Passing through Sisters and needed to read the OBDII and add a quart of transmission fluid. Thanks for letting me use the 8mm socket to get to the transmission dip stick. Made it home.

Absolutely excellent customer service! The guys were able to help me find the right part and show me how to get it put on the rig to get it back in service. Highly recommend them,really good guys here.

What's good. Very helpful. Got the wrong bushings from Redmond from a different parts store and I got the right ones from Baxter thanks guys. Keep it up..UPDATE!! CHANGE TO THREE STARS BECAUSE IT CLOSES SO DAMN EARLY. I MEAN 5:00 P.M. ON A SATURDAY, THAT'S WHEN PEOPLE ARE DOING MOST OF THE CAR WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. I GET IT THAT HIS SISTERS BUT STILL SHOULD BE OPEN TILL AT LEAST 8:00Update 1-17-23..The website is suck garbage guys! Whenever you click something a friggin pop up blocks you for a discount? Lol.. among other issues with the website as well. I'm fed up so don't want to explain. It's Too much.I will no longer be using it. Sucks to because it's only parts store in my town I got to go 18 mi away for next.

This place is horrible! They lied and ripped me off. I hate this place. I needed a portable battery charger that didn't need a plug and told them this. He sales me a more expensive charger that ends up needing a plug to charge my battery. I was so upset. He told me that if it wasn't the right one that I could return it. I tried to return it had my receipt and everything and then told me that he wouldn't return it. Unreal! Lost out on 300$

Inside windshield got dirty and everything I tried (Windex, soap) was making it worse. Popped in here after a frustrating drive over the mountains and they had just the item. The product they recommended worked great & I was quickly on my way. Very pleased.

I have lived in sisters and done business with this company for more than two decades. And never had a problem. I went in today and there were two employees. One wore his mask hanging from his ear not coming his face. The other one wore his mask only over his mouth with his nose free. Basically he was wearing a chin diaper. I don t think I ever want to do business with this company even after Covid has run its course. Simply because of the attitude these people have shown during the course of the pandemic. Why would I want to do business with them later on if they are so careless and their consideration for other human beings in our town? Nope. At this point having witnessed it, I will buy from Amazon or a different auto parts store in Redmond or Bend before I give money to these people. They care more for their own comfort than for your safety.

Delicious food, steaks and hoagies for all people. Pizza steak, mushroom steak and traditional cheesesteak. Service it fantastic, had our food in less than 10 minutes. 10/10

Great customer service! I'll have my part before I even go to work tomorrow. I just wish I could put a big sign on my car so that people would quit throwing their hands up in frustration... "Sorry! I hit a deer and it took out my right turn signals!"

Only auto part store in sisters, but my preferred auto parts store in central oregon. This is where I order my parts. They have always given me a consistent low price, and always return without question.Their expertise is out of site. Really out of site. Many times I had to quiz the staff for answers so I could even start my project. I think everyone that works there are recreational mechanics.

To say Rafael and Josh at Baxters are Heaven sent doesn't even come close. My husband and I rolled to a stop in front of the store on our drive from PDX to Sunriver as our temp was thru the roof. We were headed to his father's memorial. We opened the hood to have part of the cooling system explode - 10 foot geyser of coolant! - just after $1400 worth of work at a shop in Portland two days before! When we called the 800# for the warranty they said they couldn't help us until maybe Monday - it was Friday at 2pm. Thanks to Josh and Rafael not only did they get us a unique part for a BMW within an hour, but helped us work to get the part installed! Three hours later we were on our way to Sunriver, and were able to continue our trip AND make it back to PDX as planned the next Sunday. These guys are AMAZING!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!
