I had a relatively minor ding for my car, but Jon at Traditional treated me like it was a very big deal. He was very helpful in working through the processes of my insurance company. He quickly and effectively coordinated with my insurer; defining the damage, providing pictures and other documentation. The check was cut the next day.Bob, the owner, even drove me to the car rental agency to pickup a rental, waiting to make sure everything was as it should be.When I picked up my car, it was incredibly clean inside and out. The job was completed a lot quicker than I had expected and the repair was perfect.I heartily endorse Traditional Auto Body and Paint.

I was recently involved in a hit and run with my brand new car. The car hit my back bumper so it needed to be replaced. Traditional did an amazing job making my car as good as new. They worked with me and were extremely patient with getting my car insurance situated. This will be my go- to auto body shop from now on! Great experience. They repaired a scratch and dent on my 2009 Honda Civic. Had a minor fender bender in a parking lot and the original body shop my insurance recommended had said they would tear down and most likely not be able to reassemble. Would tell my insurance to total my car. My car is in great shape for its age and salvageable. Traditional agreed and beautifully fixed my car in 1 week. Wonderful body work and everyone was very polite and helpful. Hopefully I won t get into another accident, but if I do it s worth the travel from Woodburn to get my car repaired at this body shop.Thanks to the Traditional Auto Body staff

They are busy so it took awhile to get my car in but after they had it they completed the work quickly and my car looks great. Highly recommend.

Had window replaced and tinted, some deep scratches repainted, and some trim replaced from it being busted out. Everything looked great afterwards and they had more than excellent customer service. I hit a deer and it damaged the front left of my kia pretty badly; hood, fender, bumper, you name it. I took my car into them and it's like it never even happened! They were very professional, I am very happy with the labor that went into my car. I don't have any complaints, but just a little constructive feedback, I would ask for a clear timeline of the repairs;I'm certain they did a great & thorough job, I was just very frustrated by the circumstance of being without my car and unable to make contingency plans for how long I needed to plan on not having a car. The repair went about 4 days past the original time estimation.However, they were very patient & understanding about my eagerness to fix my situation. They were very good at communicating the delays.I would definitely go back & ask for clear timelines so that I could manage my own expectations.Thanks guys!

Unfortunately this is the second vehicle we have taken in to them. The first vehicle they did an amazing job with. We feel like it is a place you can trust and they made us feel like they really cared about you and the work they do. With out even trying! This time we are looking about $17 K and 30 days to repair our vehicle and are very confident we will have the same outcome as our first time. Oh, and they even deal with the insurance company which removes so much stress. "We highly recommend Traditional Auto body in West Salem, OR". Y'all rock!!

Excellent service great work we have taken two vehicles to them and the customer service has always been exemplary above and beyond. They take pride in their craftsmanship. Best autobody shop in the Northwest in my opinion. Our cars look better now than they did before. They were fast and able to get the parts faster than any other company we got bids from. They communicated with us every step of the way. And didn t overcharge for the work they did even though insurance was covering it. I will refer all my friends and people I know do use traditional auto body in West Salem Oregon.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came in for an estimate and the guys at the shop are very personal, efficient, and friendly. Jonathan guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond to reach out to the insurance experts instead of doing it myself. Much appreciated.

My Toyota suffered front end and windshield damage in a an accident the fault of another driver, and Traditional Auto Body and Paint (TABP) worked with the negligent party's insurer which insisted TABP use a second-market windshield. When that windshield wouldn't work because a sensor would ONLY work with a manufacturer's original one, Traditional replaced it with that original equipment at NO cost to me--even after the insurer (Country Financial) refused to pay TABP's labor costs to install the only windshield that would work for my car!!! TABP did the decent and honest thing--made it right for their customer!!! I cannot rate the quality of their customer service high enough.Service: Body & Trim

Took excellent care of my car and kept me updated with everything that needed to be done, and how long it would take. Fixed extra stuff for me and even fought my insurance company when they were trying to screw me. Everyone there is super nice and willing to go the extra mile to earn your business, and my car looks amazing. To me, best shop around.Period.

Our car went in on a claim against a Geico customer. Traditional doesn't have a cost agreement with Geico, so Traditional and Geico must work out the cost before completing the work. After the work was started on our car, Geico and Traditional could not agree on cost so work stopped. Since work had started it wasn't reasonable to take the car elsewhere. Traditional let me know the disputed amount and I reluctantly agreed to pay it. When we went to pick up the car, Traditional said it wasn't right that I pay the disputed amount and released the car to us. Thank you Traditional. As for their work, our car looks great (have only had it back about a week though). Traditional took a week longer to finish than they thought it would take, but that week did include some days wrestling with Geico. Overall, Traditional did good by us.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bob, Robert, and Ricky are professionals and honest! They know how to deal with your insurance company to make sure ALL proper repairs are completed. They never cut any corners and make sure your vehicle is safe and like it was before only better!

Traditional are honest guys who perform supurbly professional work. Both times we have required their service, their pricing was clear, honest, and fair. The repairs were timely, and they restored our vehicles to like new condition. You simply cannot find a better option in the mid Willamette valley.

Picked them based on Google reviews and didn't disappoint. Replaced some parts on the inside of my door - no scuffs, scratches, or breaks. Job was done right the first time, and great, honest people. They even picked me up after work to bring me back when they were done. I couldn't recommend them any higher

Regarding moderate cosmetic external damages: after comparing to 6 other local places, this place won me over with their high quality workmanship and competitive pricing. I wanted a no nonsense place and timely return on the work. I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I too my car for just a small paint job with they quoted me $909.00A week later they called me back told me that now the total was going to be $2.200.00. Wich i disagree. So if you going to pay out of pocket beware price will dramatically increase.

Very expensive and lazy, they did not even want to do the job of fixing my car. They just let my insurance claim it as a total loss.

Stopped by to see if they could help me with my trunk. Without much trouble they were able to determine the problem and had no problem quickly realigning the lach mechanism. I was back on the road in minutes, thanks again!

Had my classic car repainted after damaged by car movers. Did a great job. Took care of my baby and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended.
