Brought my van here for a transmission service on the recommendation of a friend. Their customer service is awesome and the quality of the work excellent! I own several older vehicles and I m looking forward to building a relationship with these folks :)

(Dan Underwood writing this review)I have only met one other mechanic/auto shop, that is simply down right honest and genuine! Terry and his crew of mechanical miracle workers are worthy of far more than just a 5-star rating!If you want your vehicle fixed correctly, without getting ripped off and costing a small fortune, TAKE YOUR RIDE TO TERRY S! It s as simple as that! He not only fixes what you need done, he even occasionally fixes things that just need done. My daughters car needed some work after an accident, and he fixed the mechanical issues, THEN he fixed the door that wouldn t open too, without charging me. He is the best, he and his crew, amazing! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TB, s OAK PARK AUTOMOTIVE, HE DESERVES THE BUSINESS!!

If you have a quote that is an astromical price from another shop take it here to see Terry. He's reasonable and thorough.This service was remarkable, I would say that this felt like I had an older brother or uncle as my mechanic, he takes fantastic care of his customers as if they are family and we got some good laughs when we spoke.Terry took a look at my list of things that another shop said we needed, which was about 2k+ worth of work and new tires... we honestly were wondering if we should consider looking at a new vehicle...Good news came once Terry gave me a call, he said everything looks good and he easily solved the issues we had. They are quick to get you in and out, which I appreciate.Oh, the front desk person is great too, Jackie, she will be sure to take notes down and hand you off to the mechanic with care.I feel like this was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a shop.10/10 staff10/10 mechanic10/10 knowledge10/10 shop10/10 price10/10 all things, this place is great.Don't waste your time, go here...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Terry is a top-notch mechanic and extremely honest and ethical. Fast and friendly service always with a smile, he s also always willing to talk and explain things to you in a manner that people who don t understand cars can understand. His prices are good, and you can completely trust when Terry Tells you your car need something that it actually needs to be fixed and he s not just trying to milk you for money.

I have been dealing with Terry for many years. He is an excellent mechanic, very reasonably priced , has a great attitude , his crew is very professional as well. Most importantly I know I can TRUST him . He just did a large multiple repair on my 21 yr. old Lumina and it feels and drives like a new car ! I would never trust my car to anyone else. He is the best !

I stopped in one morning to have them take a look at a piece of plastic molding scraping on the tire when I made a turn. Terry took a quick look and immediately identifies what the problem was. Excellent service and honest mechanic. I need struts installed and did it for half the price of every shop . The reason was the hours by the book was wrong.

Terry is the best of the best! I ve had multiple vehicles inspected by him and have never been happier with my experience. He s willing to answer any question you have and explain it in a way where if you re not up to par with mechanical terminology that you ll still understand. I really appreciate the crew at Oak Park Auto Repair!

Terry is one of the last honest mechanics out there, his quality outdoes any other mechanic I've ever been to. My grandfather has gone to Terry for years and is the only person he would let touch his cars. If you want honest quality work TB's Oak Park is where you need to be

I was on my way to take a test at Chemeketa CC. All the sudden my truck wasn't running right and got a check engine light. I made it to Chemeketa and completed my test. I was not from the area and was 61 miles away from home. I googled some auto repair shop and found Tb's Automotive repair shop. I gave them a call and talked to Terry. I told him what was going on and asked if he can do a quick check engine light code which he said yes (mind you this was almost closing hours). I made it over the shop and right away he pulled some codes and found that Cylinder # 3 was not working. I went ahead and called a towing company because I knew it wasn't going to be a quick repair job. Terry gave me a great customer service, let me park in his property while I wait for the tow truck and even asked me if I needed to use the restroom because they were about to close. Thanks Terry! Oh and btw found that cylinder #3 injector went bad and had to buy a new one.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Reposting this review, since it was removed. Looks like this company likes removing bad reviews. This happened in June 2019Took my car in to have my AC checked out. Paid $150 dollars for my AC to work even less than it did when I brought it to them. My paperwork said my ac refrigerant was vacuumed out and replaced to spec with new 134a. LIES! Took it to another shop who showed me it had absolutely no pressure, meaning they emptied my ac and never refilled it.
