I was told to do a walk-in and there s No appointment necessary. I was relieved that when I arrived, I was the only one there, but it took them over an hour to remove the winter and remount my stock tires. It took them less than 30 minutes the first time I had the same service done.

Great people. Great shop rate. Parts are reasonably priced compared to other shops. Discount Tire said I needed a new tire pressure sensor. They wanted $62.00 + Labor. Superior found they never reprogrammed my system after a tire rotation. All sensors are good, set tire pressures, checked brakes and bearings. No charge! Who gives this type of service anymore.? No one touches my car except Superior. P. S. Superior would have done the sensor for $42.00 installed if I needed it.

We got tires for our motorhome 6!!! Wow, what a sticker shock!! But they were really nice and the tires were better than I expected, had them on and ready to go in about 2 hours. Also checked our brakes and shocks all were good, unfortunately they couldn't do an alignment, rig too long.

I initially purchased some tires online from Goodyear and Superior Tire Service, in Salem, was one of the closest locations where I could have the tires mounted, so I setup an appointment to get a set of 4 tires put on my vehicle. There had been a glitch on the website when I ordered my tires and I did not notice the wrong tires were on the order, until they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay and I noticed they were the wrong tires. I had ordered tires with raised white lettering on the sidewalls and these were blackwalls with black letters. I went inside and let Edna know those were the wrong tires. So, I went home and contacted Goodyear and explained what happened and they were going to have me go back to Superior Tire Service and replace the black letter tires with white letter tires. However, that would result in another appointment and spending another four hours of another day, so I opted to take advantage of the Goodyear price match guarantee; and Edna was helpful in getting the documentation over to Goodyear that they needed. During the service, the tire tech discovered I had a front brake caliper that was hanging up and let me know about that situation, accompanied by a quote to for a front brake job.

I brought my truck in for some front end work and an honest mistake was made during that visit. A second visit didn't solve the problem. After i left an honest, unflattering review of my experience, I was immediately reached out to and one email later, Superior made everything right, without zero hassle on their part. I couldn't be happier with the resolution and will have no hesitation to return and I encourage others to do the same.

15 min before closing we called for a tire repair with a screw in the tread of our trailer. We were headed to Portland and needed a fix. We arrived shortly before closing. They had 4 guys on staff and they all stayed and took care of our tire. This was 20 min after closing. When they were done he didn't even charge us. How do you beat that kind of service?

Friendly and professional shop that took the time to properly align my vehicle's wheels and recalibrate the electronic safety systems. I'll be returning whenever I need work done in the future.

We have a family owned automotive repair service in South Salem. We have used Superior Tire for alignments and tire services for our own cars and our customers cars, for over 10 years. Specifically, working with Edna Rayburn in Salem, is assurance of good customer service and fair treatment. They have sponsored our kids in community sports and they have helped me fix my own tractor tire. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Too bad George moved to Portland, what a great senior tech, I miss his sage advice. Still, great service and product!

My hubby had very unexpected car issues at the most inopportune time. But he had been her once before and gave them a call. Despite it being a bigger issue than we thought, everyone and everything was quick, professional and quality. The lady at the front desk made my boyfriend's day, she was funny and sweet and we thank you very much for getting us in and out of there so quickly, I know that wasn't easy!!

Both people I dealt with on the phone were super nice and genuinely seemed to care about the level of service they were providing. One of which was Hector, who also was heavily involved in the installation of my new tires, and was just as nice in person. They had the tires I wanted in their warehouse up north, and got them shipped down right away. Then they installed them soon after they arrived which was a day earlier than I'd originally scheduled. All around great experience!

So I was having a problem with a tire that kept going flat on the wife's van. 6 flats in the same tire over the course of 3 months. I had it "fixed" by the original shop that I purchased it from 3 times. At $20 a pop no less! They failed so I went to another tire place 2 times. They were free but they failed also. I decided to take Flat #6 to superior tire service and FINALLY! Professionals that knew how to diagnose and repair the flat tire syndrome I was dealing with!It took them less time to fix it correctly than any of the attempts by the other shops and they didn't charge me a dime, I am gonna be using superior tire service from now on for my tire needs!

After a really bad experience with a terrible, dishonest mechanic, I've been hesitant to trust another auto shop. But a friend told me about Superior a few days ago when I mentioned that I had to balance/mount a replacement tire. (Someone had intentionally punctured one of my tires in the sidewall.) Now with Superior, my faith in mechanics has been restored. And the company's name is accurate. Everyone at Superior is friendly and helpful. Their fair prices prove they have integrity. I'm thrilled to have discovered them and they will now be my go-to whenever I need tires or car repairs. An extra shout-out to Brandon and Aaron, as well as the other guys who helped get me back on the road safely. Superior Tire Service provides superior service. (Friends know that I have high standards, so when I give praise, it's legit.)

