Willy is great. I had a unique issue with the interior of my vehicle. Willy took the time and effort and helped me get rid of a very stubborn chemical fragrance. The front desk went above and beyond and was very gracious in helping me figure out a solution. I should have left this review last spring! Thank you!

My SUV had SIGNIFICANT sap damage all over the entire body of the car. It was being parked in our driveway under a tree and just baking in the heat every day for months. Even when we washed it, the sap damage was still very visible. I was told by other detailers that I'd need to repaint the car. Thinking this probably wasn't going to be in my budget, I went to Willy's just to see what could be done. He was able to wet sand the spots off completely and then added a ceramic coat on top to prevent further damage. He worked within my budget, stayed late to finish (I'm telling you, my car was BAD) and when I came to pick it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked - like it was brand new! I will never go anywhere else for detailing. Willy is THE BEST.

Willy s Genuine Auto Detail on SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road shares the same storefront with SameDay Auto Glass.In fact, while we were in the process of having a windshield replaced on a car we had bought for our teen we learned we could get it detailed there as well, which the car desperately needed!What is nice is that eventually you work directly with Willy, who is super-friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.The shop did an outstanding job with the car at a very reasonable price.They did an outstanding job tinting my truck window after it was repaired.

Went here for window tint and had a great experience!! Tint looks great. Plus, I got a flat tire on the way with the road construction and they went above and beyond to help me out. Would highly recommend! Oscar was very communicative and professional.

Have had multiple cars tinted and ceramic coated here. Very professional and meticulous work as always. On one of my vehicles, one of my windows I had tinted did not come out exactly how I wanted it (miscommunication on my part, not their fault) and Willy fixed it without hesitating. I offered to pay and he wouldn t have it. Clean shop and I had to leave my vehicle there overnight one time, and it was safe and secure. Great place and business.

I had my interior done! A kombucha bottle broke in my passenger seat, waited a year until getting it done by Wiley s. IM SO HAPPY AMAZING WORK!

Willy s did a great job for us. We took a very neglected car in and they made it look brand new. They did need it overnight to let it dry. You told them in advance take their time. So it was no problem. I was very impressed.

Willy and his crew did an amazing job removing overspray from a company next door to mine. From the get-go it was nothing but great customer service and courteous help. They took my car in late and worked on it overnight and weekend to get it to me by Monday afternoon. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Was my first time there and we'll definitely be back when I need anything else. Thanks a lot to Willy and crew!

Willy is the best. I've only used his services twice, but every time I'm greeted warmly and he always goes above and beyond. The last time I went I got a free ceramic coating! Bought a Living Social deal and left my car for 6 hours for an interior detail. Upon return there was dust on the steering wheel, crumbs in the back, a cough drop wrapper on the floor and overall just a mediocre cleaning job was performed on my sports coupe. As you can imagine, I was frustrated. The owner seemed concerned that such a poor job was done he offered to do it again. I explained that I had already left the car for 6 hours and needed to go.Upon getting home I saw a quarter sized dent on my driver's side door. I immediately drove back and asked what the heck happened. The shop denied doing it, however after about 10 days of phone calls they agreed to have their paint-less dent guy remove the dent. I dropped the car off and he did a fantastic job of removing the dent from my car.Needless to say I won't be going back here. I do not recommend them for interior detail because of the reasons above. I do appreciate them doing the right thing and fixing the dent that "suddenly" appeared while my car was at their shop.

Willy and his crew did such a fantastic job for me. My car had been dented in a hit and run. They made that nasty dent go away, matched the paint perfectly, did an awesome job detailing my car, and even repaired a torn armrest. My 2009 car now feels brand new again. Try this company, you won't be disappointed!

Willy's is the ONLY place I take my car to get detailed! Made the mistake of having the dealership do it once and it came back to me with swirl marks and a hazy finish in areas. Willy makes my car's finish look like glass! Amazing customer service! He also fixed my interior dome lights, replaced a fog light (which I didn't repair for years because of how much the dealership said it would be to fix) for about 1/4 the cost I had been quoted elsewhere, also fixed a small area of chipped paint - matched it perfect to my black car. THE VERY BEST!

