I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 2DR from this dealership on 3/8/2024 and it was one of the best, and easiest, car buying experiences I've ever had.We worked a large portion of the deal out over the phone as the dealership is a little bit of a drive from my home. After the deal was agreed to, I drove there and when I arrived the deal remained exactly as discussed. There were no changes at all to my trade value or to their vehicle price.There were no dealer markups, no dealer addon's and no surprises or hidden fees. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and back on my way home in my new vehicle.Taylor was my salesperson and Kirsten was the Sales Manager. They were both awesome to deal with and were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and upfront about the deal. Jake in financing was also great and I was not pressured to purchase addons and/or additional coverages.Overall, I had a very positive experience with this dealership and I'd highly recommend you give them a look when considering a vehicle.

Chris and Jake are the best!! Not pushy and great people to work with. Jake in finance was super helpful in explaining my warranty and making sure I feel comfortable making that decision to get one. I took my 16 Mustang to get an oil change (by appointment). I showed up on time and was greeted and checked in promptly. They have a very comfortable waiting area. I was expecting it to be an hour or so but I ended up barely having time to make my calls before it was ready. :-) Also, the service advisor, Aryn, came out shortly after I checked in and told me I had Ford Pass points I could use. I never even thought to check that! I really appreciate their courtesy and professionalism, and I found their rates are very comparable to the independent shop I ve used. I m coming back for future service needs.

Called them for two recalls after the service manager looked into them he asked me why I was not taking the truck back to where I originally purchased the vehicle from. It sounded like they did not want to initially want to do the recalls I thought purchasing a ford motor company product/vehicle that any ford motor company dealer would stand behind the product. Unfortunately this isn t the first dealer that has asked me why I do not take the truck back to where it was originally purchased from though. It seems like ford motor company dealers in general don t want to stand behind there products very much anymore. One more deal to add in one of the recalls that was needed very few dealers are even capable of doing the work needed.

First time ordering a vehicle exactly how we wanted it. It took a while to receive but it was so worth it and a fun experience. Les (sales), Sandy (accessories) and Tim (parts) were so helpful throughout to get us everything we wanted. We've had really bad experiences with car buying in the past so we were worried about getting a mark up or fees added at delivery, but Suburban Ford kept their word and delivered exactly what they promised on the invoice that we agreed to. Financing and pick up was a breeze. They really made the whole experience enjoyable. We love our Bronco!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. After going back and forth for 4 days trying to come to an agreement about purchasing an F-150, my daughter decided she wanted it and was ready to purchase. She called and said she was ready to buy the truck and that she wanted to put a deposit down on the truck to hold it due to her not being off work until 3pm and she wanted to make sure she'd get it. She was informed no need to put a deposit down don't worry it will be here and she was told they would move it to the back lot to make sure nobody else would look at it. Again she said I still think I'd like to give you some money to hold for her and again was told no need to do that, don't worry it will be here. The day of the appointment to go purchase, she receives a text 10 minutes before her appointment saying we are sorry we just sold the truck, can we interest you in something else? The truck should have been her's but they were to lazy to make up a purchase order so she could give a deposit, then sold it out from under her! If it wasn't December I would have thought it was an April Fools joke. Not to mention the way Chris Young talked down to us and was extremely rude and very very unprofessional!. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are liars, rude, and their word is garbage! Buying a car should be a fun experience, this was awful awful awful.

I paid good money to have the dealership do my brakes thinking I was paying for quality workmanship... Only to have my calipers leak. Come to find out they do not replace your calipers when they do a brake job. I thought a brake job should last 25,000 miles! Instead I had problems immediately after the job was done and continue having issues!!! Apparently no warranty! ..Nothing but problems!! Now I'm out more money to take my vehicle somewhere else to have it done correctly.

I bought a truck when it was Suburban ford..it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Today was offered a price on that truck that to be honest was insulting. Nothing like last experience.. for a repeat customer..I expected more.. but I just walked out. I understand everybody has to make money.But but I was offered 12 thousand more at another dealership....

