Wow! Excellent! We were visiting Sister's and our car was in need of repair. I called 3 Sister's Automotive and spoke to Jorge. They were booked, but knowing our situation sqeezed us in. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received! He did a great job with our vehicle. Honest and great customer service. Even delivered the car to our room and picked us up! It's not often you come across a genuine, honest person who cares for people and what he does. Jorge is the real deal! Thank you Jorge! You saved our vacation!

Jorge and his skilled mechanic saved me during a weeklong storm. I don't have a garage so I lifted my wipers off my windshield (as we did with past cars) for the first night of the storm. Apparently you shouldn't do that with this vehicle because the driver's side wiper was fully disabled the next day and flopping around from its base. I did a risky half hour run to town in a brief break in the storm and found Jorge and his mechanic miraculously at work. They could see my level of concern about being without a vehicle and promptly investigated and reattached my wiper arm under the hood. I am so grateful to them! Great folks with excellent skills and customer service!

Amazing service and integrity. Old school in their approach to help in any way they can. While in Sisters for a family vacation our truck blew a water pump and was undriveable. They not only found a way to squeeze us in the next day, they offered to stay late or work on a day off if needed to get us back on the road and home for Christmas. Incredible service that you don't find much anymore. I highly recommend this repair facility.

Absolutely the best automotive mechanic I have ever trusted! From regular maintenance intervals and all services even emergencies. I am incredibly appreciative to have found this team! Excellent with my Volkswagen TDI, I ll never go to the dealer service again. My cars safety and reliability is a priority to this team. Not to mention cost effective and definitely honest prices and high quality services. I rarely write reviews for businesses, this may even be the first time, but this one has kept me from buying a new car. This business literally keeps my VW on the road for my high mileage work travel all over the state and my family with a safe and reliable vehicle. What a great experience this was for us as we were traveling throughout the NW in September. We were due for an oil/filter change as we were staying in Sisters. When calling was told there was a recent cancellation and he could take care of both of our vehicles right away. Very professional from start to finish and instilled the confidence & trust I get from my go to mechanic at home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Jorge and his crew are truly amazing! Our first night in Sisters and our Toyota Rav 4 started having issues that required immediate attention. The next morning my wife calls Jorge at 3 Sisters Automotive and he fit us in under 2 hours. Well, come to find out, we needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. Jorge braced us for the worst, possibly needing the tensioner pully and idler pully replaced. I really appreciated that! Jorge worked his magic and got the part flown in from out of state by 8am the next morning. This man underpromised and over delivered!! Best of all was getting to know each other, as Jorge is an open book and retired first responder! Jorge recognized my USS New Mexico submarine ball cap and we connected on a brotherly level. Even gave us a 10% Military discount. What could have been a conciderable expense turned out to be a much more afforable bill. The honesty from Jorge and 3 Sisters Automotive is unlike anywhere else! Jorge saved our Anniversary weekend and Veterans day! Thank you so much!!!

Just don't go here. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Very rude, called me a liar, did shotty work on vehicle...used improper hardware, didn't tighten parts that should've been, routed hoses incorrectly and some of the hardware was even missing. First time I walked in here, I walked in the main "office" and no one was in there, so I walked around the side to the mechanic work area and looked down at a trash can right by the roll up door. It was filled with empty cans of beer. Maybe this explains the poor, unprofessional quality of work. I usually don't leave reviews, but decided to do this one just to warn people about this place.

Adam and "Mr. M" tried helping me out with my abrupt car problems. Offered every possible solution and suggestions even. Ran a check and implied honest discussion. I do appreciate them and would definitely recommend them.

I was visiting family in Sisters and had unexpected brake trouble. The crew at 3 sisters automotive bent over backwards to work me in and get us back up and running in the time frame we had. They served me with integrity and I felt well taken care of. Thank you guys! great job!

I had the best mechanic experience of my life with Jorge and the team at 3 Sisters Automotive. All costs and parts were communicated clearly to me throughout the process. This was an emergency situation and Jorge went far above and beyond to make sure the work was done quickly and my family was safe. 3 Sisters Automotive is absolutely the best! While passing through on vacation our car needed an urgent repair. The other repair shops were unable to accommodate a timely repair to get us back on the road, but not only did 3 Sisters Automotive fit us into their busy schedule, they completed the repair the same day and ahead of schedule. They also drove to Redmond for one of the parts because it wasn't available in Sisters until the next day. Their expertise, flexibility, willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is second to none! To say we were impressed doesn't even begin to describe our experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you for saving our vacation and treating us with such care and consideration.

My sister s car engine conked out 2 mi from Black Butte. Jorge at 3 Sister Automotive fit us into his schedule. When he concluded the repair was not something his shop did, he conferred with another Sisters automotive mechanic to correctly diagnose the problem and referred us on to a business in Bend to do the repairs. Jorge went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our problem would be resolved. He is an honest and caring businessman and I recommend him wholeheartedly!!

