The young man up front very personable and very helpful even loaned me a oil funnel and a bunch of blue shop towels to clean up with. It has small town prices which can't be avoided but it's a good spot to get what you need.

Worst customer service. Originally went in to get an oil cap ($4.99). They didn't have it. Ordered it online and paid 7.95 shipping for a 5 dollar part. Doesn't fit. The invoice specially says you can take it to a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store. They wouldn't take it back. I asked why they were not a "participating" store and the reply was, "We're not taking it back."

On vacation in Seaside and my battery died. Petrico s contacted Napa and the battery was delivered and installed lickety split. Awesome service.

I guess I didn't look the part because I got a cross-eyed look and some of the worst customer service. Give a smile boys! Your job is not just to know the parts but it is also customer service! This is coming from somebody that works customer service and has been in customers' homes to do their remodels.

I was in Seaside from the Portland area for 5 days when my "check gas cap" message came on. I'd been having trouble with it and didn't want to drive all the way home with a faulty gas cap, so I stopped by Sunset Auto Parts/Napa in Seaside. I received awesome help from James, who put the gas cap on for me (I knew how to do it but wanted to make sure it was done right just in case). James was more than willing to help me, and within five minutes I was back on the road again with a new gas cap.James was so friendly and helpful and if I ever have problems again, I won't hesitate to go back to this store. Everyone was friendly, the store was clean and well organized, and a pleasure to go into.

Well I needed a starter motor for my old Chevy and a gentleman named Bruce helped me..he by far is the most knowledgeable parts man I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a lot of years ... And he knows his Harley Davidsons 2 .. thanks Napa and thanks Bruce !!

Don't waste your time. Unfriendly and doesn't honor warranty on the products that they sell. Only reason for this post is the horrible service my daughter had in my absence. I wanted what I thought was a reputable franchise to take care of my daughter when I was hospitalized. My daughter would call me, in tears, when they wouldn't take back faulty products. The only reason I had her go there ic cuz it was Sunday and the only place open in seaside.

I was the only customer in the store but I waited and seemed nonexistent to two guys at the parts desk. Finally a third guy shows up and helps me find my part, unenthusiastic would be putting it kindly. Guy at the register was a real charmer too. I never gave attitude but got it back in spades, I guess this it what happens when you are the only auto parts store in town. Downside is I won't be shopping at Napa in my hometown anymore either.

Needed a vehicle scan to figure out which coil of mine was bad so I could by a coil for it. I was told no and that they don't do it. Was odd at first because everyother part store I've been in does it. No problem though, a place in Warrenton does it. Not sure why you would pass up business.My review is on more than just this incident, but I don't feel the need to "bash" them. The rating is my opinion and anyone who shop here can see and have their own. It's a great shop, just not for me.

The crew at NAPA Seaside really went out of their way to help me out. After a day trip to the coast with 4 teenagers, we were ready to head back home to Washington, but my car wouldn't start. After their advice and a bit of trouble shooting, we decided to try to replace the battery - but I was a mile away from their store, with no tools or knowledge about how to replace a car battery. One of the crew actually brought a battery to me, along with tools, and not only helped remove/install the battery, but took the time to teach my son how to do it - the car started and the day was saved! He even declined to accept a cash tip my son offered to him. I highly recommend NAPA Auto Parts - Seaside! Thanks again!

3/21/22 Bad customer service. No greeting. Two employees at the counter chatting i literally walked through the store couldn't find what I was looking for. Went up to the counter and still had a hard time getting help. Will never go here again.

Seaside NAPA is the best Auto Parts Store I have been to. I have lived in 5 states and buy auto's I can afford = always need some. Lots of uncommon parts in stock.

Getting my SUV new window wipers, plus some fuses, one of the wipers popped out today, went back and asked if someone could put back on, he did and he was pleasant

Napa ... Must be were all the grumpy Nascar guys work when there is no race. Napa as a whole out of touch with their customer service and customers.I walked in to buy snow chains. They guy acted like I was trying to buy the world. And he wasn't in the picture. It's a shame. As a large portion of the public just doesn't want to be treated rudely.He had a few upsale opportunities. And missed the boat. Couldn't be bothered... Had I knew at the time. I'd jumped on the extra stuff.. piece of mind would have been worth it alone.

Great store! Always have what I need. Also, if you buy windshield wipers, they will come out and put them on for you! So nice.

Napa has the best wiper blades, but always get their cheapest ones and replace them often. This particular store is huge and they are all friendly inside

Then please they're great they take care of you I went in for windshield wipers the other day and they even put them on for me I was out there trying to figure it out by myself and the employee to help me came out and put them on for me it was great

I loathe cars and everything to do with them, so places like this are not my favourite place to hang out. Staff here were not as friendly, not as helpful, and not as enthusiastic as the Auto Zone staff in Warrenton. Auto Zone offers to install wiper blades, bulbs, etc. Actually head out to do it while asking you if you want them to. Here, my request to pop a bulb in was met with hesitation and a sigh.
