I picked up a nail on the beach & when I pulled up to get some air. James was the guy who came out to help me. He pulled the tire off and repaired it free of charge. Great atmosphere and amazing service. Highly recommend. ( James deserves a rase in my opinion ) very hard to find workers like that these days.

Hey, these guys are great. I was having trouble with the battery in my truck. It would not hold a charge after 6-7 days forcing me to put it on the charger. I went to Les Schwab fully expecting to buy a new battery. But no! Battery and alternator tested good. Problem was I don't drive it enough and when I do it's to the dump, store or lumber yard, all of which are within a quarter mile. They could have easily sold me a new battery.Thanks again Les Schwab! You made my day.

These guys are completely fantastic! There's only a couple days left before people have to get there studded tires taken off, per state law so they were pretty swamped. On our way down to the coast, we noticed that our tire pressure light activated. Our ETA was 5:45 p.m. and this Les Schwab closes at 6:00 p.m.. I spoke to Melissa on the phone and she was very professional and courteous and told us that they may be able to get us in, but to just come on down. When we got there there were four tire Techs on duty and every one of them was super friendly. Ends up we had a gigantic nail stuck in between the tread of the tire. They got us in and out of there in about 10 minutes, avoiding any interruption to our trip. Friendliest and most professional staff that I've ever encountered at a Les Schwab!

These guys are awesome. We pulled in with a leaking tire just before closing. They were friendly and efficient. Our tire was patched and we were on our way in less then 10 minutes. Thank you.

No wait. Extremely nice employees. I didn t even have to touch the tire I brought, he got it out of and put it back in my car for me. Entire process took maybe 10 minutes and the popcorn was basically all I ate all day (we love tire emergencies) so that was VERY appreciated as well. Thank you for being *the only* painless part of a 2/10 day :)

When you live in Oregon and Washington, you KNOW the best to go for tire issues is Les Schwab! But when you're a full-time RVer traveling all over the country, LS isn't an option. But I'm back in Oregon, so when a screw decided to stab my tire...I knew where I was headed. And today is Oregon's deadline for removing your studs and the place was crazy busy. I was back on the road within an hour and they didn't charge me a dime. Les Schwab...I've missed you!

After a rude hang up, I decided to drive down to the Seaside location and talk to the gentleman that hung up on me, (which had told me his name was SAM), I was thinking maybe he was having a bad day , so I ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Well that all went out the window almost instantly, I walk in and see his name on his jacket, so I explain to him that he was rather rude earlier, his response, well I thought the conversation was done, I explained how did you come to that conclusion? , because you hung up on me? He replied, and I don t have any regrets! I believe this gentleman has forgotten who he actually works for. His customers ! Otherwise he would be out of a job. His attitude was Absolutely disgusting. I hope no one ever has the same experience.

I appreciate you but can you atleast fill the air in my tires instead of just putting on the new one.... driving it the door and leaving it at 20psi when it's supposed to be at 44psi i ended up filling it with my thingy in the car.... Extra 2 minutes goes a long way could of been a 5 star but 4 star! :)

Worst service ever ! The guy working on my car shoved his arm into my car to start pushing buttons to reset my tire pressure. Even after telling him to stop, he still forced his way in strong arming me. I then started to feel violated. After telling him NO stop pushing buttons, i then slapped his arm, saying, "Get out of my car," which he tensed it up even harder and kept pushing longer than necessary shoving his elbow at me to keep me away from his hand.There was a reason I didn't want to reset it, and that should be my choice. Finally, when he stopped, he pulled his arm out of my car he smirked and said, "Have a nice day." I jumped out, looked at the manager (Sam), and said, "Did you see that?" He proceeded to tell me hhmm I didn't see anything wrong he asked you if you wanted it done. I said yes, that is true, and I clearly told him NO.The manager (Sam) then told me to leave his property and never come back, or he would call the cops. Really, would he have done that to a man and gotten away with it. I will now be shopping at a completely different tire store.

