Want to give kudos to Tyler who replaced a breakable plastic part with a metal one and as I was leaving he caught a non-working front light and replaced it with an extra I happened to have in the car. This was tremendously important because I was leaving early the next morning on a solo two day drive back home. His kindness was greatly appreciated.Service: Oil change

The guys here were polite and all but so slow. It s only a 2 bay shop and with 3 guys, 1 in the pit and 2 above it shouldn t take 45 minutes per vehicle. Every vehicle doesn t need the 2 person do you need windshield wipers with that sales pitch. 2 hr I ll never get back. Then when they changed my oil they didn t have enough oil to complete the oil change and had to send someone to the automotive store to get oil which ended up being mobile 1 oil. It still cost me $100.

This place provides great service and the staff here are always friendly. I am a Marine Corps veteran and I appreciate that they always offer me a veterans discount whenever I come in for vehicle services.A+++ service!

Quick and friendly service! They always have coupons online you can find. Prices are cheaper than the dealership, but a bit more than Jiffy Lube. They don't try and force you to get new wipers, air filters and all the other BS that Jiffy Lube does, so that's nice, and you don't ever have to leave your car. They check your lights for you too, and if one needs replacing, it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. 10/10

There's a lot to say about how AWESOME this team is! Chris really has it figured out here. Him and his team are professional, considerate and very helpful!Upon arriving and getting my routine oil change and filters replaced Chris and I chatted for a sec about the importance of taking care of your workplace and making sure the job is done right. Coming from retail experience I know how hard it can be to make sure everyone is satisfied with your work.These guys are doing a mighty fine job here at Valvoline. They aren't pushy with selling you things. All they give is recommendations and what they think is best for you and your vehicle. It's for the benefit of YOU!Keep up the GREAT work guys! It is very much appreciated and it's people like you that make me want to come back again and again for help!

They are always friendly. Even when they're busy. I try to always use a 15-20% off coupon. They make suggestions and let me decide if I want it or not. They do a great job.

Spent an hour and a half in line to find out by some incompetent hipster kid that was busy sitting on customer's vehicles that they don't have the oil filter for a newer Chevy Silverado. Really? Place is ran by kids. Not impressed. My 3 vehicles will now go elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have always trusted Oilcan Henry's, but this location has been going downhill ever since they got bought out by Valvoline. I had the worst experience today. I had several things that needed to be taken care of but I'm only going to focus on the biggest issue. They left the windshield wipers on the hood of my car instead of installing them. I realized that they were still in the packaging when they almost flew off my car while I was driving on the road. Went back and got the typical apology from the two guys topside. The techs then had so much trouble trying to get the wiper blades off that my driver's side windshield wiper arm was broken in the process. Had to go back to the shop for the third time to have them look at the wipers and confirm that they had been broken. Now I have to take my car to a mechanic to get my windshield wipers fixed because that one guy didn't know how to remove a wiper blade. He was too focused on trying to upsell me on things then too busy chatting with the other guys in the shop. I would not recommend this location. The manager was nice and friendly enough and asked me if there was anything he could do same-day to help the situation but I didn't know what to say. I just paid to have my car broken and now I have to take time out to get it fixed in the hopes that they will cover the repairs. I'm really upset.

Each guy that works there is friendly and knows what they are doing. They don't just fix the problem but explain it to you and how to make your car run its best. They showed me my oil filter and gave me the option to get it replaced rather than forcing it in me. I'm glad they showed me the condition it was in because that was something I didn't even think to take a look at. They checked to make sure all my lights were functioning and replaced one that I didn't know was out. They genuinely want you to take care of your car and to be safe out on the road. I've always been happy with their service and how quick they can get everything checked and replaced if needed.

Just got my oil change today. Taylor, Daniel and Ruben were funny and caring and meticulous in talking care of my vehicle. Complimentary paper, bonus. They alerted me to my direly low radiator and fixed it right up in addition to a busted light and ripped rear wiper and stayes in my budget. Just earned a new loyal customer and referral source due to exceptional customer service!!!

I usually don't like going to these chain oil change locations as they try and sell you stuff all the time. Here I didn't feel that pressure. They just ask quickly and if I said no thank you they moved right on. You can tell they have a script to go over all options which is good as there may be case like mine where I needed a filter changed. Finally got that cabin air filter changed as mine stunk...Service was quick and thorough, was in and out in 15 mins. Would likely come here again if I need too.

Never again, will I go to any valvoline instant oil change. Any corporation that treats their employees in such a "conformative" work place environment deserves any business from an American citizen. PERIOD!

The customer service here cannot be. The manager, Vince, is super nice and helpful. They always respect my wishes, even when my wishes are for them not to ask me for any additional services

I didn't like being told I was only able to put one type of oil in my car per his bosses instructions. I will not go back to this location.
