My name is DeAnna, and the wonderful staff of Absolute Air have been taking care of me for years now. Brian, Matthew and the rest of their crew have provided me with swift, affordable and reliable car care, and I trust them implicitly - which is so important for a woman! They have cared for me like I was a member of their own family, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent automotive care. Absolute Air is the Best!

Brought in my truck as a first-time customer with AC problems expecting a week or more in work. They replaced the compressor and condenser within 24hrs and I picked it up the next day. Very happy with my experience.

nice shop. On my 1st time there I had an oil and filter change. Bringing my wife's car there for service soon. Brian and Matthew seem friendly and their tech took time to check a few other things on my car.

Cannot recommend Absolute highly enough! This is an honest family business that gives back to the community. They've taken great care of both our vehicles, and have been more than fair. My car recently had a breakdown and needed major repair. Knowing we were in a tight spot, Brian went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Customers (and cat fam ) for life!

Throughout the years I ve taken my vehicles to countless mechanics all over Springfield and Eugene. I can t tell you how many times I ve been disappointed. I was referred to Absolute Air and Auto back in 2021 when I had a Ford F150 that had a problem that no one seemed to be able to solve. Regardless, I needed it fixed and so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Not only did they find the real issue right away, but they explained what was happening and didn t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. I recently took my new vehicle to them and they knocked it out of the park again. I won t take any of my vehicles to anyone else from here on out, and will highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a great mechanic.

I have been taking my vehicles to absolute air for 3 years and have always received excellent service. Barry and the rest of the crew take the time to talk to me if they find a repair that will be needed in the future and why it needs attention and the projected cost. Have never been disappointed with service and response to questions or cost.

I had took my 2008 Ford Focus in for a Thermostat and Coolant Sensor replacement. I'm glad that one of the mechanic picked me up with my car and take me to the shop. One of Coolant sensors acted up just about a mile from the shop. Good thing that it happened so it gets fixed.The mechanic who worked on my car took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening with it. It's good to know the details.It was absolutely worth the wait as they had a "backup" sensor available at the shop. They even gave me a $5.00 Starbucks Coffee card and a $50.00 off of the repair bill. Thanks for your service

It was my first time going to Absolute Air & Auto Repair and it was a good experience. Everyone that I spoke to was nice and they even went the extra mile to help me find a more affordable option for tires. This means a lot to me especially as a woman since I ve heard horror stories about mechanics overcharging them. I did not feel that way at all. Thankful for the great service!

Told me I had a bent subframe when tooken for an alignment after taking it to Subaru they confirmed that I did NOT have a bent subframe and they did my alignment with 0 issues. Subaru just told me that the alignment was just in really bad shape and took them longer than expected. Absolute air just didn t want to take the time to do the alignment and still charged me for the work they didn t do.

The staff at absolute air and automotive were very friendly, and made sure to be thorough in explaining what was being done. They replaced an alternator that I had put in, which was faulty. They said that if the auto parts store gave me a hard time with my return, to have the auto parts store call them and they would confirm that it was faulty and needed replacement. This is high quality customer care.

My older vehicle was a challenge but they were able to seal up all of my leaks and I even got a discount on the bill for being a veteran. I take both of my vehicles here for service because I know I can trust that they will do the job right & usually in a very timely manner. I also love that they provide me with a cost estimate before they do the work. These guys are very professional!I recently had more work done on both of my vehicles and unfortunately experienced a couple part failures, but these guys are fantastic. They stood behind their work and did whatever it took to resolve the issues at no additional cost to me. I love how they have taken care of me and I will not let the latest set backs detour me from continuing to trust them for my repair needs. I think they have awesome customer service. They have shown me that they can handle a lot more than just air-conditioning and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality customer & vehicle service!They have taken very good care of me and my many needs over the past couple years and despite a few difficulties along the way, I have experienced quality & professional service from guys who really care and stand behind everything they do. Barry and Brian are top-notch guys. Very honest, very respectful, and very thorough in their work. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was pretty sad to hear that my beloved Bob James Auto was no longer around, but these guys are my new go-to place for mechanic work. They reassured me that they would treat me with the same level of respect and dignity that I was used to from Bob James. I took my Dodge Magnum in because it was making all kinds of terrible noise and had a check engine light on that three other mechanics said was no big deal. Well, they let me know that it definitely was a big deal and needed to be fixed. They even found more issues that I wasn't aware of and they fixed it for no extra charge, saved me about $500 I think. I shudder to think what kind of terrible accident I could have found myself in if I didn't take it in sooner. I appreciate the communication and how honest they were for the entire process. My car runs like new and is as quiet as can be. I would refer anyone in Eugene/Springfield with car problems to this place.Edit: Car is still working like a dream months later and I'm getting about 100 more miles out of it before having to fill up. That means a lot considering how much gas is these days. Will come back again for future mechanic work.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Absolute repairing my '89 Ford Ranger. The Ranger hasn't run this good ever! Since my air conditioning quit I decided to take my car to a place that actually focused on that. They were my second opinion, but I decided on them. They got my car in quickly and had the car done when they said they would. I needed it for the current heat wave. They also checked my cabin air filter and replaced that as well. That wasn't even mentioned at the first place. Very personable and friendly guys in the front office!!! I enjoyed my experience.Service: Air conditioning
