Recommended by a good friend. Contacted them and they were able to give me a speedy Quote and cheaper than a lot of other shops I had tried to contact.I have a 2021 Model 3 and I know they aren't a authorized Tesla Shop but I only needed some body work done and after sending photos they let me know it was something they could work on since no parts were needed. They kept me updated and had my vehicle done very fast. They were also very nice and helpful. Good Quality work!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Champion Collision was recommended to me by a friend, but I don't think I can recommend it to other people. They make you believe that they work for you and not for the insurance companies, but in reality they work for their own benefit because only they make money. I took my MDX to be fixed and my insurance paid over $9,000 for the repair. When I went to pick it up, I had to ask them to have someone come with me to inspect the work they had done and to explain if I had any questions. When I began the inspection, I found details that had not been done, such as removing paint from the passenger window glass. Also the paint didn't feel smooth and they had to sand it when they had already told me it was completely finished. This tells me that they do not have good quality control and customer service. Since I believe that we should all have a second chance, the day I picked up my MDX, that same day my wife left her car with Champion Collision because someone had rear-ended her and we thought that since we were already working with them on my MDX it would be convenient that Champion Collision fixes my wife's car. This was very stressful because they didn't want to give us the car because they said the insurance didn't want to pay them. After 4 days of call after call with the insurance and Champion Collision, they finally delivered the car to us. Additionally the repair to the minor damages on my MDX took several weeks to be complete. At the time of inspection, we also found that the plastic next to the tire did not fit together correctly. After an hour of trying they were able to fix it. Again, poor quality control and terrible customer service. My intention in writing this is that the same thing does not happen to other people and that Champion Collision pays attention to the quality of work that its clients deserve because they are being paid a premium price for the work.

These guys really do care!I recently dented and scratched my Sprinter van entering a very narrow gate at a campground.It was minor, but not pretty once it started to rust. Wasn t going to use my insurance to fix it, and wanted to get an estimate on the out of pocket repair.Found Champion Collision via Google search and read all the great reviews on here. Called them and they were super friendly, told me I could stop by anytime during their working hours (7:30am to 5 pm) to get a quote.Upon arriving today, we were greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. Sundance (cool name!) came outside to take a look at the van and discuss.He immediately said that he will work with me to give me a fair estimate but if we didn t fix it now, he could help us treat it to prevent further rusting and make it look a little better.We were honestly shocked that he cared so much to help us.He had the estimate ready in 15 mins. Their pricing was fair and clearly explained to us, although a bit more than I was hoping to spend. The repair would take 5-7 days and they could start the following Monday.However, the van is our HOME on wheels and we were only in town for 5 more days before we had to drive cross-country.I didn t want to spend extra time and money on renting hotel/airbnb while the van would be in the shop. They are very kind to offer loaner vehicles for free while they do service on your car. So that s a huge bonus.But still, we decided to postpone till next year or repair in Florida if I can get a comparable estimate and find a trustworthy shop like Champion Collision.Sundance immediately went to grab some supplies. And in 5 mins, he personally removed the rust from the scratch and touched up the paint for us.While it s not fixed, it looks so much better. He told us not to worry too much about postponing this repair because it s just cosmetic and will not rust more even if the touch up paint chips.He didn t charge us a penny for this. He was so kind, cordial and friendly.And despite the estimate being a bit on a higher side, they have earned my trust and respect as a customer. Not often do you see a business prioritize customer s best interests over profits.If I don t get this fixed over the holidays, I ll be calling these guys next Spring when we are back in the beautiful Oregon.Also, their shop is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. They have a large parking lot where the vehicles they are working on are parked safely. I got to see some of their work while we were there and it looked solid.Really grateful to Sundance and the awesome team at Champion Collision for willing to go above and beyond for their customers.Definitely know you are in good hands with this shop!Check out the pictures of our little home driving off with a band-aid

