These guys at the Springfield branch are fantastic, Andrew was very professional from the first call to the day they installed it. I was able to get a color matched Leer canopy on the phone and internet with Andrew. I live 150 miles away and have to come over a mountain pass so when a heavy snowstorm was coming the day scheduled for the install, I decided to come two days early stay in a motel till the day of my appointment.When I got to Springfield at 3:30 PM, I went to the place of business to let them know what I had decided and asked if there way anyway they could install it now. Owen said sure they would be glad to help me out. One hour later I was on my way back home just in time to barley miss the storm. These guys (Andrew and Owen saved me over $250 for motel and food on the road. I will not recommend this business! I ordered pet screens and paid for them, and NEVER received them. They said that I didn't pay for them, and yet it is on the bill I paid. They also put my shell on with a 2 inch overhang in the back. I thought it would be great to support a local business! I won't do that again until I read the reviews, something I normally do.

I was happy they had the lifters I needed for the rear canopy window and Andrew replaced them quickly and with a smile.We got the canopy there, several years ago, and they are great to work with as to the proper one to fit your truck.

Purchase a new truck 8/22 and a color matched leer topper 10/22. They promised me the world to get me to buy this instead of a different brand. I had looked at many. 6 months in and had fiberglass fractures and paint spider cracking. Both covered under leer factory warranty. They adamantly refused to cover it saying I must have abused it and that they would never promise the things I was promised when I bought it. I've had many used canopies, but never a new one or color matched !! This was my pride and joy !! I would never abuse it or neglect it. The new manager assured me I was wrong about what leer promised me and that the salesman that has made those promises was no longer there. (Apparently that means they don't have to honor the warranty). I learned from a body shop that the paint could have been done so that it stretches with the fiberglass so you don't get spider cracks, but leer won't spend the money to do it right the first time. I contacted Leer customer service and have 5 or 6 emails from them saying they agree with their ruthless sales people and that I can kick rocks. Now barely a year old the seals around the windows are coming apart. Very cheaply made topper. Will never buy from them again and will tell everyone this story. I'm a local business owner and would never treat people like this.

Horrible customer service. Was told canopy would be 4-6 weeks out it's been 8 weeks. Called several times they couldn't tell me where it was so I stopped by and now it's 3 to 4 weeks out still. I understand shipping sucks right now but when the employee says sorry not my problem I'll let you know when it comes in, is not the response you give. I will be getting the rest of my bed boxes from a different company.

I went in the other day to look for a lift kit, with no prior knowledge of lift kits. Steve and John were super helpful! They helped me pick one out and showed me all of the different options I had. They wanted the best for me, instead of just trying to run a girl for her money! They took their time and was super patient with me when I had a million questions. Will defiantly be returning!

This is my first negative review, but the lack of customer service and quality of canopy construction prompted me to write one. I thoroughly researched canopies locally before my purchase. I was leaning towards purchasing an ARE canopy, but we had an upcoming vacation that I needed a canopy on my pickup for so timing was a large factor in the decision. I was told by Trevor at All American (Spfld) that Snugtop was a superior product to ARE (13 weeks shipping), and I would get the Snugtop sooner (6-8 weeks shipping). I paid $2,945 for the Snugtop (ARE was cheaper). I paid my deposit on the Snugtop on 7/19/21, 8 weeks went by and NOTHING from Trevor. So, I called and told Trevor I was going to have to cancel my vacation, and with no empathy was told shipping was taking longer. Canopy was finally installed on 10/18/21. In January I noticed the hinges for both doors were breaking away. I took it to All American (Spfld) on 1/11/22 and Hunter took a look and had to go talk to his manager. His manager reluctantly (Trevor) came outside and told Hunter to take pictures, and then asked if the damage happened after I changed the struts. Didn't offer a discount or even an apology. I told him the Canopy was 3 months old, why would I replace!? Hunter told me he had to contact Snugtop and would be in touch with my options. 3 weeks went by and no call from Hunter so I called and was told my canopy would have to be shipped back to be repaired and the wait time would be 3-4 weeks. Hunter then tells me Snugtop had moved and couldn't ship my canopy at this time. He would call me! Over 7 months after purchase and no call back from Hunter. Save yourself the headache/stress and buy an ARE!

Rushed and poor installation. Ordered a tonneau cover and it arrived quickly. Was excited to get it installed but when I went to pick it up it wouldn't latch in multiple places. Parts were missing and if I hadn't pointed it out and made a fuss nothing would have been done about it. Had to drive to the other location in Eugene to get the cover reinstalled so it would actually latch. Went back to the Springfield location to add more parts to the list of things missing and they told me the clamp spacers in the rail were just indicators of where the clamps should go - they serve no functional purpose. Did my own research and found out they prevent the rail from being crushed where the clamps are squeezing it. The rail is visibly bowed when you sight down it because without the spacers it's bending in.Honestly wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I shouldn't have to micromanage the "pro" installation of my $1300 tonneau cover.

