I have a 68 Cougar and really love having WCCC available for help with questions and getting parts. Especially the hard ones to find. I have pretty much rebuilt my whole front end suspension and steering and everything has bolted up perfectly!!! Love these guys!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After purchasing the wrong item, I put in a new order for the correct part late on a Thursday afternoon with overnight delivery. Not realizing that the shop was closed on Friday. The owner of the shop saw the order come in before leaving for the day. He took it upon himself to go to the post office in the next town, in order to fulfill the expected delivery time that was requested. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional customer service. Their shop will be my first choice in parts for my Mustang!

I have made many purchases online with WCCC but chose this time to make a 1400 mile round trip and visited them in person. I brought a van load of parts with me that needed a home. Don helped unload them, then quickly assessed the value which I spent immediately. My experience was that of respect for what Don and his employees have done for the Cougars and communities that surround the car itself. Don was more than fair and helpful of what my needs were. It was a dream come true to meet them all and spend some time talking and touring their shop and bone yard. I look forward to my next visit where I will be arriving in the Cougar they helped me build. Thank you for the memories and service.

I have bought many parts from WCCC over the years and have never had an issue. In addition to having quality, reproduction parts for sale, they definitely excel in the factory, hard to find parts no one else has in stock.I have also learned many restoration techniques and tips from the great videos Don has put together. Hands down, the best place to buy Mustang or Cougar parts is West Coast Classic Cougar.Thanks Don and WCCC!

Mustang owner who appreciates WCCC.I have a 1967 Mustang convertible and about a year ago I found WCCC. I've ordered parts for my car that I haven't been able to find with other vendors. Most recently, I ordered a center console base cover and had some minor concerns about the condition when it arrived. Nothing more than a few scratches, but Don immediately responded to my message and even sent out a can of black trim paint. Then I had some odd issues with fitment. Again, Don went overboard to help. He even offered to do a Facetime call to better get an idea of the problem.I can't say enough about this business and even though I don't plan on getting a Cougar anytime soon, I'll definitely look them up when I need Mustang parts, new or used.

My wife ordered parts for my 67 XR7 GT for my Christmas last year and I never received them. She called Don Rush and he said because they were successful shipped from his location he would not do anything about it. I will never order another part from him. He did not even try to work with us on this. It was his final answer.

Has been great dealing with, I really like his videos, especially the one on assembling the door glass on a 69 (mustang here) I plastic mediated everything so the doors totally stripped, I was concerned about reassembly but with the video it went really well. Thanks PS I didn't use a board to hold the window I used suction cups so I could change positions as needed.

I ordered about $100 of various gaskets/grommets/brackets for my mustang. The USPS managed to lose my package and deliver it to the wrong zip code.I'm currently fighting with the post office about covering/finding the lost package, but sent a message to WCCC to give them a heads-up on the situation.Without even asking, Darrell in the Technical Support department shipped out a replacement order at no charge to me.This is some of the best customer service I've seen, and I'll definitely be back to order from them again.

I haven't bought a ton of stuff from west coast but I have found all of the important seals, plugs,screws and all of those weird little things that come along with reassembling a car that has been apart for years.Darrell was a great help with all of my questions and inquiries. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for the hard to get to the regular stuff.Thanks again

I've just recently purchased a 1967 Cougar and have already found WCCC the greatest resource for working knowledge and parts down to the nuts & bolts for the car. WCCC is fast & responsive I took a short survey on Tuesday and I had a response to my questions the very next day. THAT is customer service! & better yet customer care!

Very good website with a lot of pictures and spec to describe the parts.The prices are also the best among all the part website I have used.Bonus you even have a reward program!I'll work with WCCC as much as possible (64 Thunderbird owner...)

Richard and the guys at WCCC are the best! Everyone is knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. They were very helpful tracking down a unicorn part solution for my 1969 Mustang Mach 1 and 1971 Mustang convertible. I will definitely continue to do business with WCCC.

My first order from WCC was in 2017. Ordered sequential unit and led bulbs, easy to order off web site and arrived quickly and installed as easy as WCC said. Recently ordered again and found site still easy to navigate. Needed a little advice and found the chat icon works well. Replies to inquiries are answered realitivly quickly and are helpful. No hesitation to use this business.