Truly terrible experience. I waited almost 2 months to even get my car in the shop for relatively minor damage because they were waiting on the parts they ordered. Fine, not really their fault. I can see it with COVID and supply chain issues. Then I get the call that I can bring my car by. What was initially estimated to take about 2-3 weeks took over 3 months. Excuse after excuse, terrible communication, no one ever returned my calls for status updates as promised. I don't know if the office staff are simply incompetent or are amused by giving their customers the run around. Later I found out part of the delay was because they never ordered the parts until they had my vehicle. So I waited forever for the parts to come in that never did, then waited forever again for them to receive the parts while having my vehicle. Their loaner is a pile and dangerous, check engine light, TPMS sensors going off, etc. I finally get a call that I can come collect my vehicle but I was out of town for a wedding. I get back and call them to say I am coming by and guess what. Now my vehicle was damaged in their shop and needs to be repaired and have a piece painted again. Seriously!?I truly try to be reasonable, but nothing about this experience with Champion was reasonable. Terrible customer service and communication, dismissive or incompetent staff in the office, lies about having the parts ready for the work.I was excited to come to this shop because of the great reviews and a personal recommendation from family who had a wonderful experience. I was very disappointed in the reality of the service, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go to Hillsboro for repairs if you have to.

I've been coming to Champion Collision for my auto body needs for almost 10 years. This shop is not the same shop they used to be when it comes to quality. I brought in my vehicle for a front fender to be replaced after being backed into. When I picked up my car, I noticed existing rock I had on the hood had been covered with clear coat, including a rock chips with rust. I'm shocked a body shop would ever clear coat over rust as it will only continue to grow and now I can't do a thing to fix it unless I paint my entire hood. The employee (not using names) from the office only continued to justify the shops decision to spray clear coat over rust on the hood when I didn't need work done on my hood. Also when confronted about it, the employee said he'd be happy to write me an estimate to fix the hood(again, I only needed a fender fixed when this started). Aside from the rock chips, the paint job where the hood was blended has a spot where debris set in the wet paint, causing a peak in the paint. Yes, my car is almost 10 years old(not perfect), but it arrived at the shop needing fender work and I got it back needing hood work to prevent the rust from spreading. Learn from my mistakes and find a different body shop.Service: Body & Trim

I wish I had chosen a different shop. I was in a minor rear end accident on July 1. My friend had a good experience at Champion Collision and the reviews were solid and this was geographically convenient. But today is November 3 and they just finished work on my car. Service for me was dismissive and patronizing and a string of excuses.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Champion Collision took care of my Mini Cooper after I had an accident with a deer. They were very communicative and pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely repaired in a timely manner, and also cleaned it inside and out. My car was sparkling when I picked it up. I also appreciated their communications directly with the insurance because we all know how much of a headache that can be. They even provided me with a loaner car free of charge while they did the repairs Needless to say they made the process head ache free for me and I d highly recommend them to any one looking for repairs.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Every person I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Debbie at the front, John in the office who did the estimate and John in the shop who drove me home to Gresham. I couldn't see where the repairs were done. The paint matched perfectly. They cleaned my truck inside and out. They were my first choice so I can't say if they were the lowest price but, I'm happy I went to them. I try to take care of my old pickup and they did too. Reccomend highly.

Before and after. I want to give a shout out to Champion Collision for doing a good job on fixing my car. Stacy and her team was so good at make sure parts where available and if they were not she made extra effort to get the part to the shop.

I won't go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They helped so much with car insurance to make sure I was covered for the rental during the time my car was getting the work done (during the pandemic so a lonnng time waiting on parts) . They fixed my car as good as it ever was and were so personable. I highly recommend!

This has been a terrible experience from start to now, unsure when the finish will be. I made an appointment to drop my car off that I waited 6 weeks to get. Since then, it has been 7 weeks, and they just submitted a supplement for additional damage. I wonder what they have been doing for the last 7 weeks? I would not know because they have not bothered to contact me, I have had to call them every time. They have lost my key fob, not returned my calls, and did not follow up on calls they did answer. I would 100 not recommend this company.

