Anyone who has purchased an RV knows it's not only about the service when purchasing...it's the POST sale service that is truly telling. My purchase at Johnson RV, Sandy OR was extremely smooth. Their process is efficient with an impressive job on a thorough walkthrough, and a few follow up questions via email were responded to lightening fast!Post sale, I had a few questions and unique issue which was handled truly impressively. Everyone I spoke with from sales, service & parts was willing to take ownership and delightful to speak with... and extremely helpful.Due to their positive reviews, I chose to drive 3 hours in order to purchase my RV here, a decision I am very thankful for.There are no shortage of RV dealerships though choosing the right one will make a huge difference after you drive away with your new rig. I highly recommend Johnson RV for their outstanding service and customer support especially after sale!

Yesterday I sold my Roadtrek to this company. I worked through Dan, he was so helpful, and so nice. Amy flew here and picked it up. She was also helpful and so sweet, we got to share a cup of coffee and chat while it was being processed through Bob. The bank loan was paid the same day as the purchase, and the remaining balance they owed me was wired the same day as well. What a positive experience from start to finish. If I am ever in the market for an RV again I know I will be calling them. Thank you so much!

My friend bought a new RV at Johnson RV in Sandy, and it actually turned out to be a pleasant experience. Ian was super knowledgeable about the RV and did a great job walking us through all the details of how to operate the vehicle. We left there feeling confident, and Johnson RV is always there to help if she has any questions about the RV. Very nice people that work there.

We were very pleased with the assistance we received from Andrew Brett. We are long time RV owners and looking to downsize. After quizzing us on our needs and wants he showed us 3 rigs. All could be "the one" but we are just starting the process of looking. I would not hesitate to shop Johnson RV Sandy and I highly recommend Andrew.

Johnson RV recently sold my Leisure Travel Van Unity via Consignment (was difficult to initiate because sale triggered by death of my partner). When shopping for a used RV, not every dealer will have the exact vehicle you're looking for in stock and be able to sell one to you. That said, you can still tell when you've found a helpful, trustworthy, knowledgable dealership worthy of recommending. Johnson RV is one of those. Working with Nick, I got a lot of great information, and help. It was a pleasure to work with him and I never felt pressured to do something that wasn't right for me. I highly recommend you consider them when you're looking for an RV and hope your experience goes as well as mine did.

We are very happy with the service work on our Revel van. Adam and his crew did a great job understanding the repairs necessary and the storage upgrades we wanted. Watching the service department work together suggests to me it's a strong team and a great place to work. We will be back.

Excellent service at Johnson RV Sandy! Our sales associate, Nolan, took the time to really understand our wish list and took great care in showing us all our options without sales pressure or feeling rushed. Had the best experience shopping for a trailer at Johnson RV Sandy! The RV outfitter, Nolan was a gem to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and super accommodating with our schedule. We were visiting from out of town and he came in on his day off. He didn't push to upsell us when the trailer we wanted was gone but did search for other, similar trailers to help find a match. The lot itself was easy to find and access and very clean and organized, not to mention a huge selection of coaches to choose from!

We chose Johnson RV for consignment of our motor home. After filling in the online request form, I was promptly contacted by Dan Grimes. Dan gave me an overview of the process and asked detailed questions about the vehicle. We agreed to a guaranteed price subject to inspection that I found to be very reasonable. The vehicle was inspected in Corvallis and driven to Sandy. Within two weeks Dan informed me that a deal was in process. From then on he was very responsive to my needs for information related to the sale. It was a pleasure working with Johnson RV and especially Dan Grimes throughout this successful consignment.

We purchased an RV through RV Johnson in Sandy, OR from Colorado. We changed our minds not once, but twice, and everyone there was nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. Our salesperson, Ben Maddox, deserves a special call-out. He went above and beyond to make sure we picked the right RV, and we didn't make that easy for him. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted even when we didn't fully understand it ourselves, and he worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final purchase. Thanks and kudos to everyone at RV Johnson. I wish every buying experience was this positive.