This is the Premiere Place for Mercury Classic Cougars, -1967-1968, 1969-1970, 1971-1973. Their Customer Service is on par for offering the very best restoration parts both quality used and the best reproduction parts. They are among the very best working with Cutting Edge Manufacturers and marketers offering new Body, Chassis, Mechanical, Interior parts that have become scarce or completely obsolete. One comes to know they are the real deal because they are Cougar Owners!

West Coast Classic Cougar is the go to place for hard to find Cougar and Mustang parts. I have used them for years and every part ordered comes to me in a timely manner and also more importantly I get the correct part everytime. Their website is easy to use. Thank you WCCC.

I wish I had known about WCCC before I bought parts from the other guys. Don really knows these cars and is willing to share his experience to help out. They have used parts too, which sometimes is the best option. Very prompt shipping, I am impressed with the whole operation...give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

A multitude of excellent parts and priceless experience available at WCCC, a pleasure to buy from, and living in the UK the shipping was pretty quick too and they even corrected the shipping charge post sale. I look forward to fitting the parts soon to get my Cougar back on the road and will be ordering again without a doubt. Thanks to everyone at WCCC.

Been driving Cougars for 38 years since very my 1st car. I'm now restoring my 16 year old sons 1st car with him. Every order we get from WCCC comes quick and we're very happy with the quality of the parts. Its nice to know there is a business out there that's dedicated to the cars you love.

Unfortunately I am writing a not so positive review. I wished it could have been different but it happened and it went like this. I went online to searrch for a part that was in stock for my mustang. I called and talked to a rep to confirm these parts were in fact in stock. The rep confirmed they had not only the part I was looking for but an extremely nice set in stock. Great!I ordered the parts the rep said which be both agreed were the correct part for the car. They were in fact correct. However I received parts for another car that were completely different. I had them shipped to me and I dropped them off at my powder coating shop to have coated for my rotisserie restored car. I did not verify they were the correct parts and that was on me.Once I got the parts back and realized they were wrong In called the rep back and they said they were short handed and trained some new folks who are still learning the ropes. I said not a problem but I know have over a month in wait times between shipping and receiving and the cost of powder coating due to negligence. I offered to forfeit the powder coated parts in return for the correct parts and some cougar bucks.I was told I had to ship the WRONG parts back on at my cost and they would reimburse me along with the cost of powder coating. I agreed as I didn't have much choice.I called multiple times to the rep and other reps from WCCC and have never received any reimbursement for shipping, the powder coated parts, or any cougar bucks. I hate to be this way but COVID-19 affected us all but I still to this day keep my word. Sorry WCCC but you gave me your word and didn't keep it. When I called back after sending the wrong parts back you don't acknowledge the situation.

I have purchased many parts over the years from Don at WCCC.I recently bought 2 pieces of original chrome trim, it was actually delivered the next day and I am extremely happy with the parts and the transaction.never been disappointed. Great folks to deal with.

I was in an accident and needed body panels for my '67. I ordered a door and fender A grade. The parts were shipped quickly and efficiently. West Coast Classic Cougars was super helpful and understanding in what I was doing and what I needed to get my Cougar back on the road. The parts were great quality and the customer service is beyond reproach. If you need parts or help with your Cougar this is the place!

.A good buying experience. I have always been treated fairly when buying parts from WCCC. They ship promptly too. Their reproduction parts are good too and if there not they will tell you up front. I will continue to buy from them as I need parts for my Cougar.

Have heard about them for years, since I got my 68. Don's got a ton of helpful videos on Youtube and he really is the guy who knows it all. I sent in some locks and ignition cylinder for new keys and one lock replacement and they were super fast, their staff is great with communication and super responsive. Will be doing more business with them!

Great parts and excellent customer service. I had a complicated location situation when my control valve broke. It had a lifetime warranty and WCCC went above and beyond to help me with shipping plus sending me the new replacement part before I had to send the broken one back, so I had little to no down time and was able to quickly confirm that the part was in fact a lemon. I know this control valve to be used on numerous other cars, so I was unlucky to get a bad one, but WCCC took care of me!