After hitting a structural pole in a parking structure in downtown Portland, I called five different body shops in the Portland area before finally finding champion collision. I was so relieved that the shop was available to take my car in and do the repairs. Unfortunately, it took them 47 days to complete the repairs, and they provided very little communication with me throughout the process. Once I called they would answer my questions without any trouble, but I had to initiate all the conversation. For three weeks in a row I would call and inquire about when my car will be ready to pick up. They would tell me Friday or Monday. Friday would come and they wouldn t call me, and Monday would come and they have a new deadline for the next weekend. It s extremely frustrating process with them. When I did finally get my car back, they had told me that it was all put back together and ready to pick up, but the handle cover on the inside passenger door was still missing. And I was told that I would have to come back and get the part put on at a later date. Perhaps my experience is a one-off for these guys, and I understand that there are supply chain issues right now and that lots of stories like this are happening throughout the industry, but it s been unbearably frustrating and poisoned my experience with them.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Had a fender bender that looked terrible, but the cost was below my deductible. Estimator Manager Sundance was super busy, but he took time out of his hectic lunch schedule to give me a reasonable estimate and had the car repaired in just a few days. The repair was outstanding "absolutely perfect!" Also, they completely cleaned the car inside & out and offer a lifetime warranty...talk about great service. I brought my car here in August because the reviews were better than most places in Sandy. When I got my car back I noticed there was damage to the plastic inside my lift gate that looked like someone had tried to remove it with an improper tool (pic attached). My lift gate also doesn't open correctly anymore and there were new scratches. They told me they would replace the plastic that they damaged and the struts on the lift gate. It has been 4 months now and every time we call to check on the status of the part we are told that it hasn't come in yet and they will contact the supplier. I've pretty much given up hope that they will do the right thing and fix the things that they damaged on my car. I don't want people to make the same mistake I did by bringing their car here.

My elderly mothers van was hit while parked and the person drove away. Champion collision gave my mom a free rental car to use while they fixed hers saving her alot of money because she didnt have rental coverage. They fixed the car fairly quickly. Would have been quicker but since covid all parts companies are way behind. When we got the car back the inside was fully detailed and looked brand new. I honestly couldn't believe how new it looked. As far as the repair looked they fought to get her oem parts and have it repaired correctly even though her insurance was only trying to pay for cheap aftermarket stuff.My mom didnt even recognize her car she thought I bought a new one lol... all in all thank you champion for taking care of my mom and doing a great job on my moms car. If I ever need any repairs done i will be back and will definitely send others your way.

I had bought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma back in February. By May I hit a deer which caused a damaged bumper and grill (luckily nothing worse). Despite it being cosmetic, I was very bummed to say the least! I live in Welches and googled repair shops near me. Champion Collision popped up and had great reviews. I instantly knew they would live up to them after my first phone call. Everyone I talked to and worked with was beyond friendly and helpful. I truly can t say enough about their customer service. They even went out of their way and made sure I got OEM parts to keep my Tacoma top notch when my insurance was only agreeing to aftermarket. I felt like I called a lot while my truck was there because I have limited service during the day, but they never made me feel like a burden and kept me updated. My truck came out looking even better than before, as they buffed out some scratches that had been there since the previous owner AND did a better interior and exterior detail than the dealership when I first bought it! Lots of places could have fixed my truck, but not many could match the level of care they give to their customers. Thanks again guys! I d recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car got broken into Wednesday evening and they smashed out the back door window. I called Champion and they were able to work me into their schedule. I dropped my car off Thursday and picked it up Friday afternoon. They went above and beyond with not only repairing the window but cleaning up all the glass. Sundance helped me through the whole process, professional and polite and Tamara assisted me with paying. I would recommend them to anyone, they made a stressful situation really easy to take care of. I also called around two 4 different places and they were also the most cost effective. Will 100% use for any future needs.