Emily was super kind and up front about any additional charges. She also made sure to ask me about my FordPass rewards before my service. I live closer to other ford dealerships but DHD is definitely my preference and worth the drive.

I set out to buy a new Ford F150 in the early part of the year before the Covid situation set in and the process was interrupted as the pandemic began and auto makers stopped manufacturing. I mention this just to point out that my shopping process was long and somewhat drawn out. Through all of it I worked with Chris Young and Scott Nails at Suburban Ford in Sandy and have nothing but the best things to say about the level of satisfaction they left me with. I'm a particular shopper to begin with and am fussy about getting myself the right deal when I make significant purchases like a new vehicle. I'm also particular about options which meant that I wasn't going to find the truck I wanted already sitting on a lot somewhere. I actually missed the order window for a 2020 F150 which raised serious doubt that I was going to go through with a purchase. Ahh but here came Chris and Scott to my rescue. These guys were really great to work with and I felt that they sincerely had my interest in mind. These guys were able to have adjustments made to an existing F150 order to match my criteria. This was a huge win in itself for otherwise no deal would have been made. I also have to commend each of these gentlemen for persevering through all my price haggling. I basically had set a number of what I was willing to pay and long story short these guys found the way to make it happen. I don't doubt that I was a difficult customer to deal with but never once did I get the faintest feeling that these guys were losing patience with me. They maintained total professionalism while being friendly, helpful and committed to earning my business. My entire experience with Suburban Ford was terrific. Their prices are excellent but what I think they should be most proud of is the good people they have working there. Once the deal was struck and it came down to the paperwork I also worked with Yousif in the financing department who is just a good dude as well. Real friendly, eager to answer any questions I had, and didn't try to pressure me into any extended warranties or anything like that. All in all I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Suburban Ford. I love the truck, I love the deal, and I had a great experience working with Chris Young, Scott Nails and Yousif (whose last name I don't have). I will be screaming recommendations from rooftops for these gentleman and this dealership. Any future Ford purchases and I know exactly where I'll be headed. Wow! Ordered a transit trail with Chris Young and everything went sooooo smoothly! He went over and above and kept us updated on our order. We put in our order at the end of September and pick up our beauty February 15! Wasn t even thinking we would get it til summer soooo yeah I m a happy customer!

Service Date - 11-14-2023. Simple service...Accessories shop to install a bug shield and rear wheel well liners for my F-150. I arrived at 11:50a.m. for a 12:00p.m. appointment. They got to my truck at 12:14p.m. Bug shield not centered perfectly on hood (which I did point out to the install gentleman, noting the body gaps on each side). Adhesive bug shield install so I'm likely stuck with it. Sandy in Accessories Shop - courteous, but unavailable for follow up. After having to go back and forth between DH Accessories Shop and DH Ford Parts Dept I ended up back at the Accessories Shop - no one home (1:15p.m. 'ish). Told Sandy was on lunch. No problem, people need a lunch break, but open Accessories showroom and counter, with no one there? No one to help customers? I left a print out of a desired product on Sandy's computer keyboard, given to me by DH Ford Parts Dept person, with my phone number, and asked Sandy to call me when she got back to see if she could order such and have the Accessories shop install it. No reply, never heard back from her. One bright spot - Dwayne, in DH Ford Parts Dept. He was knowledgeable and helped educate me about lights. My F150 came with Halogen lights and I'm hoping to have better/brighter Halogen or LED bulbs put in. I still don't know if DH Ford or their Accessories Shop can or will do such. I custom ordered my F150 and did so via another dealership even though I live in Sandy. It was simply a matter of business...better deal at another Ford dealership. Now I may have to go to another dealership for future service and/or accessories as well, as I was not impressed with DH Ford.