Got my windows tinted here for a great price compared to other places and they showed me examples on that they did already on other cars and gave recommendations. Absolutely satisfied with the quality and work done definitely will recommend this place for anyone looking for window tinting! Thank you so very much. As well everyone was kind and helpful!

They did a great job! I used a Groupon for interior detailing but they cleaned the outside without any extra charge, did a fantastic job making my old minivan look the best it possibly ever could (much better than when we bought it!). Super professional excellent efficient service. We will be going there for all detailing work in the future - wouldn't go anywhere else now!!

Recently I bought a 15 year old, road worn suv as a project car. It had chips in the bumper, oxidized paint, and was covered in scratches. I took it to Willy to see what he could salvage and they superseded my expectations! It is amazing, it looks new. Not only did they do a great job but they were honest, accurate, and fair. They did a great job detailing my truck inside the two reasons I brought the truck there we're not addressed whatsoever. I was also charged $50 more than I was quoted at the appointment set up. I rescheduled the appointment to have them take another look and they were not ready when I arrived for the second appointment thus rescheduled again. I was assured that they would be ready and they would be there and there was no one at the shop so waste of my time and my money spent. I would not recommend

My car interior was so gross and filled with dog hair it was embarrassing. I took my car to these guys and it took so long to get it clean I ended up leaving it over night. When i picked it up in the morning I almost didn't recognize it! It was amazing!! I do not think he charged me enough for what a big job it was. I told him so and he still did not charge me more. I would highly recommend them!

I had my car ceramic coated here earlier this year. These guys do a fantastic job. We have our other car detailed and waxed here yearly. Top notch detail shop, and the people are very nice.

Best detailer hands down, BEST customer service, great prices, I brought my truck to Willy cause he had done my wife car and we loved the results. I payed for my truck over the phone and told him to place my keys in the truck. It was assumed I had my spare keys. I showed up with out my spare keys after hours and my keys were locked in the truck. I got ahold of him and he went above and beyond to help me out. He called a tow truck to and came back down to the shop to meet with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Paid Over $400 for a tint on my car and a detailing in the interior. They lost the little rubber mat for the coin slot and the interior hardly looked wiped down. I was livid and almost demanded my refund (and I was 8 months pregnant) Also, my tint is starting to bubble on the edges and this was under 2 years ago. I would never go back and tell people not to go there.

Worst detai ever. Paid 300.00 for full detail. They barely waxed SUV at all. Missed all 4 door jams. Didn't do the roof or headliner. Forgot to give us our floor mats back and plugged our dash cam in to the wrong receptacle which killed our battery. No attention to detail at all. Shotty at best. Paid 300 for a car wash.

Oh my! Unreal work. Had sap stains that no one could get out. They wet sanded it and the shine and finish is better than the show room floor. Thanks Willy for being able to do this and great service. On time with the estimated time. Much appreciated.

Floor mat was installed OVER the gas pedal, don't know how they even drove it out of the shop like that. Spots missed inside and out in obvious places, so I'll have to clean those myself. Biggest issue was the attempted price increase on pickup. Quoted $299 on the phone, confirmed $299 at drop-off, but was asked to pay $399 at pick-up. They made it right, but should be giving written estimates.Service: Auto detailing

I got the Groupon deal for a truck detail. If they did a great job, I would go back but, there were water spots and streaks all over, dirty running boards and the tire dressing spray was all over the wheels. It would have taken less than 20 min for someone to wipe the water off, wipe running boards and clean wheels. Made me sad to know I could do better.

My grand daughter was given a Jeep Cherokee, unfortunately the previous owner was a compulsive smoker and the jeeps interior was disgusting I purchased a groupon and was embarrassed to take it to the shop, to my amazement Willie and his crew did such an astonishing job I could hardly believe it !! These guys are fantastic beyond words, I live clear in Vancouver WA but I will be driving to Sherwood for my auto detailing, give them a try I guarantee you will be glad you did !!

Went here because of the high rating. Exterior was great. Interior fail. They didn't touch the trunk (witch I emptied on purpose). Every surface was wiped with a dirty towel. They barely cleaned the backseat. Gotta try elsewhere.

Nice staff and did a great job. Wished they had cleaned the door jams of pouder after having my car buffed, polished and covered in a clear coat. But they did a great job