I hit a deer. The damage was not extensive but the car so old it was totaled. Champion worked hard to keep the cost of the repair down - eventually saving me $1300 from the original estimate. They kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair. The quality of the work was excellent. They even sent someone to pick me up to retrieve the finished car. It turned out to be the owner. 11/10 highly recommend Champion Collision! They were very willing and able to fix my car and were very understand that I m a new driver paying for my damages. They were amazing enough to walk me through each step of the process of fixing my car. If anymore problems were to arise I would definitely be going back to them. I m very very thankful to have done business with them.

My husband and I took our 4Runner after a hit and run. We had heard great reviews about their customer service and overall quality of work. And wow does the finished product speak for itself! We worked with Don Barnes(owner) and Jeff (estimator), they both kept us in the loop on all repairs and insurance updates. All I did was take the 4Runner to the shop where Don and Jeff walked out the our SUV and took the pictures and submitted them to the insurance company once I had an open case number. Don and Jeff explained in great detail how they would fix the damage and work with insurance to handle our claim. My whole bumper had to be replaced and pull out some denting above the bumper , then they sanded and repainted that area. When we were able to pickup the car, the body was so straight! I couldn t even tell the 4Runner was even hit. To take it one step further, we have two large Great Pyrenees dogs who shed A LOT! When I got into the 4Runner I was extremely surprised to find it hairless, wiped down, and got a bath the 4Runner looked like a brand new car! They not only vacuumed the car, wiped the inside but also vacuumed the dog seat cover on the back seat. It was spotless! If you want honest, hard working and detail oriented people working on your car after an accident call Champion! We live in Milwaukie and we drive further for quality work. Last year I backed in to a pole. I called around and got quotes but kept getting the feeling that I was being worked over. After many recommendations I went to champion collision and was able to get an estimate right then, no apt. They got my car in, fixed it sooner then planned and gave me a rental while they had my car. My car looks brand new, as if it never even happened.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are AMAZING!! I wrecked my new Civic and these guys repaired it to pristine pre-loss condition. Larry is fantastic to work with, and the repairs were completed on time as promised. They arranged for a rental car, and I didn't have to do a thing. They made it so easy and I have the utmost confidence in them. John and Larry work for the customer, NOT the insurance company. They always had my best interests and concerns at heart. I'm so glad I found them. I hope I never have to use them again, but I'd be okay if I had to!

I am a return customer to Champion and again am pleased with the service these folk provided. They were able to fix some body damage to my vehicle and the work looks great. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle to get to and from work. These folk went the extra mile detailing the interior and polishing the bumpers. I highly recommend Champion Collision.

I have used them before and always been very happy with the results. Had a sun roof leak in the past. They hunted down the leak, drain tube came off, fixed it. For the sake of your car, go elsewhere. Brought my Jeep here after an accident. Took them longer to fix then they promised. We informed them that we can only pick up the car on Friday due to our work/school hours are the same as their business hours and they informed us our car should be ready by then. It wasn't. The following Monday we started receiving multiple calls from them harassing us to pick up our car right then and there. When I showed up to picked up the car, I asked why the "freshly" painted parts were not matching, they told me it's the way my car is and not their fault. Trimming Was missing off of my front bumper and they told me that since my old bumper didnt have it, they never replaced it on this one (even though they bought an after market bumper), had to argue with them to finally get my bumper finished. They charged me for replacing my hood ambled and never put it on. When I questioned them they said my car didn't have an emblem and was not quoted to be replaced. I showed them the quote and they said it "must have been something we overlooked." They told me they will order it for me and will notify me when it comes in, that was 9 months ago. Never received a call. I started do worry if there was anything else they "overlooked". After getting my car inspected by a mechanic, we found out that my second headlight was damaged in the accident but this shop just glued it and placed it back on my car instead of replacing it like they were supposed to. Mechanic also found multiple bolts missing off of my car when this shop "put it back together". Wonder what else they screwed up. Never trusting them with my car again.

Great people doing quality work, brought my F450 there for water leak. They took great care of my truck while I was out of the country for the holidays, they had it ready when I returned.

Champion Collision did a wonderful job repairing my 2009 Subaru! This is the second time they have repaired deer damage on the front of my car. The car looks new again each time.
