I recently took two of my vehicles there for repair. One was a replacement fender that needed painting and the second was for a rear hatch repair on my wife's 2022 Passport. Both projects were done in a timely manner and both were returned to us earlier than promised. The finished work looks superb and we are very happy with the results. Moreover, they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and explained all charges to me. Competent and quality body and paint work isn't cheap, ESPECIALLY in today's economy. I did multiple quotes at various shops before choosing Auto Body Specialties. The staff there is wonderful, very nice and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I have two more repairs to get done ( with teenage boy driver's, does it ever end ? ), and will be taking them to ABS...highly recommend.

Today a deer decided to hit my car, went to my Agent he suggested me to talk with Byron at Auto Body Specialists Byron was not available however talked with another associate and a Estimator both associates were very nice people. Clean and well organized, there was a nice waiting area there. Set up an appointment

I brought my 2023 Toyota Highlander to ABS to repair damage done during a minor collision. They were very friendly, fair, and efficient. They did excellent work! I highly recommend them.

I chose Auto Body Specialties to repair my Toyota Highlander after a fairly serious three car crash. They are the best!! They did remarkable a remarkable job with body work and painting, plus many details that are greatly appreciated. The office staff is efficient and personable.I am so glad I chose this shop.*****

You guys were fixing my car you guys have been doing very good job for years. Suddenly you guys fix my car charge quite a bit of money and you guys couldn t even turn the light off with the dashboard. Not satisfied I would not recommend this place anymore.

Ben M. & the ABS team repaired the severe damage to my car better than I could have hoped. I appreciated their professional communication & years of autobody repair expertise. This was invaluable. In Oregon we have the legal right to choose our repair shop, over your Ins. Co. preferred shop. I can't say enough good things about them. Go with ABS. You will not regret it.

My car was only 5 months old when someone hit it and took off!I brought it to Auto Specialties because I like the reviews and boy that was a good call.... My car came out looking better than it did when it went in.... Everyone there is very nice and had answers for all of my questions.... I highly recommend these guys for any body work you need!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service. Very rude receptionist. Charged me more then the original quote and wouldn't tell me why, but had to pay it or I wouldn't get the vehicle back. Very vague with why everything costs what it does. Which is a lot! If you chose this company, be prepared to pay more then what they say. Maybe ask the receptionist some specifics and listen to how rude she gets.

Took my vehicle in - From estimate to pick-up, everything went quite well. They called every couple of days to let me know where the car stood in repair and how well things were going. Vehicle looked great when picked up. Appreciate the wonderful work, and the friendly/helpful staff. Hope to never have to use the services again, but if I do, I know where I'm going.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The entire process from start to finish was efficient, friendly and seamless! The entire staff at Auto Body Specialties were helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. When I picked my car up after repairs, it was cleaned inside and out which made me smile! Thank you for your excellent service!

My brand new vehicle was hit and needed a whole new door. Preston and his team were very great with communication. The repair looks great and was completed on time. My only complaint was that my vehicle was not cleaned in the inside and absolutely dirty from paint dust etc from being the the shop. Preston apologized and said it shouldn t have happened and offered for me to bring it by for them to clean but they re quite a distance from me and I didn t have time.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

THEY DESTROYED MY 2011 VOLVO!!!DO NOT TRUST AUTO BODY SPECIALTIES WITH YOUR CAR!!!I drove my car there for a bumper and hood repair, and they took so much of it apart it would no longer drive.*They charge you $100 per day for storage , and rely on YOU to contact THEM for updates on your vehicle. I never signed a contract agreeing to either. They took apart the entire front end of my car before getting approval From insurance about the fix , than required $2,100 to release my car In Worse condition than when I brought it in.

Front desk, estimate, the actual body work, communication, all of it top notch work. I will not hesitate to bring my own vehicles here as well as recommending to anyone who will listen. They replaced my door hinge on an older escalade. Beautiful work and also gave me a ride home and picked me up! They washed and cleaned interior of car!!! Amazing service and people friendly.Great company. Kudos to Preston who manages the place.Service: Body & Trim

This is the worst auto shop I've ever worked with. Zero communication after 5 calls about my cars repairs and a month being worked on. Parts were on backorder but this was never communicated to me and when I left messages the receptionist was rude and kept saying I'd get a call back. It never happened. If your insurance doesn't cover a rental car and you can't be without your vehicle for an ENTIRE month, I recommend NOT using this company.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance
