My wife and I have lived in Silverton for over 10years and this is the only place we go to. Recently I worked with David to get new wheels and tires formy car the wheels came in extremely quick fromThe East Coast and were mounted the day theycame in. David and his team are exceptional and Ican't say enough about how well this place is ranand how great the staff is. Highly recommendcoming hereUpdate:David and his team did it again. I brought my truck in for a lift, level, wheels, and tires. I got a 3 inch lift with David s recommendation and he helped me pick out the Method wheels I was looking for. My truck drives amazing and has an all new look. I couldn t recommend David and his team more. Amazing service and amazing people every time!

Stopped by this tire center, because my car rental was making a loud scraping sound. The guys were so helpful and nice. They put the car up and found a rock had gotten wedged in the brake pad. They pulled it out and charged me nothing! If I lived in this area, Lea Schwab Tire Center would 100% be where I'd go for tire maintenance, or anything wheel-related. Good people committed to proving they're a good business. 10/10

Can't say enough good about this business. We were on vacation and our rental car tire pressure indicator said low pressure...it looked fine, but we were headed on a drive for the day so decided to bring it in to see if there was anything that needed fixing before a long drive.Sure enough, they found a screw in the tire.We obviously didn't have an appointment, were met at the door by a super-friendly younger worker who said to just drive it over to the bay and they would look.Within 5 minutes the car was up and the wheel was off.Less than 10 minutes later (just as we were getting comfortable in the sun on the bench out front eating some popcorn) one of the female workers said our car was ready!When I asked about the total, she handed me a $0 receipt.Amazing service, FAST, and super polite and friendly. While we were waiting, we watched another technician wait at the door holding it open for another customer walking towards the entrance for at least 30 seconds.We don't have a Les Schwab where we live (Alaska) but I can say that whenever I have any sort of need for service and I can find one of their shops I'll patronize them. Thanks for the best surprise I've ever had from an auto repair business!

They'll patch your tire and scratch up your rims free of charge! I went in for a tire repair and they put the first scratches in my brand new wheels. I went back to ask if they could do anything or make it right. I was unfortunately bombarded with every excuse in the book from Jeremy. Les Schwab's used to stand for something, they used to be trustworthy and helpful but I guess those days are gone. If you value the condition of your rims take your vehicle anywhere else.

I needed tires for my box truck, they had them in stock, and got them on and done in about two hours! I was floored by how fast that got done. AND cheerfully! I came back that afternoon with the car I tow, because one of the tires looked a bit flat, and I've been driving around in a field for a couple of weeks. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was spot on, happy to help, and knowledgeable! My tires are fine, as is my peace of mind. Thank you!

I ve always received great service from Les Schwab in Silverton. They stand by their warranty which is super important to me, and they are always friendly and reliable. David and Kayla were super awesome during my last visit on Monday August 7th. Big thanks to everyone at this location!

I had a low tire so I went in. I drove right up to the bay and they helped me right away. They even helped turn off my low tire sensor.

Have not had any issues here. Usually here to have my work truck serviced. They have always gotten me in in a timely manner even without appointment.Usually only takes about an hour, hour and a half.

Tires rotated, brakes checked, even had me come back as rear drum had a stuck bolt, I expected them to tell me I had to buy parts. NOPE SAID Brakes are GOOD. Still no charge. WOW!! Buying tires at Les Scwab includes so much more than traction.

My F350 blew a tire 10 miles out of town. I called Les Schwab, and because the spare is much smaller--and requires factory lug nuts--David advised me to have it towed. The next morning, the store called to tell me that they were already working on my truck. When I picked it up, David handed me a set of OEM Ford lug nuts, just in case I needed to use the spare tire in the future. THAT is excellent customer service!

I took my car in to see if they could remove a lug nut from a stud that was free spinning and not properly mounted to the rotor assembly, not only did they charge me half of what a full hour of labor would have cost but the technician that did the repair also went a step further and replaced the stud and lug nut at the same time. Very happy with my experience and will be returning in the future. Great job guys!!

Jeramy went above and beyond!! I had a tire emergency and he was able to diagnose my issue and find a temporary solution for my safety. He did this all 20 minutes before they closed . He was able to order me the parts that arrived in less than 24 hours! Seriously he s the MAN!

I decided to replace all six tires on my class A diesel. I wanted Toyos again, and they got them at a fair price. Sadly it all went wrong when my shiny Alcoa wheels got seriously scratched during the install. David, the manager made good by setting me up with a company that sanded and polished the wheels good as new. The value and service where a 5, the inconvenience knocks a point off.

We took our vehicle in for a free brake inspection, and although it had been many miles and a few years since our last brake job (at a dealership), Les Schwab told us we have plenty of life left and to check them again in 5,000-6,000 more miles. I appreciate not spending money sooner than I need to.

We took our RAV 4 in to have our breaks checked. They do this at no cost.Andy was the person who took care of our car. He went over everything with us and let us know we don't need new breaks right now but the front ones will be needed soon. He was so professional and we really felt well taken care of and it was done in a very timely manner. We feel safe and did not have to spend a dime on anything.

This location has by far the best staff I have ever been helped by. Once you pull up they stop what they are doing just to great you when you exit your car. Then they walk with you to and ask how they can help you. They open the door for you and tell the lady at the front desk the info so you don't have to repeat yourself. They fixed a flat tire for me for FREE and I got A++ service plus some popcorn as I waited. I can't speak for the other Led Schwab places, but this one I am greatfull for. Thank you again and take care.

Love coming in , . I bought a nearly new set of used tires almost 5 years ago . Had the guys rotate them , and check my brake pads, everything in tip top order , 30min I was back on the road in my pinto. Thanks guys for taking care of your customers

Been there twice and never going back. Terrible customer service, and very rude staff. They messed up the rack and pinion on my wife s car multiple times, and it never drove right cents and refused to fix it. And I had an appointment to mount my wheels and tires and they told me they were too busy even though I had an appointment very frustrating when you schedule appointments a few weeks out and they canceled because they are too busy

Had a great experience at the Silverton storeVary professional service. Had my barings packed on my travel trailer. Did a quick job of it. Ended up purchasing another battery for the trailer too. Thanks Les Schwab Tire Center.

I called them about 8 mins before they closed because my low tire pressure signal kept coming up, they were so polite and told me to bring it in to check pressure, I did and something needed patching up. Offered to fix it right on the spot even though I didn t buy tires here, got them from West Salem location and they were closed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and didn t make me feel like a burden. Next time I buy, I m coming here. Top of the line customer service! Thank you guys!!!

With out question the best service anywhere.They run to the customers vehicle, they speak with a smile in their voice, and treat everyone like they are most important.The entire staff are working non stop.Thank you Silverton Les Schwab.

These guys are amazing. My wife's car's tire had a leak and it was a quick leak. I asked if I can drop off the car to take a look. Once dropped off, they found the peice that was causing the flat and fixed it quick.Because they were les Schwab tires, they didn't charge me a dime and I was on my way driving again.

I have had consistently excellent service from both the management and the front desk staff. There are times when things don't go exactly as planned, but they will ALWAYS make it right. As a side note, their senior mechanic (Damon) there is capable of a number of enhancements to 4wd vehicles and can adapt as needed.

We needed one caliper replaced, and they would not do just one. They replaced brake pads that were just replaced in December, drums that there was nothing wrong with and other things that did not need to be done at the time. $1534 and about 6 hours later we finally got out of there. Do not go there if at all possible!Oh, yes, they were very nice to us while we were there.
