You would think that a small town dealership would want to do good business but no I bought a car 2 weeks after the check engine light came on (they erased the codes) I called he said he would fix it now after 3 times of going there to have them fix it it came out worse then before and the guy who is there to fix it isn't even a mechanic just some guy who looks at YouTube on how to fix something and yet Sam still won't fix it makes up excuses or things he is doing to fix it he is buying cars at auctions erasing all the codes and selling them at this lot for way over price just to rip people off SCAMMER DONT GO HERE so now stuck with a car that doesn't work and still owe on it because UNITED FINANCE talked so highly of them. Little back story I was there with Sam getting my car looked at for the I don't know time, he bought a transmission from this guy 250 and he was putting it in well it was raining and water got into it because it was raining and Billy was helping him well Billy even said I'm not going to cover that so with water in the transmission while Billy is helping this other guy put it in knowing it's raining doesn't cover it then the transmission guy shows up as Sam is right next to me ringing him a new one because the transmission doesn't work because of the water in it well Billy didn't cover because his words thats not his job even tho he was helping now the transmission guy is out of a transmission and has to replace another one even though it was Billy's fault he isn't even a mechanic he should not be touching vehicles in the first place. Sam sure got what he wanted more money the more you rip people off the less you will be in business small towns don't go for scammers and people who rip people off

Surprised this place is still in business. Wasn't even acknowledged when I first walked onto the lot, employees smoking cigarettes the entire time, the prices are simply outrageous, and the vehicle I looked at, a black suburban, had nearly 20 codes when I checked, including multiple cylinder misfire and exhaust system codes. I don't understand how a business like this stays open when they are blatantly ripping people off, stay far, far away!

I paid $5000 for a car I bought there. They were supposed to fix an issue. When I got it back and drove it home all the lights lit up on the dash. and the Trunk doesn t open so it s now electrical problems. I ve asked and asked for help. My lawyer had to get the $250 that was promised for a windshield. I ve only put on 300 miles in a year. Don t go there it s a scam

This guy is a big piece of trash. He sold my daughter with 3 little girls a van for $5000 and it lasted maybe 3 weeks and it broke down. The so called mechanic had put the wrong oil in it. He has been stringing her along saying he would fix it or he would give her money back he ends up almost a year later gives her $500 of the $5000. I would run from this place He prides himself on being a Christian. This is why people are turning their back on Christianity people like this pretending they care about you. If he was a true Christian he would do the right thing The $500 is what he probably paid for the van so he still made $4500 on the car.

Sam replaced a clutch on my girlfriends new Toyota Matrix. He did an excellent job. We were nervous because we just got the car, but Sam helped assure us he would diagnose the issue and get it running like new. He did just as he said. All the communication with the mechanics and workers inside the dealership were super helpful and friendly. His prices are fair, and definitely cheaper than other mechanics I went to.

For my purchases, for $1k found a diamond in the rough, awesome condition Bronco II 70k miles drove it wild for 4months, daily and scorching the beach, broke it myself. And a YotaRola for 2k ran it almost 25k miles. Both deals in n out under an hour. Many of these autos are auction or rough trades, in today's market you can't expect much for 20yr+ cars with 200k+ mi for under 5k, if they were prestine they'd be a fortune in today's used market, and probably still need costly repairs soon. Some of their vehicles are easy repairs, you can do at home with a $50 set of tools and youtube, Can't blame them for making a buck. Cash helps!!!

Not a good company stay away! Sold car that is unsafe to drive, also refused to give a different car after driving the unsafe car. Quoted a lower price on phone then text higher price. My mechanic told me wheel bearing right side tied rods, and ball joints. Oil leak , rack and pinion leak . Also do for timing belt . Honestly you need @ least $1800 to make that car safe to drive. Refused to give money back. STAY AWAY. This person he did this to is now stuck with car and no way to get another car

Was limited in my car buying options so i had to go here. Found a car that i liked and agreed to buy it. Asked for a few things to be fixed before I drove it home, none of the things I asked to get fixed got fixed. Drove it for three months and then the brakes seized up. They dont make the part anymore and its on national backorder. So i called and guy says hes "a licenced nissan mechanic" and yet didn't know that my car only comes with one type of engine. This dude is a scam artist. Now I'm paying for and fully insuring a car that i can't drive. Steer clear.

They sell lemons. That Toyota tercel for sale for $1699 was mine!!! I used it as a "down payment" to get a truck there. That toyota has a blown head gasket, and he put it for sale the very next day with no engine repairs.. They KNOW that car won't even make it to Astoria. I am now havung to take my new truck to a Ford dealership to get the transmission worked on... Although my truck is on their "warranty" of 50% coverage, I will not let them touch my truck!! I will gladly go elsewhere, they wont get another dime from me. Sad they sell lemons in a small town.

I applied to get a car on Sunday and found out Monday that I didn t qualify. On Wednesday I finally showed up to the dealership and asked for my deposit back ($300) I was on the phone with the guy and he said I ll bring it down to you so I waited at the dealership for over an hour and a half before I called again asking where he was. He then responded very rudely and said no no no I never said I was bringing you your money today even thought he called me an hour and a half earlier and said he was. He then said i will be back in town tonight and if I come back too late then you can get your money first thing in the morning . I was really frustrated after waiting so long but then I was like okay whatever. It s now the next day and I m almost to the dealership and I call to let him know I m almost there. He then answers rudely again and say I didn t make it into town last night so you re gonna have to wait till later this evening I AM SO UPSET I JUST WANT MY MONEY! Very unreliable...

Only buy a car from here if you want one that will break down! To leave you and your family stranded!! Ask any professional mechanic in the area if they would buy a vehicle there... Or ask a local tow truck driver there thoughts. Only reason I am leaving one star is because no stars is not an option. Displeased to say the least!!!

Just don't go. Untrustworthy, and they also don't wear masks. I saw the salesman SPRAY the counter with his spit.
