Frank Borges coordinated the body work repair and painting of our coach. They were able to repair the coach and have it back on the road in 3-days. Entire process went very smoothly, without a hitch.Everyone we met at Johnson's RV was courteous and professional. Should we need work done to our coach in the future we will certainly bring it into Johnson's RV Service Department and see Frank Borges and his associates.I would add that Master Painter Mike Curtis and his crew did a fabulous job of matching and blending the custom paint and design on our coach. I went to this place #1 because I needed warranty service and only had 3 shops as options within driving distance. #2 because the Fife Johnson's was unfriendly nor helpful. #3 had the shortest wait times still over 6 weeks though!! Let me tell you it was by for the perfect experience. We had several issues and a lack of communication in the beginning. However Nicole was so sweet the whole time and I truly felt she did her best. These shops are all under staffed on techs especially with the rapid growth of the RV industry during the peak of Covid. That being said the things that went wrong mostly are understandable given our first tech was no longer there and the second was starting with little knowledge of the issue. Therefore I try to be understanding. Ultimately Nicole made it right the work was done well and things ended well.Now that being said this place is 2-4 times more expensive than any other shop I priced for after market work. I would absolutely not go there if it wasn't warranty and I was having to pay for it.

Paula and Frank were a real pleasure to work with. I m certain that the support team behind them are excellent as well to enable them keep them keep the service bar as high as it is.Specifically, the communication from beginning to end was 100%. I never wondered where we were in the process. And with supply chain issues and rises prices, this was even more comforting. I was met by Frank who went over the process and assured me my rig would be back in service at the promised time. When I picked up my View, it was bathed sparkling clean. Had a body repair done on my van here. Everyone here went above and beyond to treat me like a valued customer. Paula and Frank were awesome.Great folks, super competent. Excellent body work. Dont hesitate to use Johnson RV for bodywork.

After an unfortunate but minor mishap with my 5th wheel trailer, I was concerned that we could get it repaired before we started back to our home in North Carolina. I contacted Johnson RV center and spoke with Frank Borges, the Service Manager, and he immediately put me at ease. His confidence and expertise were evident as he took charge of the situation, working with our insurance company to complete the repairs in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with their work. I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Borges and his team of technicians. In my opinion he went above and beyond in assisting me and getting us back on the road!Service: Body & Trim

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Johnson RV but especially Frank Borges. We have always taken our trailer for repairs to another large local dealership. We were looking for a more personal touch with confidence in the repairs that needed to be done. Frank was everything we wanted. He was so nice, explained everything very carefully and was honest. Our repairs were completed ahead of schedule and for less than the original quote. I recommend Johnson RV but especially Frank. Thank you so much.

We have been part of the Johnson RV Family for a couple years and recently had a small accident damaging our ladder. We called over to Johnson RV to see about our options and that is when I was introduced to Ryan Sharp, manager of the Johnson RV Collision Center. We sent pictures to Ryan and he researched the parts and process and kept us informed with updates. Eventually everything came together and our RV was restored back to new. During the visit with Ryan, I learned his team also did other work and I was interested in replacing the roof vent fans. Again, Ryan is great to work with because he helped find the best price for a replacement roof fan and provided insight and updates once the parts were ordered. Ryan and his team made both visits to the Collision Center easy to coordinate and I very much appreciate the regular communication. I highly recommend Ryan Sharp and the Johnson RV Collision Repair Team for your RV body and service repairs.Service: Body & Trim

We had a run-in with an errant E-bike that T-boned our Class-B RV van and caused some body damage. Having no personal experience with any repair shops in the area, we resorted on Google reviews and we chose Johnson s RV collision center to do our body repair work, even though their shop is quite a distance away from us. We were super pleased from start to finish! The service manager, Frank Borges, provided stellar customer support by always returning our calls, addressing our concerns, keeping us informed, sticking to his promises for schedules, and ensuring a high-quality repair. Had damage to the side and roof of our trailer after striking a building. Frank Borges was assigned to the repairs and handled the coordination with our insurance carrier. He did an outstanding job and made us feel confident that the repairs would be done professionally and in a timely manner. It all happened as promised. We would like to thank the Customer Service at Johnson RV for their help with our Mercedes Sprinter. They worked hard to get the information necessary to repair our vehicle to its former state. They answered all of our questions, and were usually the first to make contact to keep us up to date with the process. Great customer service! Having over 20yrs in customer service and seen it s decline in many industries, it was extremely apparent that Johnson RV took customer service to a level that I have not seen in many years. I will strongly recommend Johnson RV and Frank in the service department to anyone with RV repair needs. Quality craftsmanship, superior service and top notch employees make for a winning combination.

After being parked for 15 months due to corvid, I found a water stain on the ceiling due to an apparent leak on the roof. I called Johnson RV and was connected to Frank Borges. He went out of his way to help me and cut thru the red tape to get me an appointment the next work day. Other shops would not see me for at least 5 weeks. Within a week the problem was solved. Frank did an outstanding job for me. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Tis was my first contact with Johnson RV. Wow, if they take that good of care to a stranger, what do they do for repeat customers? Needless to say I whole heartedly recommend Frank Borges and Johnson RV.Service: Body & Trim

Seldom do I gave folks such a high rating, but this company and it s employees are fantastic. Did work on our 40-foot motorhome, on time, within the budget and of the highest quality. Congratulations to them and you won t be disappointed if you choose this company for your needs.We were traveling from California and found them and glad we did.
