This is by FAR the BEST tire shop in central oregon!They are super hella busy during spring rush with only 20 min left in the shift and they still got my tire off the rim and the new one back on. They are super professional and have tegrity!! Keep it up guys your all awesome!!!! I only got the popcorn photo because I feel weird taken photos when other people are around ya know? Lol

Sisters Les Schwab is the epitome of the classic Les Schwab experience. Great people work here, service is on point, coffee and Popcorn on the ready.I have had a few alignments done here as well as tires and must honestly say this is the best shop I have used in Central Oregon for alignments hands down. No rush expert alignments done here. Make the drive from Bend or Redmond and you will be pleasantly surprised by this awesome shop. Thanks for being there every time I needed you Sisters Les Schwab!!!

They removed a nail and patched the hole in my tire.Free of charge.Also rotated the tires.Free of charge.I m so not used to kind and friendly service like this. These guys run their business in an old-school way, earning lifelong customers.

Hugely impressed with customer service and efficiency. Both Cody and Raymond were incredibly helpful in helping our family choose new tyres and wheels on our truck. Super fast fit on Boxing Day also. We don t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so, given how impressed we were with their service. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Les Schwab Tires for zip tying a piece of plastic together where a bolt fell out so I could travel home and not worry. The noise sounded like it was rubbing up against the tire! You are the best!!!

Had to swing in to buy chains when a blizzard hit whilst in sisters. They were very informative and walked me through my options. Also, if I don t use the chains, I can return them to any Les Schwab!

Great shop. Very clean, comfortable while you wait. Free popcorn and warm drinks. Good communication, nice people. Kudos to Ray. Great tires and service.

Yesterday I was near Sisters Oregon needing to return to the Willamette Valley that afternoon AND a large hunk of the plastic under shield on my car was about to fall off. A friend suggested I find out if Les Schwab could fix it. I have had tires and wheels, and other repairs from Les Schwab for many years and have always been very satisfied with the companies' work in Corvallis and Independence, Oregon. The same goes for the Sisters Les Schwab; they were pleasant and very positive about helping me out; and even though they were very busy, they had me back on the road shortly, at no cost. Love their can-do attitude and friendliness.

Most upstanding place I ve been to.I was an idiot with my rental camper, got a flat and tore up the rim, could not figure out where the spare was and assumed the company had removed it to make room for camper functions.Les Schwab found the spare and put it on for me at no charge. Extremely grateful for these kind folks.

The Sisters Les Schwab team is the best!! Janice at the front is always so kind and helpful, as are the folks in the back. I have had several interactions with Les Schwab here over the past couple of years and every time the service is top-notch. They do great work and always answer my questions, and have even bailed me out when my battery died. Thanks Sisters Les Schwab team!

Wow I am a trusting person but I would NEVER trust Les Schwab to touch my vehicle again. I took it in to get an alignment, they told me I needed rack and pinion bushings after waiting four hours. I set another appointment for that & the alignment, I go in again and three hours later they tell me they can t work on my truck because it also needs lower control arm bushings. I take my truck to get that stuff done by my mechanic, make a third appointment to get an alignment and they did the alignment but here s the twist. THEY DID NOTHING & they just changed the numbers on their system. Blaming my poor driving vehicle on my mechanics work That must be illegal in so many different ways. The alignment read on the left of what they said they did, I took to a different alignment shop that s very trusted in Bend and they read the numbers on the right (in the same day). This is not okay, they cannot fake numbers & lie.When I went in to tell him what happened they did not even apologize, they just came up with excuses that made zero sense. They know they did something wrong but couldn t admit it like an adult. Please don t go here.

We limped in to Schwab on our spare tire just before closing. In record time our tire was fixed and back on the car, the spare placed in its compartment. Thank you Sisters Schwab for saving our September vacation.

Les Schwab is always great. We were traveling and had a blowout on one of our 5th wheel tires, we swapped to the spare and then went to the nearest les schwab which was only a few miles away and got a new tire and rim while we waited.

