My teenage neighbor was harassed over the intercom while pumping her gas here. The creep asked if her hair was real and then told her to pull on it to prove it. They then pointed out that she needed to flip up the pump holder before pumping and when she did that, they said "good girl". Again, this was said to a high schooler. Don't go here.

I actually like Chevron overall but this location sucks. Before you could pump your own gas, there were a couple of attendants that would start political conversations and not get the hint that I'm not interested. It was already bad enough that I can't pump my own gas, please don't make it worse! I will give them a star though because the people working the store are usually friendly and accomodating.

It's a cramped store but good selection. The employees I've interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

For the past 8 years this place was my go to gas station where I literally filled up every tank of gas I needed while I was in Sherwood. Not that my expectations are super high for my gas station visits but I am hoping to occasionally use my Safeway points or use their car wash when needed. Twice in a row i had two pretty bad experiences1.) Tried to get a carwash. The little Automatic cashier worked fine only the roll up door was almost all the way down. Figured it would open once I pay.... only it did not. Had to argue for about 5 minutes with the guy to get my money back... All the previous times their carwash was out of service so was the cashier thing and a little barrier had been setup....2.) Rolled up had them check my Safeway balance for rewards (i had $ 0.70 off which they confirmed) the guy forgets to hit the "YES" button to get the lower price. When i called them out on it they told me about some server issue and they cannot help and if i did not like it "I did not have to come here no more"Expectations are really not high here but this is unacceptable service.

Was waiting for an order to deliver from one of the local restaurants and really needed gas. They told me about this Chevron and it was only 4 minutes away.Scooted over and was thankfully not busy. Very nice gas attendant helped me quickly and was kind to me. After my experience at the 76 station nearby, it was a relief.Thank you!

I had the best service today and was so grateful the polite and courteous gentleman at the pumps filled our tank for us. I had my 85 year old mother with me, which would have made it difficult to get out and fill our own gas. Thank you for your kindness and we will be back.

Rude service went in on Saturday and had to use the bathroom the service attendant was out on pump #10 I asked for $20.00 in supper he told me that I needed to pay inside because I was using cash. I ran in and put (2) $5.00 dollar bills and (1) $10.00 dollar bill down and Andrew the man at the counter told me I have to wait in line because he would forget this transaction. I used the restroom and came back and asked for $20.00 on pump #10. Andrew told me I only gave him $15.00 dollars I have to count it out for him and asked did you go to high school? I went back outside and the attendant was very nice and then Andrew came outside and handed me my money and told me to find my fuel elsewhere and that his manage would be in on Sunday.Sunday I called and talk to someone that was polite and told him what happened his reply was what did he do this time? Looking at their reviews you can see several reviews referring to this man (Andrew) so this makes me wonder why is he still employed here? The man I talk to on Sunday morning told me that they are working with him and that he would take down some notes and leave it for the manager on Monday.Called Monday and asked for the manager (Eddy) asked if he had reviewed the notes (No) to busy working the counter.Eddy told me he will review the notes and he hung up.I was always told without a customer you do not have a job or a busines. What has happened to this country? There is no more customer service and respect for the customer.I will never buy 1 drop of fuel or a drink from a Chevron station again.The attendant did apologize for Andrew's actions and just shook his head. Nice guy.

Edit: I was impressed when the pandemic started. I remember first day the mask mandate took effect they stopped me from entering the store to make sure I have a mask. That's good. Two years later, the employee that work there literally puts his mask under his chin, so his mouth and nose are exposed. This is every day and any time of the day. The person that comes in contact with every person coming inside the store is literally spreading the virus. I lost my father to covid, and I don't care how you feel about it you need to follow the regulations. You just lost another regular.

Service depends on attendants working. Days and nightsthey are pleasant and quickto respond. One of the eve.attendants is slower torespond and to calculateprices, seems to be dueto "challenges". He gets thejob done. Overall I gave them4 stars.

Incredibly friendly staff, very helpful. There is an on-site self car wash and auto detailing as well as a Havoline Xpress Lube. All federally regulated gas stickers are displayed and current. You can rest assure knowing you're getting your full money's-worth, even though the price is much cheaper out here in Sherwood.

The other night this gas attendant dude literally did not say a word to me throughout my whole transaction. I was polite, said please and thank you, and he didn't greet me, or even ask if I wanted a receipt (or even let me know he was done). Just unhooked me and walked straight into the store. I sat there appalled. Literally the most rude customer service I have ever recieved.

Rude customer service from the fat dude working at 6pm on Saturday 12/15. He didn t greet me when I said hi to him, so I asked him for $15 regular and he just said card like he was demanding it from me. Rude. Usually chevron has better and more hygienic employees, this guy was just gross.

Absolute worst car wash in the Portland Metro area. Half of the time you find out that it s non-operational after it s taken your money. They just moved the brushes into a little bucket on the ground (yes, I m serious) and it s full of rocks and mess. It scratched up a lot of my chrome before I realized what was happening... BUYER BEWARE of these scam artists. The owner must be getting ready to retire and is pinching pennies or going bankrupt.

Pulled in 1030pm, 2 people working one being the same fat dude everyone else seems to have issues with. Looked at us, went back to whatever they were doing and ignored our existence until we got out to pump our own gas and were promptly told that we had paid incorrectly. Worst gas station ever.

Always clean and orderly. Friendly register service every time I've been in. Wish there was more hot food available though, only thing that brings it to a 4 star in my opinion

It's a gas station, and mysteriously expensive gas since it's in Sherwood (Chevron's 5 mins away are 10-15 cents/gallon cheaper). Never had any problems here, but never been impressed by friendliness, etc. either.

The gas attendant tried to share his disbelief of the global pandemic and political views! He wouldn't stop talking! We've been getting gas there for 20 years, and until he stops working there we won't be going back!

i stopped in here today 3-21-2020 around 10:45to use the restroom and while waiting in line the counter clerk begans complaing to his co worker about the previous customer couldnt speak english and said some pretty rascist remarks. not okay!!

There car wash sucks the hoses leak and it leaked the tire cleaner all over my car and the spot free rinse was just a trickle out of the hose the pre soak didn t even work never go here it s a rip off and a waste of time to wash your car here

When your employees insult and humiliate customers and we leave a number for the owner to get ahold of us and they don't 2 weeks later. Things are wrong.
