

Our business has used Auto Chlor's services for many years now. Unlike many of the other large businesses in town, they specialize in customer service. They also respond promptly to any and all service calls. Often arriving in the same hour, and if not that, then the same day. Easily one of the best bang for your buck companies in the sanitation/dishwashing business.

I must give RAVE reviews of this company and especially Brandon Ratterree, He was friendly and very polite,worked very quickly and made this a great experience. I will definitely use Auto-Chlor Springfield again and recommend them highly!
