Big shout out to Jesus.excellent customer service. I was very impressed how he greeted and acknowledged me as I walked into the store. I had already went to two other auto parts store and immediately left . Because of poor customer service.So this was a really big deal for me . To get help in purchasing something, I know nothing about.He asked what I needed . He then escorted me to the car antenna's .Then he helped me pick the one that would work best for my car. He also came out to make sure that it was the correct fit. Unfortunately we discovered the antenna would not work for my jeep. He gave a referral to where I may go next. I was so appreciative to have somebody actually want to step out from behind the counter and want to help .Rather than just point and say it over there .Thank you again Jesus..

Good store, but employees working here last time I visited were very biased about helping me. They had me waiting while I watched them help other folks. The younger guy wasn't friendly much, and the bigger guy was just sitting there. Even though he saw me, he never offered to help me instead. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

Every time I come here I am greeted, I am helped, and the prices are affordable.Today we had a potentially catastrophic issue with the AC Clutch, but luckily it was just the belt.Andrew walked us through some stuff to help ease the situation.I am glad I am an O'Reilly's customer, and will continue to be.

The manager Broady does not have good hygiene and always looks like he is on some kind of drugs and is usually rude. No idea why the people above him would make him a manager.

Why wouldn't you carry snow chains or snow socks? Wasted time. Sold us a car charger that didn't work and then when we tried to return it there was a 100 year old man behind the counter moving at the speed of smell with two other customers.

They helped me on a Sunday afternoon when I had a check engine light come on. They were kind enough to lend me a diagnostic tool at no charge, and they even looked up the code to tell me exactly what was wrong. Everyone was super polite and helpful even though they didn't make a dime from me. They have this flatlander's gratitude.

It's a parts store you either lovem or HATEM. ...IVE HAD GOOD LUCK AND VERY HELPFUL KNOLEDGABLE INDAVIDUALS rounding up my needs at this branch so they will continue to humor me and handle my biz as needed and I thank you for the pleasant experience

Great service. I found the part I needed before entering the store, gave the assistant manager the product code and was in and out in no time! Even got some stuff to make my tires and wheels shine for cheaper than going to the shop and having my car fixed by a mechanic.

I had a spontaneous issue with my Kia last Sunday and I had no idea what was going on and the guy at the O'Reilly's in Sandy was super helpful the best that he could be thank you so much.

I've never had a great experience here but my most recent one takes the cake. 3 people in line, 1 at the counter. 2 employees stocking shelves and another one in the back on the phone. Employee at counter runs to the back of the store to look for a part. The 4 of us are now waiting. And waiting. And waiting.Unbelievable. This is not how you manage a store.

I bought chains for my car in the Sandy OR just in case I need them when driving through the mountain. Turns out the roads weren't bad at all and I didn't need to use them on my trip at all. I went back to return them and they told me that there is a no return policy on chains! I was very disappointing and unhappy with the customer service here! If that is there policy they should be required to tell customers that certain items are non refundable when purchasing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty at this particular O'reilly store and will no longer be shopping at these stores from now on. All customers beware and ask before purchasing because they will likely not tell you if items are non refundable. $100 down the drain.

We called ahead of time to see if they can turn our roaders. They said they would have someone there all day to do it. We drive about 40 minutes into town to have them do that and no one there could do it. The guy that is supposed to do it said they don t believe me that I shouldn t really do it.. I get distracted every time and walk away so I can t.. sorry and no one would help... this is literally their job. Shocking lack of work ethic and care for the customers basic needs.

Normally this is a very friendly, and helpful location, but both time I visited this location today, 4/4/2020 the employee (Broady) which helped me today was extremely rude. Instead of handing things, he threw them on the counter, was rude to talk to, not helpful, etc. I m only leaving these review so hopefully someone sees it and fixes the issue.

10 stars - Devin was super helpful, I went in purchased light bulbs for my wife s car , went home watched you tube and got 1/2 installed but could not quite figure out other one...went back to store and DEVIN was super kind and helped PLUS he did a safety check and we discovered another bulb that was out. Devin far away exceeded my expectations and that is why I do all of my Auto parts and accessories at Oreily s.

The guy that opens the store is nice. It'd be hard for me to be that friendly so early in the morning. O'Reilly typically has some great deals in they're monthly add too.The O'Rewards program is a joke. Spend $150 to earn $5 cash back? And you have to spend it in that same calendar month, or you lose the $5.Suggestion For O'Reilly:Get $10 in store for every $100 spent. With one caveat; no giving the cashier your phone number at the counter, you have to slide your O'Reilly card.Tekton uses this model with their website, and they're thriving.
