I had a great experience at the auto shop with the owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done on the trunk of my car and gave me a fair quote. The result was fantastic - the work was done meticulously, and my car now looks amazing with a perfectly sealed trunk. Although there were some delays in getting the work done due to unforeseen issues, I am pleased with the quality of the work and the level of service I received from this shop. Overall, I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of car repairs.

I hit a deer while on vacation in Long Beach WA, and found Mason Auto Body in Astoria, OR. They were so nice and helpful throughout the entire process, even calling a tow truck for me. So many auto body places I called told me that they were 4-6 months out, or not even taking in cars! (Thank you covid ) Riley walked me thru the entire process, working me into their schedule. My husband and I highly recommend them. Their work was amazing! My Tahoe looks better than it did before! Thank you so much!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at Mason did an incredible job making a bad dent disappear! After searching body shops in Beaverton recommended by the VW dealership, I found Mason on Google maps and figured why not get a quote. Very fair prices for the work. Happy to support a local business!Due to the complexity and location of the dent, it took a bit longer to complete the job but it was totally worth the wait. The quality of the repair was top notch and it would be pretty hard to tell any work was done at all.Very warm and friendly staff! I would not hesitate to go back for any future body work.

They were excellent to work with throughout the whole process from estimate to completion. Brought in a company vehicle, and it was returned cleaner and far nicer than we gave it to them.I am pleased enough that I would happily bring in my own vehicle, and I can not say that for every business I ve worked with. I've had to use their services twice in the past two years after being rear ended by a driver with no insurance, then most recently hitting a deer (who also had no insurance ). Nova is always super responsive, under promises and over delivers and stays on top of all communications. She does all the communicating with insurance and makes sure that repairs are done quickly. My car always looks better than when I took it in!!They also will work to get your rental car back to Enterprise for you since they've had to move their shop to Seaside.Praying they can move back to Astoria soon, but well worth the drive to Seaside!Bonus is the super cute shop dog that loves treats!

Had issues with Allstate but Masons auto tried everything they could to help me. The lady at the desk even had other insurance company suggestions for the future.

INCREDIBLE. Went in for a secondary quote for what I was told would be 3000$ worth of work in Astoria, that couldn t be started for two months, and the people at Mason s FIXED my issue there in five minutes, no charge. Truly pleasant people there and no bs. Would travel unreasonable distances to have them work on my car, it s not always easy finding trustworthy companies, but they re a real gem! My friend's boyfriend recommended this place and I totally see why. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. They finished my car a week earlier than they originally estimated and it looks beautiful! And you should have seen the damage beforehand, my car was totally jacked. Now it looks brand freaking new. Knock on wood that I don't ever need to use them again, but God forbid, I know where I'm taking my car. Thanks guys for your amazing service!!!

Got a estimate last September. Pre paid for all the parts and a year later they did not have them on hand. Futher more I as the customer am to tell them what parts are needed to fix my carMany things where needed to fits my car. Yet after a years time only the bumper was ordered. I drove 2200 miles for my set appointment and contacted them repeatedly. Just insane , go somewhere else the owner hasn't a clue about auto body

Buddy of mine managed to slip his BMW motorcycle under my rear bumper when walking it out of his driveway, messed my rear bumper up real good.Took it Mason... They were honest and upfront about all costs and despite an unexpected bit of additional damage requiring additional parts still had my car ready when they estimated. Chad and Nova got me an estimate immediately and went above and beyond on repairing the estimated damages. They even fixed additional damage and a couple dents at no extra cost and matched the paint perfectly on a 1990 Toyota 4x4. Even though they are super busy, they make you feel like you re their only customer and that you re a priority. Anyone that has a damaged rig or needs it detailed, I m gonna send them here!

Great experience, very professional and overall best communication back and forth for all the details to be done right!PS: Vehicle wasn t done on time so that s the only negative but they did a magnificent job so I rather wait than getting poor work done on my vehicles and for sure I will use them again soon!

This isn t your typical body shop, this are car enthusiasts working with passion and it shows with the attention to detail, great costumer service; amazing feedback.I took my BMW to them, would recommend for anyone looking for repairs with import/German cars

New business started out with Covid 19. Chad and Nova do a quick job of sending estimates for insurance and respond as soon as they get approval, then schedule you right in. They are easy to find using GPS, and loyal to their customers needs.

I popped my front bumper loose and called to see about getting it repaired. They were able to take a look and fixed it on the spot! I will use them again for any body damage I cause doing stupid stuff with my car!