I have been to many Les Schwabs throughout entire country. Not once, has a mechanic told me over the phone that he will not look up a quote from another Les Schwab and give me a rough time frame for how long out it ll be until they can work on my truck. I specifically was told I should not drive anywhere until work was done as it is to unsafe to drive but mechanic at this store said I must have to drive my truck all the way to that Les Schwab and let him do another assessment before even just telling me how far out they are for work. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have never had any bad experience just talking to mechanics at Les Schwab s about such general information that he would not help me know over the phone. I hope they address this guy and correct his pre Madonna ego.

The staff is nice and there usually isn't a wait. Only ever had one bad experience here but others have been great. Can be a bit expensive on some things like brakes but still not the worst out there. There is a nice little waiting room where you can get popcorn and use vending machines. There is also a TV you can watch while you wait.One thing I loved was that we had our dog with us and they didn't mind her sitting in the waiting area with us.

My wife and I took a road trip from Vancouver BC down to the Oregon coast. We became aware that the left rear tire was leaking when we were in Seaside. I searched for a local tire repair shop and found Les Schwab. The guys took care of it immediately, and when I went to settle up my account, they told me that there was no charge; Les Schwab wants drivers to be safe and repairs flats for free. I couldn t believe it. We left a tip, but it didn t begin to cover the excellent service we received.

Awesome service! Above and beyond!! We blew a tire, called, then a showed up 20 min later at 5:57 on a Friday night. James, Riley, and Darrell helped us get a new tire and back on the road! We can t believe there are still honest, capable workers who stayed, knowing we were arriving minutes before closing on a Friday night. Thank you for staying open for us and getting our family back on the road safely!Thank you so much Schwab for caring for your employees, it shows, as they are assets to your business!

I had a tire puncture 1 hour before they were closing, got the car there 20 minutes before they closed. Within 10 minutes, they helped identify the puncture and patched it all for free!

On vacation, TPMS light came on. Close to Seaside location so went in. Staff and manager incredibly helpful and friendly. We are Les Schwab customers in Boise, Idaho and this is why: they took immediate care of us. Thank you!

Traveling on a road trip and caught a nail. Decided to stop and see if they had time to help us out. Pulled up and was greeted in our car by Sam who directed us into a bay and immediately began working on the car. After a few moments he pulled the car around and told us we were good to go. Amazing customer service!!! 5 stars!!

Praises to Gordon and Riley for the amazing customer service last night. We barely made it a few minutes before closing and Gordon was right on fixing our trailer tire that had blown on us with a smile. He was very efficient! Another customer arrived with a motor home right after us and they helped them also. Thank you many times over!!!

Stopped for gas and learned our tire had a nail; too far to drive home. Stopped at this Les Schwab and we were greeted with a big smile and a patch job on the spot. No charge, either though we left a thank you tip. Go here if you re in the neighborhood, I d recommend this kind of service to every business!!PS: it was Sam and he refused a tip!

The team answered the phone as soon as they opened and took our call regarding bald trailer tires while on a very long road trip! They had the tires in stock and had the job completed in only two hours from the initial phone call and 30 minutes from arriving at their business. All employees were courteous and friendly. Great service!! Thank you for saving the day!!

Broke a tire on a high curb. Les Schwab did not have a replacement tire the size I needed but could order one. I was traveling out of state and couldn't wait. They had a used tire that was safe and the correct size. They installed the tire on my vehicle at NO CHARGE and I was able to continue home. Thank you Les Schwab

Came into town with and the low pressure light came on. Sam checked and filled all the tires. His friendly demeanor and willingness to take a few minutes to help eliminate our concerns about a possible puncture was greatly appreciated. Glad we didn t need more in depth repairs, but if we do while we are here, he has our business.

This place has some of the best customer service of any tire store I have visited in 3 different states. There is a closer location to my house, but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to this location. They are extremely honest and will let you know if you need to spend money. I recently took my F250 in for front brakes, and after inspection, was informed that they didn't need replacing at the time and to come back in after another 5K miles. The other day I brought another vehicle in for a flat repair. We didn't even buy the tires or brakes at this location and they didn't charge either time! They have our business for good!