Make sure you don't need the product anytime soon. I ordered a canopy 8 weeks ago, was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get. Now I am being told it will take another 2 or 3 weeks. Didn't bother to call and tell me product was delayed. I had to call three times before I had an answer. They were happy to take my money for the canopy but don't care after that. Customer service is a lost art and the blame game is the new way to go

Called last week to have a roof rack installed. They told me to come on in so they could have a look at it. Told me they could order one and have it installed asap. I asked if they needed money for a deposit considering it would cost a large amount of money. I was told no and that they would call me after contacting the dealer and then take a deposit. I gave them two contact numbers. Never received a phone call. Was also told they weren't that busy. Just painting the show room. In my experience if someone wants to pay you for a service you offer, you do whatever it takes to make that sale.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. After watching many reviews on truck caps (SnugTop, ARE, LEER, etc) and my narrowing down vendors and options, John was extremely helpful in the process of my selection of a Leer cap for my Tacoma. Looks awesome and just what I was hoping to add to my truck. 5 stars for the process and professionalism, thank you.

Trevor, the manager, was great to work with. Had issues with their supplier for my part but he got it handled.Since that time I've discovered that when things go really bad All American doesn't care.The initial issue with their supplier was only the beginning.The $700 (including labor) running boards don't fit my van ... they scrape every time I drive over something ... like the entrance to a car wash or a speed bump on the street.Talked to Trevor about it and he said there's nothing he can do and the vendor All American bought the boards from says they won't do anything either.Both have basically said, "It's my problem, not theirs."So, a 72 guy on SS can throw $700 at them and they couldn't care less that I'm stuck with defective parts.OH, Trevor did offer to take them off without further charge.Wasn't that nice of him?Stay tuned ... I'm trying the state consumer protection division first then will escalate to legal action if needed.You might want to think about this before buying.

We were given an appointment for 2:30 today to have a seal repaired in our canopy. We showed up at our appointment time and we were told that the install that they were doing would take the remainder of the day. They could "look", but couldn't do anything for us and we would have to come back. We have purchased multiple accessories, canopys, etc. No apology, no attempt to contact us prior to our arrival = no longer a customer, nor will we suggest this business to anyone. customer service goes a long way,!

I ordered a Tonneau cover for a Tundra and the Springfield location was only available to do it that Friday. I told them that I was heading to a camping trip. He was then able to book an appointment at thier Eugene Location. He was great and went aboveand beyond to assist me. I think the guys make was Tony. I apologize if it's not.

Not customer friendly, customer is always wrong , even when you show them they are wrong about a part being available, they think they are perfect and do not make any mistakes, when you ask the manager too look something up on the websites he will not call the the company to see if anything else is available other than what it is showing up on the first page of the website . Which I did myself and found out that that Husky did offer that product. I even called there competitor and asked about the product and the manager told me that they were wrong when in reality the manager of All-American Canopies was the one who was wrong. But then he said that he doesn't make any mistakes. Oh and don't count on them getting your install done on time. It took an hour longer than they said . Customer service is not a issue with them because they are right and you are wrong.

So I was shopping around for a topper for my 2014 Ram 3500 and found the best price and most laid back, easy to work with guys at All American in Springfield. Even after agreeing on the price, Robert found a no cost upgrade. The topper came in ahead of schedule and Jerry did an outstanding job with the install, even with Dodge throwing in an obstacle or two. Once done, Jerry gave me a number of care and maintenance hints. Robert and his crew of Trevor and Jerry were great to work with. Tops in the topper business.Jerry

I would not ever buy from them ever again! I was told 2 weeks it took 6 weeks.it was warped many return trips later they just kept putting more foam tape on to stop the leaks. It didn't work and Casey miser the owners son said no refunds.i was out 1100 dollars.run don't walk from this place!

I had them install a grille guard on my Ford Super Duty. It only took a couple days for them to get the parts in and did the job quickly and efficiently while I waited.

Trevor was extremely helpful and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in quality care. Also, they are Veteran friendly making them the best spot in Oregon to get some work in on the truck!

First of all I just wanted to say very friendly staff and very good service ordered my canopy over the phone gave him my VIN number was told 3 to 4 weeks Delivery 2 and 1/2 Weeks it arrived installed looks very good very happy with all American you can't go wrong get your truck outfitted here don't trust anyone else take it from me long-time teamster truck driver