From our initial contact inquiring about an RV we received gold Star treatment. Sammy, Ian and Michael were absolutely welcoming and truly took their time with us. The immediate responses to any and all questions was very reassuring. We had no feelings of being pressured at all in the entire buying process. The RV we chose was spotless and ready to move into. We were given a total walk through and everything about the RV s operation was explained in detail along with helpful hints. The experience was so out of the normal of other RV places we visited prior to deciding on Johnson s RV to make our final decision to purchase. Other dealers were pushy and truthfully not knowledgeable in the RV s we were interested in. Johnson s knew in detail all the inns and outs of the RV s they have which was impressive. We are completely thrilled and confident in our decision to purchase from Johnson s RV.

Our experience with the service department was amazing; professional in every way! Our roof started leaking on our brand new coach, and the rainy season was starting! Since Haley was able to set up an appointment in a short time, we drove 300 miles for this service. We were not disappointed! Johnson RV has a few camping spots for RVers like us that need to wait for repairs to be completed. Upon arrival, Jamie kept the process moving, submitted warranty information, and kept us informed throughout the process. Finally Joe, the technician, explained what he found and what he would do to resolve the problem. In a few days the leak was repaired and we were on our way. 10/10 would recommend this location and team! THANK YOU CHRIS! If you re looking for an RV, especially a Class B, they have an incredible selection and knowledgeable staff.The Sandy location is the flagship facility in the Johnson RV family and it shows in the knowledge and efficiencies of their staff. I had a unique situation that required some seasoned problem solving and my salesperson Chris Redd was well up to the task of working with me to make my sale go as smoothly as possible given the circumstances.I was coming in from the east coast to take delivery, but the night before my delivery was scheduled, a technical issue arose and I was contacted directly by the Sales Manager who explained the situation, offered a number of solutions, and worked with me to create a game plan. I was so appreciative of her level of customer service and respect for me as the customer to contact me personally. The next day when I arrived for my delivery appointment, I was greeted at the door by my salesperson, Chris, who set me up in their comfortable lounge while I waited for my unit. Before I could even sit down, the Sales Manager came by to personally give me a warm welcome. Unfortunately the final touches and technical resolution took a bit longer than anticipated, but the team STAYED and insisted on me completing my thorough and personal walk through with technician Ryan (even rolling out the famed red carpet!). They continued to stay after hours while I finalized paperwork and when it was all said and done, Chris made sure that I was set and comfortable in my unit before retiring for the night. I cannot sing enough praises of their professionalism, dedication, and true teamwork as they all came together to make the delivery of my unit such a pleasant experience.

Just bought a Leisure Travel Unity TB. Johnson RV was excellent to deal with on all levels. Ryan Weber / sales was so incredibly nice, informative, communicative and honest throughout the sales process / cycle. I could not have had a better experience! Our experience with Johnson RV was outstanding start to finish. Our sales rep, Ryan, was unfailingly cheerful, responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible to our schedule. We never felt pressured and he had this uncanny ability to provide us smart options to consider. During the buying process, we shifted RV platforms three different times, and what I greatly appreciated was how Ryan and the management team at Johnson RV seamlessly shifted with us and fully supported our changes. Moreover, Michael in Finance offered wise counsel in how best to purchase such a large asset. Many thanks to the Johnson RV team and I wholeheartedly recommend the company.

We have been searching for a winnebago for a long time. We found a 1 owner vehicle here and Ben Maddox is 2nd to none in making this a reality. He even did the what seemed impossible for us. We had to have kph instead of mph on the vehicle. Upon contacting 3 dealerships in 3 separate provinces in Canada all told us it was not possible. Ben Maddox went the extra mile along with the shop foreman working with their local Mercedes dealership made it happen. Sent photos to show complete, it was not a easy solution but they never gave up. Ben made us so comfortable showing us the flaws as well as the beautiful RV.Looking forward to going to Oregon to pick it up. Storage was made simple. Michael did a great job on explaining and making us comfortable with the completion of the sale.Great team. Ben communicated even when he was home on hisdays off.He always got back to me. Fabulous experience with Johnson RV in Sandy, Oregon. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. When they did not have an answer to our question, they looked into and gave us an answer. Micky Albert was my salesman and he was fabulous. We flew up from California to purchase our RV. They picked us up at our hotel and drove us the dealership. No one was rushed and everyone was patient and very helpful. We had lots of questions. After we purchased the vehicle and drove it home, we called and had questions on the drive home and again, we got answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this dealership. They care about people and their purchase experience. Thank you for making our experience so pleasurable!

