These are the good guys of mechanics! I took in my Subaru for a squeaky belt and it turns out it was my alternator belt. The fixed it and didn t charge me for it. I really appreciated this! Such fantastic service and such nice people thank you Bernie and Nate!

We are a small roofing company that gets a lot of flat tires on company vehicles and trailers. The guys at Tire Experts are always willing to go the extra mile to get us patched up and on our way in a timely and efficient manner. Throughout my time doing business with Bernie, I've learned that he is an honest and down to earth person and because of all of these things, I would never go anywhere else.

I never leave bad reviews but they took 2.5 hrs to rotate and balance. Went to leave and my truck was pulling hard left so I brought it back. The guy told me I'd have to wait until they could get to me (another few hrs) to fix it and the guy was extremely rude about it. Drove to les schwab and realized they destroyed severally of my lug nuts. I will never go back and suggest nobody else does.

I had a great experience at Tire Experts. Bernie and his mechanics did a great job in replacing my starter, and giving me a high quality oil change. The price for parts and labor were very, very reasonable! Tire Experts will be my go-to shop in the future! Thanks again Bernie and your excellent and talented staff of mechanics! :-)

A shop I really trust to diagnose my car because they are genuinely honest and they don't overcharge for a repair. My whole family's been going to the tire expert for an oil change and other mechanical problems for the last five years now and we're always going home happy. Thank you Bernie and your crew!

There isn't a better mechanic and tire shop in Salem. Bernie (Owner/Operator) is honest and fair. No run-around, no shady dealings, and a loyal customer base that won't trust their vehicles to anyone else. I can't tell you how many times I've been in the shop and talked to "old timers" who've been going to Bernie since year 1. That's all I needed to know.

These guy's are the best. before I brought them my truck for an alignment I went to ok tires for th same reason and they were trying to rip me off finding false unnecessary repairsSo I brought my truck to tire experts they did an excellent job with out trying to sell me unnecessary things

Have used them a few times. Always professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Wheel balancing service is top-notch, which makes for silky smooth freeway driving. What prompted my additional comments in Fall of 2021 is the last time i went in for some front end work, they said everything was within spec and repairs weren't neccessary. While I still chose to proceed to upgrade front end components, many shops would not have given customers the option to save the money. Trustworthy.