THESE GUYS ARE SO KIND AND REALLY CARE!!!!We were on a 7 hour trip, all we came in for was tire chains, but found that we couldnt afford it. Nick who had gone to check out the tire size, let us know that one of our tires were flat. Ray checked out all of the tires and came to us letting us know that it would be a LIABILITY to keep them all on.We needed all of the tires replaced, we were desperately trying to figure out how to pay. Meanwhile, Shawn and Ray were taking the tires off.Zeus checked in with us periodically, making sure we were heard, and taken care of. He told us he'd look for a set of used tires for us and found one!!!After about an hour of being worried and making phone calls, Zeus told us that we would only have to pay for putting them on!!!This Thanksgiving I'm thankful for the guys at this Les Schwab with special thanks to:Nick, Ray, Shawn, and Zeus!!! For saving us!!!

Great place and great service. While vacationing we began hearing a chugging noise from under the car. We found this Les Schwab and pulled in. They were so kind and took care of us right away. It turns out that there was a rock stuck in the brake. They removed it free of charge. Also, a man (I believe the manager), answered my question about traction devices while we were waiting. We had a lengthy discussion and I felt very well educated afterwards. I would recommend this Les Schwab to anyone.

I dropped my truck off before work I had a tire going flat and I wanted them rotated and balanced also a trip safety check. When I returned after work the gentleman said that my battery was potentially going bad and I'm going to need brakes shortly and when I went out to start my truck I noticed that there was rocks all over in the tire tread and I don't think you can bounce tires with rocks caught all up in them but he told me that you could and my battery was dead I've never had no troubles with my battery before but so they came out and they jump me off and overall I'm not very impressed with their service

I just want to give a shout out to Les Swab in Sisters Oregon. My hubby and I were on vacation and were out sight seeing when all of a sudden our brakes weren't working as well as they should have. Thank God we didn't have our travel trailer hooked up, or that would have been a mess!Our Angel was with us that day! Only, at that point I finally had cell service and found Les Swab 5 minutes away and not only that, they were at the end of the road we were on!!!! Crazy...right?!This all happened about 12:30-1:00PM, they found the issue and had our truck done by closing time. I was so happy with their service and how fast they got things done for us!I apologize for not knowing their names, but whoever was working that Saturday, July 17th, YOU ARE OUR HEROES!!Thank you Les Swab

The team here is always so nice, honest, and helpful. Small store though so I really only recommend it for locals. There are bigger stores in Redmond and Bend for visitors

This is a great tire shop. Always super helpful and responsive the services are quick everyone in there is absolutely professional. I had a problem with the battery twice on one of our cars and they put a new more powerful battery and each time so now my car is awesome. I ve taken two other friends vehicles in there for check ups and tire rotations and back in the day when they used to do oil changes we would always get it will change there too

After a long trip over the mountain I pulled in to Les Schwab tires sisters. My tire light came on halfway through my trip and I just wanted to check my tire pressure. They told me to pull it into Bay three and there I waited while four or five employees looked no one would come over to help. Just a simple tire pressure check. Don't stop here if you've been traveling all day and need assistance. Go straight to bend or Redmond.

Derek and his crew went above and beyond to help me when I had a tire go flat right before I headed into the pass. I called them for help and he did everything he could to get someone out to help me quickly, even thought it was one of their busiest days going into snow season. I couldn t thank him enough for getting me in, out and on my way, so I wouldn t miss a very important appointment. I highly recommend this Les Schwab for their excellent customer service!!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Les Schwab, so I am a huge fan. Just wanted to highlight the Sisters location for squeezing us in post Labor Day to an already packed schedule to fix a dead battery and blown out tires on our camper. And they all did it with a smile. You guys rock!

After running years of K02 (purchased from another),the Les Schwab staff introduced me to a tire called Open Range. My company requires towing heavy trailers in a mix of white knuckle driving situations where you need full trailer experience and a amazing tire for your tow truck. Thank you!

My husband and I have been traveling with our fifth wheel and were 4 hours from home when our brake light came on. The gentlemen at Sisters Les Schwab were kind enough to ensure our brakes were in good condition and that the brake light successfully went off. Thanks to their kind assistance we can have a stress free trip home!