I recently purchased a used RV that I am so far very satisfied with. The purpose of this review is to acknowledge a couple of associates who offered me fantastic customer service. The first is Terry. Terry went out of his way to calm my nerves on purchase and delivery day, adjusting his schedule to meet my needs and reassuring me each step of the way. I really appreciate Terry's attention to me as a customer of Johnson RV. I would also like to acknowledge my salesman Ryan. I appreciated Ryan's ability to read my personality and allow me time and space to process my thoughts as he showed me potential RVs. Ryan was considerate of my thought process and was responsive to my communications every step of the way. I highly recommend Ryan as a salesperson to contact if considering a purchase from Johnson RV.

My husband and I have been looking to purchase a sprinter for over a year now. We live in Portland and kept getting directed to Johnsons RV. We made an appointment with Rod to look over a few models they had on site. Got it filtered down to 1, took it for a test drive and now happily own our first RV.I gotta say as an openly gay couple we were treated with respect, professionalism and kindness. We found the RV we felt would fit our needs to further our outdoor experience and Johnsons people helped us by giving us the tools to get what was right. Everyone who we spoke with or helped us was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about our overall experience and how low stress this was thanks to the workers at Johnsons RV.

This was our first visit to Johnson rv and we worked with Andrew Brett and not once did we have the experience of working with a salesperson . It was actually a delight to work with him and our experience was working with someone who knows rvs . Not the salesperson . We didn t make a purchase and we will definitely go back when we are ready

Purchasing the RV was done is a very relaxing atmosphere. The customer service follow-up was unexpected and appreciated. There was an unexpected event regarding the RV and Johnson RV Service sent a fellow out to us (40 miles) to Pick it up, tend to the issue and returned that afternoon. I had mention a problem with the drawers, and even after 6 months from date of purchase they took care of it. You don't see that everyday. Thanks again "Johnson RV Sales & Service".

Top shelf experience with Nick, Andrew, and Ryan at Johnson RV in Sandy, OR. This is my fifth RV and I would definitely buy an RV from this team again. Nick even answered questions on his days off. Where RV selection is important, customer service is still king and Johnson RV gets that being good humans and doing the right things is truly what it s all about.

Terrible communications. Does not return phone calls or emails (personnel, management or customer care). Chips and damage to brand new RV not disclosed by salesman after requesting inspection. Sales Manager used the F word in describing how badly salesman messed up. Manager was arrogant and argumentative. Hidden extra costs and fees after agreeing to have none. No follow through on spare wheel/tire/carrier. No follow through on missing items in the RV. Manufacturer rebate not applied for by JRV even after they said they did (twice). They messed up the registration and title as our RV would have also been titled in another buyer s name. No battery test report received as promised. Incorrect information from finance manager on theft prevention program. A new sales manager rectified the rebate issue but now Winnebago is out of stock on all items. Full review is on Facebook. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware! Their Mission and Values statements are a joke.

If you're looking at RV's, Ryan Weber is your guy. We could not have been treated better if it was my Mom. he hung in there with us through months of my wife's cancer treatment. And never bombarded us with possible purchases that didn't 'fit.' Not only did he locate what we were looking for, he found 3 different possibilities. Let me end by saying; "Nailed it!"

5 stars with the exception of how they apply the following: "in an effort to raise substantial funds for public education, Oregon enacted a corporate activity tax (CAT) in 2019 (H.B. 3427)". Their people were wonderful and the only thing that marred this was the addition of the Oregon CAT tax with the title, license and sales taxes. I signed our "offer" sheet not realizing that it included $375 that should have shown up in the asking price. Oregon allows this, but i find it to be a poor business practice. Since the "offer" sheet you sign isn't broken down, you can easily miss it until you see it on the contract. As we in Oregon don't have a sales tax, it got by me without question and as I had signed the offer sheet, i was obligated. So 5 stars for how we where treated, and 0 stars for whomever made the decision on how and where the CAT$$ is applied.
