This was how my trusted mechanic from where I used to live found my CV axle just 2 months after Bond's replaced it. My mechanic said the top bolt here was loose too. I'm lucky it didn't slip off entirely. I could have lost the car. They also refused to work on my air conditioner because it was "high voltage" and they don't have experience with modern cars. It just needed a new compressor.

A long time customer. Recently, had an auto emergency. Bonds got me in right away. Always excellent customer service, workmanship, realistic estimates/fair prices - no surprises! Office staff are terrific! Wouldn't trust my vehicle's care to any other repair shop.

I found this place by accident going from brake shop to brake shop driving in my car with front brakes almost metal to metal. Very scary! This was really far from where I started using google maps to guide me to the next shop. All of them were so busy there was not even one parking space. I finally get to Bond's and again, not one parking spot, but they have a big enough parking lot and I park (illegally) right in front of their office. THEY WERE BUSY! They offered to check the brakes and let me know how bad they were, but were so backed up and busy that they probably couldn't get to it until Monday. Which was 2 days later. After he looked at them he said I shouldn't drive the car until they were replaced. I got a ride home from a friend and about three hours later they called me and said they were fixed!! I was so surprised and happy. Then my bill was a little bit less than I expected! I highly recommend this shop. They are honest and kind. They also have a really cute dog and sweet cat that you can pet while you wait.Service: Brakes

Used them before and had great service. So stopped in today after DEQ said my plug had no power. They looked at it right away and found my fuse was in the wrong place. They sent me on my way with no charge. Off the the DEQ again and all was good! Got my diesel truck going on my budget. They even put in at least 5 free labor hours for me and gave me a free battery to help me get back on the road. Can't say enough about how nice and understanding they were. Not to mention they got all the Gremlins out of my 97 f250. (And there were some REALLY big ones too!)

They took the time to take a quick look at my truck that was leaking transmission fluid even though they were booked out two weeks. Ended up needing a transmission specialist, but they let me keep my truck in their lot until I was able to get it moved. I will use them in the future!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Class C. They found that my brakes were at 20% life, considering I was going to be driving and towing a vehicle to southern California within the next week they advised I get them done. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in that same week. These guys were great! Never pushy, just told me what was needed and went from there. Thank you for getting me safely on the road! This is the first Google review I have ever felt compelled to write based on remarkable service. Jordan from Bonds called me back immediately and spent 20 minutes trying to help diagnose my RV issue knowing full well that I live too far away for them to end up doing the service and get paid. This is a TRULY RARE level of service!! If you live anywhere near Bonds, USE THEM.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

These people are kind, honest and fairly priced! This was literally my best auto maintenance experience . Their lobby and staff are warm & inviting; just really positive energy. I brought my RV in for an inspection and I could have EASILY been taken advantage of; as I clearly didn t know a THING about the vintage RV I d purchased. They did a thorough inspection and actually gave it a clean bill of health, citing that the previous owner had taken good care of it. (Ultimately we decided to do an oil change on the generator though I was even told it wasn t necessary as of yet.) That s how you can tell these are honest folks! They also didn t mind me waiting in the lobby & the front desk gals were just awesome. I highly recommend Bond s Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Family was on its way back from Summer vacation in Montana back to Northern California. Check engine light came on in the van around Multnomah Falls. Chugged through Portland and made it to Uncle's house in the hills outside Sherwood. Called first thing on Thursday and they took pity on my family and was able to get our van in and taken care of in one day. I cannot stress how much they saved our bacon. If I lived here, I'd only take my cars to Bond's.

When I went to drop my f150 off, there was a cat batting at a plant (front office, inside). The gentleman assisting me with the intake process explained that he was feral, but made a home there years ago.Cats know what's best.Vac pump, valve gasket, and rear axle work. Told me exactly what I needed now, what could wait, and what would be cheaper getting done together.Will be going here from now on. Job was lingering, my current go to auto repair for many years said it was not a problem, but he couldn't fix it. We love this car so we decided to go back to the factory people but they wanted it for a minimum of 6 hours and would give us an estimate!!!! We gave up for a while but then asked a local auto related retail manager about it, he suggested I give this man a call. I went in, he took it around back for about 15 minutes, said he'd order the part to get it repaired and called the next day for an appointment. I went in for a 9am appointment, left by 9:45pm and the problem was solved. I couldn't believe it. Done! After months of trying, appointments and car repairs that didn't take care of the problem and even repeated problems with other parts of my electrical system because the other guy always had to disconnect everything to do his checking.Great recommendation, total satisfaction. Relieved. This is the place to go, no doubt about it.Service: Electrical

Great experience during a very frustrating time for me. I was visiting from out of town and my 4x4 went out during a snow storm. Long story short, they quickly took action on getting my truck shaped up, found the best price on parts and communicated with me the whole time. They even helped me out by holding my truck at their yard for the few weeks it took to repair as I had to fly home. Thanks for your excellent service and getting me back on road safely! I worked with Jordan the whole time and he was especially kind.

On the morning of Dec 9, 2021 my battery light lit up. This was not good since I had 2 days of out of town work ahead of me. I stopped at Les Schwab and they checked out the battery and found that it was in good shape. Their diagnostic tool showed that the alternator was malfunctioning. Great! Who am I going to find to put in an alternator today? They won't have the part, they won't have the time... Les Schwab recommended Bond's which was very close by. I called Bond's and told them my sob story. The girl who answered identified the needed alternator from the little bit of info I was able to provide on the phone. She then told me that they could fit the repair in that day around noon! What!? No way - I must be dreaming!! Surely, they will not actually have the part or the work will take much longer than expected. I drive over to Bond's. Fortunately, my car has not passed out on the side of the road yet. I wait in their lobby for about 2 hours and enjoyed the "lobby cat" as well as witnessing the courtesy and respect they make a habit of giving to all their customers. At 1:15 PM my car is done, all ready to go. I'm in shock!! Absolutely incredible that I have a mechanical issue like this and I am still able to hit all the scheduled stops I had for that day. Thank you Bond's! You certainly saved my day! I would definitely give you ten stars if I could.Service: Electrical

Great & fast service. This is where a mechanic friend of mine takes his vehicles when he doesn't have time to work on the fleet that maintains.This is the only place that I've been taking my vehicles for over 5 years.

I tough my motor home to them for a quick look over before a long trip . I took my car there to get a starter and solenoid put on it. Nice lovely family atmosphere very nice. Gave me a very fair deal. I will be bringing my cars here in the future from now on
