I had an appointment at 9:00AM for a tire alignment as I had uneven wear on my prior set of tires. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Easy as can be to just pull in the garage and they got going right away. They offered up a new model 3 test drive and offered the model X but it wasn t returned in time for me to drive it. I didn t experience anything the negative reviews talked about. Very happy with my service and all the employees were super nice.

Tesla has by far the best ownership experience I've had. Not only is the car absolutely fantastic and reliable, I've put 20k miles on it in 8 months driving it without any problems, the service team here at Salem has made it a phenomenal experience. I came in today because my coolant was low. Dropping off my car for service took only a second, just press the button in the app to notify the service team that it's dropped off. I went inside to look around at the new Model 3 Highland that had been released. Not only was their showroom wonderfully clean and well put together, I got to talk to the sales team about the new releases and getting a demo drive of the new Model 3 Highland was just about as difficult as dropping off the my car for service. Type in my basic info, show my license, quick overview of new features and we're off to the races. All the while my car is taken into intake for service. After getting back I look in my app and see that my car is schedules for a pick-up time of Monday, an over the weekend repair, my worst fear. I go to the service desk to speak with a Service Advisor and they've already put together getting me a loaner vehicle for the weekend and it's as easy as pressing a button and getting handed over the keys. They let me know if the repair is completed any earlier they'll notify me. I get the notification that the repair is complete not even 5 hours later. That is same day people. I had a cracked radiator fin, which was covered, and they replaced it in less than 6 hours. Not only that, but they refilled my wiper fluid and put it on a charger while I was on my way to pick it up. I cannot recommend Tesla or the Salem Service Center enough, absolutely fantastic team here. Merrit, Dalton, and the rest of the team over at the Salem Service Center, you guys are amazing. I am absolutely impressed by the work you guys do making such a fantastic ownership experience come to fruition.

I did a test drive of the Model S today. It was a completely luxurious car and soo much fun to drive. Justin gave me a thorough walk through of the car and answered my questions before I did my test drive. I appreciate the no pressure sales. When I'm ready to purchase my new vehicle, I'll definitely consider a Tesla Model S or Model X.

We did a test drive at the Salem location, and have had our model three in here three times now for service, and all the employees have been super polite and helpful every time. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as our experience has been very positive. I will say it is a different experience scheduling a service appointment with Tesla, as it is conducted solely via the app and the messaging part of the app. It can be hard to tell if you're talking to a real person or a chat bot because it mixes the two things together, but we have had good results from it.

I was kicked out of the parking lot by rude staff. Not even a hello just "please leave this is private propery". I went from excited to see a a new cybertruck come in off the truck to feeling very unwelcome. I doubt any other dealers would throw a cusomer out of the lot it they were excited to see a new shipment roll in. I have one on reserve just waiting my turn.

My Tesla is in need of a bumper replacement (I was on the receiving end of a minor rear-ending). I originally spoke with the Portland Tesla service department, as I was unaware that the Salem service was open. They informed me that the new bumper would come in a raw state and would need to be painted. As I pressed forward through the conversation they inquired about my residence. At this point they informed me that the Salem service can manage this task. They did suggest I call and inquire about that prior to establishing the appointment. This is exactly what I did. I was told by the Salem service department that this task is completely manageable, as long as the only damage was on the exterior plastic, which it is. I proceeded to make the appointment for about 2 weeks in the future. Finally, I was contacted the day prior by Tim, who noted that they do not have the rear glass in stock to fix my issue and will have to reschedule. I informed him that I had no issue with the rear glass and explained to him the bumper issue. He fired back noting "well you must have put the glass issue in the app and we don't have it". I reiterated an additional two times that I had no need for a glass replacement. He continued to insinuate that I had made this mistake while requesting the service. I then proceeded to my app and recited the problems that were noted in the appointment request, none of which included any glass issues. He then proceeded to inform me that they do not have the capabilities of replacing my bumper, as they do not have any painting materials. I informed him I was told by both this shop and the Portland shop that the Salem shop was capable of this request. He responded "no one here would have told you that". I informed him that I did not appreciate being called a liar. Without apology he noted "that's a different topic. Now how can I help you?". I asked for his name, and he noted "I already told you. It's Tim." I requested that the appointment be canceled. I understand that everyone is dealing with something internal at all times. If you don t have the capabilities of maintaining that struggle internally and in turn project it upon innocent bystanders their connection with patrons should be assessed.

Tesla really need to hire skilled people instead of whole bunch of idiots. When people go for a car they go for service not the product. They throw the Tesla reputation to the gutter. HORRIBLE nightmare experience! I will never recommend anyone experience this.

recently purchased a model y from Tesla of Salem they charged me for new plates but did not file it with dmv so all I got was a registration with no plates or stickers. so I had to go to DMV and pay about 400 so I can have plates and stickers. any way this is why I gave a 1 star the car is good the dealership is a fraud and Oregon dvm fraud investigation is now looking into them

Well lit charging! Convenient from I-5. Leaving is a bit wonky, signs need to be corrected for traffic flow. But otherwise great!

Brand new service center, much closer (for me) than Portland. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. There is a new 8 stall (I think) supercharger station in the parking lot as well.

This is the best service center for me. The folks are kind, considerate and always positive. They help by explaining all the details and making you feel proud to be a responsible car owner. They always give me good sound advice and exceptional service.I sincerely wish them the best success.

We were excited to pick up our new Tesla Model Y we bought online, but salesperson Amanda had little interest in showing how the car works, even though we had never been in a Tesla before. She said a few times: "figure it out like a cell phone". We just needed basic info like adjusting mirrors, & it would only have taken a few minutes. Because there are few buttons, Teslas are much different than most cars. Perhaps salespeople do not get commission if you have already bought online, so you should pretend to just be there for a test drive when picking up a new car.

Horrible service center. No understanding of their own check-in system. No loaners available. Dalton was rude and impatient. If you're thinking of getting your vehicle serviced here, definitely make the trip to Portland instead. In fact, skip buying a Tesla altogether to avoid the nightmare that is Tesla service.

Trying to buy the upcoming Tesla 3 Highland but I can not find any sales contact #'s. Only found a service #, which sent a prepared response back saying contact sales. HOW DO YOU CONTACT a sales person? You may have a good product but to be very successful you need a knowledgeable person to speak to not computer generated nonsense with no logical paths, strike 3.

Drop car of at 11:30am after driving for 3 hrs. to fix a Tesla problem, bearings going bad. Got text that service was completed and stop by to pick it up (4:30pm) and they say sorry we couldn t work on your car because you were missing some pads to lift the car. Instead of letting me know when I dropped off. I would of bought the pads. At the Portland center they used some spare pads to lift the car and fix it in the pass. Not coming back. Rather drive another 30 minutes for a good service. Too bad there is no zero star.

It's free to be kind... Service center staff is rude and incompetent! Won't be returning to this location!Hopefully, management will do something about the lack of knowledge the service center staff have, on services they provide, and correct the horrible customer service issue.
