Do not do business with these people.I went in to buy some simple tire repair plugs. At check out, the employee quoted me a price 3x what the display label stated. Walking back to check the price, he said they must all have been placed on the wrong hook.Following this I asked for a smaller pack, the employee stated they had no smaller options. Looking over I spot exactly what I asked for and we head back up to checkout.Again - they give me a price higher than what was advertised on their shelves. Following this he decides to reduce the price - but still not to the advertised price.If they'll screw you on the small stuff, then they certainly will on the big stuff.Waste of time

The A.M. shift lady was hostile, difficult and rude. She would not let me look at potentially compatible alternatives when their computer offered the incorrect fuel cap replacement for my car- (Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler) after telling me they have lots of gas caps. "THEY ARE ALL THE SAME" she nearly screamed that at me.Yikes.The gas caps in question were around $16.That's about what I make per hour, so I had to work for an hour for money to spend on a gas cap. Therefore it would be fair if the employee worked for an hour finding a gas cap for my $16.But not this lady, she is getting paid $16 an hour to stare at the computer, not to make any kind of effort to make sales and build relationships with potentially returning customers.I got what I needed at AutoZone up the street for just over $10, not $16.

Hopefully everyone left early to celebrate previous presidents... I'd given 5 stars if I was installing parts I've been waiting for truck right now. instead of doing a review. However there's always tomorrow. And I'll update my review after I see how the process works. Picking packages up from advanced auto parts.

I chose Advance Auto Parts because they had the items I needed in stock to be picked up the same day, though they were a bit more expensive compared to their competitors. The store is supposed to close at 9pm, but when I arrived (on foot due to my car needing repairs) I learned that they had closed at 6 and so was unable to get my parts. The next day I called at 5, no answer/already closed. Today, day 3, they were already closed by 4pm. I don't know what I'm supposed to do to get my order. You would think that they would contacts customers with with in store order is pending pic of and notify them of the difference in closing time. This has been a HUGE inconvenience AND I not only had to pay their higher prices, but have now been without a vehicle/work for 3 days. Im shocked I wasn't notified and still wonder if I'll ever be able to pick up the items I purchased.

I had an experience today with this company that was disappointing. When we all go to a store and make a purchase with a coupon or gift card. The coupon goes directly towards the overall bottom line of the purchase. This company will proportionally apply a percentage of the coupon to each item purchased. So, if you are purchasing things with a coupon. Be sure to purchase things you're sure you will keep. Purchase things you are not sure that you will use separately without a coupon to get your full return. I tried to explain my point of view to the employee there. And instead of being sympathetic and saying it is out of my hands, it is company policy. The person helping me got angry and said it is not like you are out of any of your own money. He did not seem capable of understanding that that was exactly how I felt. That being said other than this incident the company offers excellent pricing and the employees with go above and beyond to try to help you. I have been to this part's store many times. Never had another issue. I paid $18.79 for the part. And received $12.51 back.

Told me they had the right part so I drove 20 minutes to get it. Wasn t the right one and when they were trying to look for the right one all three employees are yelling at each other. Gave me an attitude, Made me feel uncomfortable. Never comin again

Very overpriced place. It's very unprofessional to have a price listed then once you get up to the counter its more money. You should honor the price next time. Make sure to ask for a price if u shop here because the one posted isnt real. Thieves.

The guys checked my code, and explained what I needed to do to fix them. He also quoted me parts in different price ranges to let me know my options. They helped me find the only 3.5mm jack in the store although I didn t get it for the $14.00. I bought some black ice vent clips for my new car not realizing my vents are rounded and not straight, but they still clip on. Going back to the good old tree when they die out. The employees always seem to be in a good mood, and the time at the counter is usually pretty quick.

Called ahead on the way to the store after breaking down and catching a ride and they found us exactly what they needed and had it ready for us at the counter before we even walked in, spent about 30 seconds inside instead of walking around looking for the thing while my ride waited. Great customer service!

Not to say that the other locations are not as good..but these guys at the Springfield location on 23rd and Main st. Went above and beyond the call of duty..Not only did Jared give me a fair price on an alternator, which i had been having issues for 3 weeks, but his coworkers helped problem solve on why my battery was not charging and fixed it there in the parking lot. Thank you again for your exemplary service to a guy with the Jetta issues.

Stuff in here were super friendly and helpful had my part ready knowledgeable and quickly answered any questions I had. While I was there there was some homeless drug addict came in and tried to steal a battery and we all chased out after him the staff was the first one. I feel bad for companies like this that have to deal with trash that do stuff like that. The stuff handled it super appropriately. My partner helped in retrieving their products back. Will go back and continue to buy products from them.

