Great first experience. They were able to get a replacement window for my 20 year old car within a few days. The fix took less than two hours, and Ryan made the process easy. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't have the window I needed and quoted me a install price that was almost double that of Nightfall Auto Glass and Tint if I were to bring the window in. They were very nice over the phone, great customer service!

These guys are incredible! Got me an appointment next day. And when it turned out my car had a weird issue with the required windshield, they called the dealership to confirm correct parts. Great experience thanks for the help guys. Also over 125$ cheaper than the bozos with the catchy jingle.

Price was exactly as quoted and timing was as indicated. Replacement windshield looks identical to original factory windshield down to the little details. Staff was professional.

I had a great experience with this company. They made everything so much easier for me after my car was broken into. I was definitely stressed out from it all and they made me feel more at ease with getting it fixed and quickly. I was given a quote that was less than most, and even though I had another glass company quote me for a lower a price, they turned around and beat that price for me.It took a little over an hour for my window to be replaced and I got an appointment faster than most around.The call taker Autumn was extremely helpful and I can't thank her enough for being so 'on the ball' with my situation.I highly recommend getting service at A-1 Auto.Service: Auto windshield replacement

A-1 is excellent. I was treated quite nice there. I was scheduled at 1pm. I arrived early.they had my glass ready and waiting forMe. They had it installed right away. The people were exceptionally nice to me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Would i go back there again. You bet i would. A cery,very good place for any glass work!!!

My first experience for glass replacement. The great service, fast and clear windshield replacement. Very professional. They also did one of my wiper replacements since it was broken, so they were worried about making a scratch or so. Thank you for being kind and professional with my car. I would strongly recommend.

They were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick and done well. I called several glass shops and they were the cheapest by just a few dollars. They made it really easy and simple so I went with them and glad I did

This place is great! Adrian was amazing! He was knowledgeable and very honest. I believed I needed a repair done and he told me I didn't! He saved me money and I am very grateful! I highly recommend this company. Also, they have done work for me in the past and the rates are low and the workmanship is exemplary. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars!

~I highly recommend A-1 Auto Glass for great prices and friendly services online and in person.~ My husband hit a deer it weakened the hood latch on our pickup. Needless to say he was driving on the freeway and the latch gave away and the hood flew up and hit the windshield, cracking it pretty bad. I called around to price windshield replacement and A-1 Auto Glass had the best price. I scheduled our appointment online and was able to get the appointment at a location where we could walk to a mall to kill time. At the A-1 Auto glass location there was only one man working due to the pandemic, but he was amazing and got our windshield done by the time promised. ~Thank you so much and we will definitely use A-1 Auto Glass again.~

Woke up on a very rainy morning to find our car window was broken out. Within a business day-they got us in, replaced the broken window, and did a great job! Office staff was very helpful and they only charged what they quoted. Even helped clean up some of the glass. 5 stars! I hope to not need another window too soon but if I do- I'll definitely be back. Cancelled my appointment because they quoted me 5 HOURS for a windshield replacement and alignment on a Corolla, which only took NOVUS an hour 20, including cure time. I think A-1 could stand to up their game a bit.

Someone smashed through the rear window of my car one morning and they did end up stealing from me. My boyfriend and I decided to go A1 Auto Glass here on Gateway street that same morning and the gentlemen there (Adrian) gave us a quote on the fix and searched around for a good replacement window. The only one available was shipped from Portland and he had it fixed the next day in little time! It looks wonderful and I couldn t be happier with his service. A-1 Auto glass is fantastic. I went to the Springfield location, where they were helpful and understanding, going above and beyond by keeping my car overnight, and cleaning the whole inside. If the other guy (Chris S.) is not just making that up then they have completely changed. This was absolutely the best shop I've been to for anything automotive. First I called and they quoted me less than half of what Safelite wanted. When they could not find the piece of glass I needed in their own inventory they directed me to a wrecking yard 4 miles from my house that did have it in stock. They had me drive the part in and had the work done in an hour or two. Just to put the cherry on top, I got off work after they closed but they stayed open late to let me pick up my car! I won't go anywhere else if I ever need work done again.

They do not have the ability to grind the edges it goes in a seal it will be fine if a edges going to show it will not be smooth
