I had a hard time getting the correct fittings for my hydraulic clutch for my racecar. I originally went to there competition (where I have a account at) but they were not very helpful. Jim however at this location, was super helpful and got us the right parts. I haven't always had the best luck at Napa. But any time I have had Jim helping me, I have had great customer service. It's great to have the old school guys who still care about customer service.

While friendly enough I was sold the wrong headlight replacement. Specifically stated year make and model and employee looked on computer then took us to headlamps. He showed us several, but again we indicated we wanted the brightest available for that car. He grabbed the lamps- a two pack and we paid and went home. Attempted to change and they are the wrong lights! Went back and store just closed. Knocked. Nothing. Employees leaving saw us there and just kept driving-no care or concern.Now having to drive to Mac to buy another set of replacements so wife can safely drive to work in the morning and then will have to go back to original store tomorrow to get money back. Now dinner for family is delayed too. Lots of hassle that should have avoided by selling the right product to begin with.

Found the 7 wire trailer wiring socket grote 721, I needed. Cut me 10 foot of 7 wire cable. Had a Grote 82-1000, 7 terminal junction box too.Some marker light #93 bulbs. Friendly, helpful service by knowledgeable NAPA employees. Stop by and pick up some parts and oil.

Always have the products I need. And if not it is ordered and there that afternoon or the next day. I can't complain

The guys at the Sheridan NAPA store are the best. They go the extra mile when you have a problem to solve. Great Customer Service, always the right part.

Love the Sheridan store. These guys always do wonders for me and help me out a lot. Dennis is my go to guy all the time but they all are amazing

Ordered a part from this location. I was in desperate need of this part and I was told that it would be there in the morning guaranteed. I rode my bike miles in the rain to get there, to be told that the part isnt there and that in reality it may never show up. but they can reorder it again, why would i do that if it may never show up? what kind of business says that?

Stopped in for a brake light bulb and was 35 cents short and told them would be right back. When I got back 10 minutes later at 5:28pm store was locked up tight. Open till 5:30...Don't bet on it!

I bought some hard to find speciality tools here. . A little pricey, but still worth the trip.I also like their auto supplies and batteries.

Terrible customer service. Pathetic attempt at looking for a part, annoyed by my asking of help, and made my son uncomfortable. Never coming back here. It s worth the 20 min drive to McMinnville.
