Such a smooth process and great service from the guys in the garage. We were in a rental campervan travelling from the UK on our honeymoon and needed an rear blinker changing and oil topping up. These guys are pretty thorough and advise you of services you might need in addition to an oil change. Their prices are competitive (batteries, wiper blades, etc.) and they install for you.

I have been in retail for 20 years and would hire every person there! They took a problem of us needing an oil change our RV and instead of just giving a no they solved it and made it happen!! Greeted and directed. Lovely people explained what they were doing, asked permission to open doors, cameras showed what was happening. Thorough check of car. Needed extras offered but not pushed. Sat in car and knitted. Dawson, Leanne, and Devin are all recommended.

I went to get my oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. I was told I didn t need an oil change yet , I could go a couple more months . I told the attendant I was going to Seattle and just wanted make sure I was good to go . He checked my oil , tires ,topped off windshield wiper fluid and coolant ! Replaced wipers , gave me a coupon for next time and saved me $$$ !Thank you for the excellent service today and every time I come in !Service: Tires

I Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of me today. I went to get a standard oil service for my 2022 explorer. First time they ve seen this car. The technician gave me the option for 5W30 and a higher end product. I wanted standard conventional oil no questions asked. There was an mis understanding when I received my invoice I was charged for full synthetic. I called and asked about my invoice because I mentioned ever since I ve had the car has only ever been seen and charged for an conventional oil service. The technician replaced the air filter and changed my oil. Luckily it was an easy communication. The guy in finance team there was willing to work with me and I have great gratitude for his understanding and patience and how well he handled my situation. He showed quality in his costumer service. Again greatly appreciated.

Quick, fast, and affordable. Staff was professional and fun to chat with. I brought my own oil and filter's, so the price was cheaper. If you are military, there is a discount fyi.

The first time I went, I was turned away, because they were short staffed and asked if I were to come back in a day or 2 they would give me $25.00 off my oil change. They seemed to be efficient andthey got the job done... I'm happy!

Oil and filters changed, new wiper blades are awesome smooth and quiet on the windshield. All work done while we sat in the car. Super convenient and well priced. Customer service defined as excellent by the competent and courteous workers.

Finally got my procrastinating friend, Mary, of broken Wing massage to get her car serviced and they are a very nice crew who who enjoy their work. I think they just may have saved me a tooth for getting her there next time .

Impeccable service from the guys at this location! 30 minutes start to finish. Dawson provided great service and was very knowledgeable and informative and Gary provided great assistance too. They really shared a lot of information about my car that I haven t heard before from my local Valvoline or QuickLube in Hood River. Decided to stop here while at the coast and realized I was overdue on an oil change and very glad I did. We were very surprised when Dawson told us he was still in training. He rocks and Gary was a great supervisor.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had my oil changed and was asked to pick up an oil filter because they were out of stock. Said they would pick one up or I could. Picked up filter and went three times to get in to changed while they had lunch shifts. Finally got in and they drained my oil then stated they were out of all oil options except there most expensive oil. I agreed to this and they offered a discount for AARP. Price for a ford diesel was $190. Discount to $150. When I paid they didn t reduce the price because I had my own filter. When I asked they stated when you bring your own filter that s on you. I stated if I d have known that I would have let them go to Napa and get it. The service truck said my bad for not telling you. This is unacceptable serviceService: Oil change

I liked my experience here. I got in and out in about 30 minutes which includes wait time. I paid for an oil change and got some free tune ups and system checks. The mechanic was friendly and I did not have any leaks or drips of any kind after I left. I definitely recommend you give them a try. I will be a returning customer from now on.

We came here to get the oil changed on our 2020 Toyota Tacoma around 1300 today (December 11th 2021)This is the most thorough place we have ever gone to when getting an oil change! The guys are incredible. It looks like the manager Gary? is training a few guys and talks very respectfully to them and treats the employees very well! From what we could see(I look for that when going to businesses. Employees do a much better job when they are treated right!) They not only changed the oil but they checked the battery on the truck, wind shield wipers, air filters, checked all the lights, tires, topped off all the fluids, replaced the gear fluid and so much more I know nothing about!They took their time to do everything right and explained the process as they went through it.I don t know what this location is doing right but its very much so noticed and appreciated!I began writing this right as they were finishing up. As we were leaving all of them were saying thank you and super awesome!We re from Tillamook county, we re planning on coming back to Seaside from now on when we need our oil changed!Thank you to every one of you guys who helped out today. Been pretty pleased with the service and the people who are there. Was back to see the crew just today with a rig and things were great...just a slight waiting time but all was good...they got the job done and no pressure to add anything I didn't need...thanks again guys.... Back with the Jeep this morning and it was awesome to see a young lady working....I enjoy cars very much and I love seeing females that are involved in the industry...Go Girls! We can do things ! Well it's 2023 now I am back again to make the rounds with the rigs to change the oil ..my first run was with my truck...all good..in and out ....left to get the car in this time but I had two others ahead of me...seemed to take longer this trip.... waiting for 40 minutes.... thought I could get in and out in about an hour but it took a lot longer than expected and when I finished it had been an hour and half...so was a little displeased but I'm still going to return for my service.. thank you for the continued service.
