Very unorganized and disrespectful of people's time. Scheduled to have a recall repair done and was told it would only take a few hours. Arrived at 0900 to get repair done and was told it would take most of the day (for a driveshaft coupling) but they would try to have it done by 1. Sat around for over an hour before they told me they didn't have the part. Rescheduled and dropped off van at 0900 again. Called at 1345 and was told they would try to have it done by 1700...... I'm guessing since this is a recall, and not a paid service, they are putting as last priority. Be warned when thinking of buying a Ford or getting one serviced here.

The service scheding was easy. Does let me know I was due and proposed dates for service. They took good care of my truck and noticed a small leak. I will let you know how that next visit worked out. I am very pleased with Ford vehicle service

Friendly staff, great service and done in a timely manner. Was in for oil change and tire rotation. What's not to like? Have been having vehicles serviced here many years and will be back again.

I have never had any issues with their service. A bit more pricey but everything has gone up in pricing.

Place looked super clean. My husband and I sometimes go and take a gander at the latest cars, but very pleased with the cleanliness!

Karl in service is very busy but that doesn't stop him from great costumer service!