New to Sandy OR. Brought my expedition in, they kept it for 9 days (5 days longer than expected), and after paying $1500, all the same problems persist. Their suggestion was to bring it back in and pay more to diagnose additional problems. Never had this kind of experience with Ford dealer service anywhere, so I ll be Finding another Ford service for my cars.

Les was a pleasure to deal with.Hannah on the other hand requires you to sign a document that eliminates the ability to legally sue the dealership if problems arise.When buying a $59,000 truck they won't even fill the gas tank."They believe in nice" unless it has to do with money. Then they BELIEVE IN MONEY!

My F350 is a luxury work-horse vehicle I absolutely depend and rely upon. It is a substantial investment that requires excellent timely maintenance to keep it in it's optimum running condition. I rely and trust my neighbor, Suburban Ford to keep this gem at its best running performance.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach e from Suburban Ford in Sandy Oregon. I highly recommend this dealership. Having purchased numerous new vehicles over the past 60 years I can say this was the most pleasant experience ever. All the sales professionals at Suburban Ford my wife and encountered were helpful and put us at ease throughout the process. Our Sales Representative, Tony Reyes, was most helpful. He was well versed in the vehicle we were interested in and helped me place the factory order. Tony kept us informed of progress during the build and promptly returned my phone calls when I had questions. Upon delivery Tony took great care to clearly explain the technical and operational functions of this vehicle to our complete satisfaction. Finance Manager Mark Laber was also a pleasure to work with. Mark offered the various service and enhancement packages clearly and quickly. I chose what I wanted signed the necessary documents and we were with the whole process in a bit over a half an hour. Overall I consider Suburban Ford and it's Sales Team to be a Top Tier Dealership. Had to reschedule my service appointment several times because they kept over booking. Finally had an appointment, received several confirmation emails and text messages all weekend, to show up Monday to find out they re closed due to the inch of snow on the ground. They didn t bother calling to let people know they were canceling appointments. Their service manager was down right abusive while crying about every excuse of why they can t do their job if the wind blows too hard. Bad weather hit three days earlier, they chose not to notify anyone over three days while their system continued to confirm appointments then cry when asked why they weren t proactive in canceling appointments. Its fine to close due to weather and safety concerns. Its not ok to expect your customers to show up in the same weather because you continue to confirm their appointment's, and then act as unprofessional as possible because you're confronted with the logical question of why didn t you notify me not to show up while you re system is sending out texts that my appointment is on. Total embodiment of what is wrong with our society and an embarrassment to the American auto industry to represent Ford with this kind of effort is too much to ask for mentality

David Flom and Les Scofield are my guys, every transaction is simple and painless. I purchase every vehicle for my company from these two, every time it's a simple as a phone call. When I wanted a new Bronco they ordered it configured exactly as I wanted and kept me up to date with it's progress. When it finally arrived at the rail depot they called me to tell me it was in, had it picked up, PDI'd, cleaned and ready for me to pick it up after work. Really couldn't ask for better service. Thank you guys again and thank you to the rest of the team at Suburban Ford, it is all of you that make this a great dealership.

Not only were we amazed by the deal but Les was excellent at answering our questions and Mark took extra time and care to explain the financing options of the vehicle buying process. As Salem residents, it was worth the trip to Sandy to work with the wonderful team at Suburban Ford and leave with a truck that was exactly what we were looking for!

Excellent service and price! I ordered my new ride online and got it delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. My sales rep Les was awesome at response, knowledgeable, and service oriented. The delivery team was friendly and they ensured that all was sanitized and cleaned upon delivery. Suburban is now my new Ford Dealer and for good reasons!

I needed to order a new custom electric van and after calling and emailing came across Jake Jordan. Hands-down, the friendliest most professional customer service I have ever received. The EV thing is new to me so I had lots of questions and he promptly responded to each and everyone. I live in Portland proper, but drove out to Sandy to order from him because I was so impressed with his competence and pride he takes in his work. I just hope my new van works as well as he does! Ha ha.