As far as parts are concerned good place.If you want a job, be aware that the background check is extensive and that if you have any felony convictions they will not hire you.Now I understand that having a conviction isn't the best, but some of us are trying to better ourselves and when you have a company that flat out refuses to hire based on this I wonder if they are aware of the tax break they get for hiring a felon its a $2400 tax break.Just sharing my thought and frustration about this company.

Ordered online for pickup and saw that I had accidentally ordered 3 sets of brakes instead of the one. Within minutes an employee had called me to verify the purchase and after explaining my mistake he took care of the problem immediately! With that interaction alone I will definitely continue to come here for my parts. Plus you can't beat the convenience of finding the part you need and just having it ready to go when you need parts fast. Thank you so much everyone, and special shout out to Gary for his help!

Went in there today to get a repair manual and the dude said they don't have a single one. He couldn't even answer why. Man whats a parts store that don't carry repair manuals.

Worst auto parts store around. I ordered my parts drove to the store as it says it's open until 9pm and the store is closed. Hand written sign says closed at 7pm due to staffing. So I spent money wasted my time and gas driving there and now I have to drive around and spend more money at another parts store so I can fix my car. What a complete joke of a store. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Unfortunately I've not had a good experience at this store. Not once have I got the right part the first time. Today was just the same, got home and sure enough wrong parts. Had to go back, and try again. Second try still the wrong part, even after showing them the old part, but now they are closed, so we are stuck here without a running truck, and will have to go back a third time tomorrow. We live quite a ways away, and they don't care that they waste our time and money. Of course they don't have a problem taking your money. I have no confidence in the staff at this point and will not be returning. I will share this experience with everyone I know and on social media, I'm tired of the lack of respect and poor customer service.

I ordered several quarts of conventional oil and somehow ended up with synthetic. Synthetic is more expensive oil. However, they made it right by selling me the correct oil filter for a split year. Wheelchair accessible parking. Customer service is ok and quick to answer the phone.

Went in for an engine light check. That was free. What was priceless was the superb customer service. I was advised and helped. All in a non condescending manner with nothing but smiles and the 'EXTRA MILE' mentality. Excellent place.

Just told they won t sell me a part they have on hand because they are too busy. It s a water separator for diesel tractor. No other shop carries them, and Advanced guy tells me he has hundreds, but doesn t feel confident on which one/ too busy to learn that it doesn t matter which mid sized diesel.I live In Oakridge and unable to drive bc of Parkinson s, my gf is in town today, and my tractor has blown a crack in the separator manifold from the flash frost last night. Told him this, he suggest Napa, autozone, those shops don t do diesel

I used to go here when I had a Ford with an edelbrock because they keep aftermarket carb parts on their shelf. I called about a weber 32/36 carb that is a very standard aftermarket upgrade for a TON of vehicles, and asked about a rebuild kit for one for my Nissan truck. The guy told me he had one and to come see it to make sure it was right. I went down there and said I called about the weber carb, the guy said nothing and didn't make eye contact at all, grabbed the kit and walked to the opposite end of the counter I was at, then pulled it out to show me, still silent. It was clearly the wrong kit so I pulled out the sheet and it was for dodge and chrysler stock carbs, and had no 32 or 36 anywhere on the page. He told me that was the part number I gave him, but I never gave a part number and 32/36 wasn't a part of that rebuild kits number anyway. I asked if he could look it up now that I had clarified that wasn't the part number and he stared at me for a second then was silent on front of his computer for about 20 seconds. I asked if he saw anything closer, and he pointed at the box and said "this is what came up for your part number so this is all we have, I'm not looking it up". Then right back into his computer to ignore me, so I said ok thanks have a good day, and nothing, just completely ignored me. Worst service I've had at a business in a long time, and bad enough to never use this store again when people at all the other auto parts stores are always kind at the very least. I understand not having all the knowledge, but at least be nice when you're dealing with a customer that is wanting to spend money in your store.

Alex was quite rude, likely having a bad day. Zero customer appreciation. Said to him "hope you have a better day" to which the reply was "I will be in just a minute" as I walked out the door.

At this time I'm rat rod in the vehicle make lots of trips the auto parts each day this and that I stopped at this Auto Parts first because Knecht's is farther down the Road three trips yesterday out of three trips I had to go to Knechts Auto Parts stopping at this place three times only had part one time out of three that's why I'm getting my 3-star rating they need to do better on Parts availability.