My grandfather, and uncle worked for Superior back in the 80's. I take my vehicles there, and this morning, took my car in without an appointment. Edna and the rest of the staff have always been helpful. Even without an appointment, they checked my car for problems and addressed the issue it was having. I trust them, and I will continue to take my vehicles to them for maintenance instead of the dealers who's prices are outrageous. They do it all at Superior, and the prices are reasonable, and the staff is always very helpful.

Fantastic service got a nail in my tires I bought this summer. I took it down without an appointment on a Monday morning and they were able to fix the tire and put it back on my car for no cost. Absolutely can't recommend them enough. FOLLOW UP this experience is the same today as it was before. They fixed me up in no time. They alerted me my treds we're low and I would need new tires soon. They gave me a quote and didn't try to upsell me or anything. I will absolutely be back to get my tires here. I highly recommend them.

Efficient, in & out timely. Friendly staff..great after sale care of customers. Warranty amazing!Update 5/21 - sold & installed wheels that did not match my hub caps, without notifying me prior to installation. Tossed the hub caps for those on my front passenger seat!

Excellent service today!!! We had already called at least a dozen tire shops and they all had said the same thing, they would have to order them in. Superior Tire Services were awesome they had our size tires in stock for our dually the lady said come on in and we left very happy. Good price, in stock, and it didn't take long at all.

Superior Tires has been installing and caring for my tires for many years now. I always get a very fair price on tires and fabulous and fast service. They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the tires and the service I've received.

These guys were great. I had to take my work vehicle in to have new tires put on after getting a flat. They had the tires required by my company in stock. I had already been to one of their competitors and knew that I just needed two new tires on the front so that's what I asked them to do. It wasn't until I was getting ready to leave that I realized I hadn't told them one of the tires they replaced was a spare and that I needed that tire put back under the car. With nothing but smiles and helpful attitudes they took care of it in like ten additional minutes. Great attitudes and great service. 100% will recommend.

These guys are super nice, easy to work with and have great pricing. I had an experience where the locks on my car stopped working after my tune up, and they made it a priority to fix the situation. Which made the experience that much better. Thank you guys.

Took my car in because there was vibration and a grinding noise. I figured it had something to do with the tires. I'm about to trade the car in so I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on repairs. They found the problem quickly, and it was a bad tire as expected. They had a spare in the back. They put it on, test drove it, and sent me on my way only having spent $40. It all took an hour. I had called the day before, an hour before closing, and they accommodated me with an appointment the next morning. What I really liked about this place is they didn't try to sell me on anything else, only what I went in for. Plus, without asking they fixed the shoulder belt that had gotten so tangled up, I had given up on it. In my limited interaction, they were courteous and professional. I definitely recommend these guys.

I've had everything done here for my vehicle. I have had new rotors, calipers, new tires, and I've even had them replace a flywheel and clutch. They have always done an excellent job and have always offered appropriate advice for how to maintain the 4 vehicles I have brought here. I go here for everything now. It's well worth any rate that they charge.

I love going to Superior Tire Service. Why you ask??? as i did myself!!! The manager Hector not only, saved my friends life by telling him to not drive it, but YOU may have been headed straight toward him!! THANK YOU, MR. HECTOR HUERTA AND STAFF. Superior Tire Service, is the best in town. I will never go anywhere else in town. They have great service! The review about "the knowledge of tires is mediocre", this person must have went to another place (they are a very successful tire company and they move a lot of cars everyday in and out of the shop, so they are doing something right). They have more knowledge then the average tire store. They replace a rack and penion and ball joints on my truck. Talk about customer service, they stayed open almost an extra 1 hour to finish my truck. Most other shops would have kept my truck overnight. For tires, they will tell you what ones are the best for your money. They carry all major bands in stock and at the lowest cost. The lobby is clean and they offer you coffee for free. They will always have my business and you should try them.

The entire staff is thoughtful, friendly and thorough with regard to providing excellent service! Thank you to all of the staff!! Always my go to alignment shop, they aligned a somewhat classic Honda for me and even stored it indoors because I was unable to come get the car that evening. Always easy to work with a quality work. They will tell you what's wrong if they can't align it so you can fix it yourself and save money then bring it back to get the alignment dialed in. Calling Monday to get another alignment scheduled for my truck.

I bring all of our vehicles into STS in South Salem for oil changes and other checkups and we've never had a problem. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the waiting area is nice and kept clean. I feel they are knowledgeable and the prices are excellent even without big sales and coupons. I can't speak to major car repairs but for tires and oil changes and other minor services I highly recommend them.
