I was involved. In an accident two days ago. On top of that. I locked myself out of my running truck. Tracy stopped to check on us and rescued me as he opened my vehicle and wouldn't let me arrange payment for saving me from a long wait. He is an amazing man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. God bless him.

They towed my wrecked vehicle and when I called on Sunday to see if I could get a personal necessary item from my vehicle (my credit card and driver's license) i was told I'd be charged a 50$ gate fee or could wait till Monday morning at 8am to enter. Well, I chose the Monday morning option not only because I didn't have 50$ dollars to spare, but also because I was stranded and starving in the next town over without a way to pay for anything until Monday and I even told her that but she sounded annoyed at me and wasn't empathetic or helpful in any way.

This company was incredible. The tow driver showed up almost exactly when I was told he would. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. He shared the history of Highway 26 with me while taking my car to my house. Overall, if I ever need a tow again, without question it will be with New s!

Scheduled tow never showed. The whole day was wasted. Won't answer or return calls. Now, I'm having to scramble to find an alternative.

Very comforting, nice, patient, reasonable pricing, the tow truck driver was more concerned with getting our kids out of the cold then anything else highly recommend