Prompt. We did have appointments, but they got 2 vehicles done in less than 2 hours. Very nice guys. The owner is on location, and to me, that is always a plus.

Jorge at Three Sisters went out of his way to help me when my engine completely failed while on vacation. He was able to schedule me in right away and promptly gave me a diagnosis. Highly recommend Jorge and Adam at 3 Sisters Automotive!!! While climbing the Santiam Pass in my husband's Chevy 2500 towing a dump trailer heading to Bend, the temperature gauge was reading high. We pulled over in Sisters and Googled an automotive shop. We called two other shops before 3 Sisters Auto. One was a no answer and the other was too busy to help. Instead of leaving us stranded, Jorge had us come in (luckily we were just a couple minutes away). After troubleshooting for a few minutes they discovered the problem. They didn't have the part in stock but was able to locate one in a timely manner. Jorge invited us and our two obnoxious dogs into the air-conditioned lobby area while we waited a couple of hours for the part to arrive and the repair to be completed. As one may know, bathrooms in auto shops are typically less than sanitary. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness in the bathroom and was happy to depart not feeling like I needed a shower! We were also quite pleased with the final bill, especially being a spur of the moment emergency. It was apparent that Jorge takes great pride in offering excellent customer service. If you need any automotive work, I highly recommend 3 Sisters Automotive!

I can not express how wonderful these men are. They are honest, fair, and clearly operate from a place of kindness, compassion, and small town morals. I know when I go into their shop for work on my car that they will only do what is needed and will consult me if they find any issues. I know they will help to keep my kids and I safe. Thank you!

We were visiting family in Sisters and our van would not start the day before we needed to leave. The service we got from Jorge and Adam was awesome! Adam came to our location to get our van running enough to make it to the shop and then they got to work on repairs. It was amazing that we were back on the road in less than 24hours! Super friendly, honest, quick, and affordable service.

Count me among the grateful for Jorge and the team at 3 Sisters Automotive. Their response to my 87 year old dad s roadtrip breakdown was nothing less than extraordinary. They responded to the call for help immediately, professionally and compassionately upon hearing of my dad s circumstances, they jockeyed schedules and resources to create the needed space to take him and his 94 GMC Yukon in - from there, they did a quick assessment on what would need to be done to get dad back on the road and safely home to Washington. Along the way, Jorge was so friendly, so professional and so sensitive to my dad s situation. He even asked if I would call him to let him know when my dad made it home safely. All in all, a picture of what excellence in customer service can be. We are so thankful - and we will definitely be back with all our automative service needs while in Sisters!

I had my first oil change with Jorge and Austin, they both were absolutely great to work with. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and was very professional regarding my services that he performed. I m returning next week to have a front break job as well. Jorge is also about using the best full synthetic oil and filters when doing a oil change. Jorge displayed allot of knowledge of all the services that he can provide. Jorge is a man of integrity and very personable to deal with. Great 5 Star service, I have just found a great auto service garage for my future needs. I am so impressed by three sisters automotive. My check engine light came on and I called all around town and no one had any availability for an oil change. I called three sisters last and he was able to get me in the next day. While I was waiting for my oil change he let me know that I would need a new battery soon as mine was fully corroded. He took the time to call around and make sure I got the best price on a new battery. He was able to change it out for me right then, and there, and even went above and beyond to clean all of the parts that had gotten corroded. He truly took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that I wasn t charged too much. I will definitely be bringing my car back to three sisters for all of my oil changes.Services: Battery, Oil change

I can not recommend this shop enough! My car started making some terrible noises when I turned - I called the shop and wanted to know how quick they could get me in since I had a long drive back home to make that weekend. With in minutes they had me at the shop and were taking a look at my car.Turns out I'm just an idiot and had bumped my car into 4 wheel drive. They put it back in 2 wheel drive and I was back on the road (at no charge). Every person who worked there was very friendly and I felt very comfortable there. I would highly recommend using this shop.

My radiator went out as I was heading up Santiam pass and I was towed to Sisters late at night. The owner of 3 Sisters Automotive swung by my hotel the next morning and filled the radiator so I could drive to his shop. Long story short, he took care of everything that was needed and nothing that wasn t and saved me a huge headache by getting my back on the road. I definitely recommend this shop.Service: Electrical

I don't think I can fully put into words how awesome Tom is. I was on a road trip with my dog and a firm budget and my car started being stupid in Tumalo. I got it to a car place near Tom's that shall remain nameless. That place ignored me for more than 10 minutes and their parking lot was fullof, what appeared to be broken cars. I got pissed and left and saw Three Sisters on my angry way out of the area and took a chance. Never have I been more satisfied and thankful to find a good mechanic than that moment. I live in Colorado and was on my way to the Coast, 4 hours from my destination and thoroughly depressed, he was able to diagnose a problem that had already cost me $800 for my previous shop to say they didn't know what was wrong, and Tom didn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. I can't say enough how happy I am, as much as one can be when their car breaks down, to have it happen and find Three Sister there to save my ass! Thanks again Tommy! I got home safe to Colorado, and no issues!
