These guys are great! Been going here for years. Even though ownership has changed, customer service has not. The guys are always ready to help and are able to find what I need immediately. A bit out of my way but worth it.

I don t think any of the guys working there like their job, don t think I ever seen any of them with a smile or even a friendly demeanor. Go to Baxters just down the road instead.

This place is really nice. I found it when I was looking for stores near me who carry amsoil. This place has the best prices, best service, and a really good selection of products. As someone who is still learning about cars with little to no help, who doesn t have a lot of money, and has a couple of kids, I really appreciate not being jerked around like some places will do to people in those categories. I feel very comfortable coming to this store and I feel like I can trust the people and their knowledge here which allows me to keep learning. Thank you guys for helping me find and learn about what I need for my car as I ve recently been determined to service the smaller jobs on my car myself. It means a lot!

Most always, they have what I need. Great service, and they take care of everyone. You don't have to wait in a long line to buy a lightbulb like the chain understaffed parts stores.

These guys are always super helpful and knowledgeable about almost every time I come in there. They have great tips, and when they can they give advice that saves you money... highly recommend Stuarts.

Once again, the Google reviews proved right. Stuart's Auto Supply was my first choice, due to the reviews I saw. The customer service is top notch, and there to help you find whatever you need. And the prices are good.

Great employees working here. Someone came out to my car and opened a cap that was on too tight. He even put something on it so it would be easier to open next time.

I'm a rideshare driver and a good part store is invaluable. Even with discounts at the Big Stores,this store is my go to parts place.Everyone there is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with great prices too!Highly recommend you give them a try.

I have gone here for years. Occasionally I will call around to check pricing and they still have the best prices. Customer service is outstanding. As a single female they put on my wipers, install my headlight bulbs or others for me on the spot. If there was was an issue they try to make it right and are always so helpful. They are my first go to place. Highly recommend.Janet

Went with my sister-in-law to get something to fix her leaking radiator. One of the guys was so helpful helping her get the right thing. And a customer recommended a mechanic close by, should one be needed. Good thing to know on a Saturday. Thanks guys... paid AND unpaid.

Well stocked and we'll staffed with bi-lingual sales people. Always friendly. They have a mini-warehouse out back. They can get most parts next day if not in warehouse.

Stuarts auto supply is one of the best and most reasonable auto parts store I have ever been to. The workers there are always polite and very helpful, always answering my questions to the best of their ability. If they dont know the answer they find out from someone else that does. The prices are much more affordable than any other parts store I have been to before. Robert is the most polite and kind person I have delt with there. He will find the answer to any question you have. I personally think he needs a raise and he should be store manager!

Super friendly and helpful customer service which as a woman I really appreciate. Stuart's had the best deal in town on my new radiator and they made sure it was the right one. I will be back here again for all my auto part needs.

Always top notch customer service, best prices and in-stock parts. Last time they did not have an item they gave me the name and phone number of where I could get it. I have been going to Stuarts for the past 20 years and always have a good experience there. It is further from my house but always worth the drive. Highly recommended.

Being a mechanic I have a relationship with all the parts stores in Salem the advantage of Stuarts never have to double-check the price they'll get it for you the next day without having to prepay it. Pretty deep selection throughout the store. And the guys have always been cool I've never once been asked my VIN number

Stuart's parts store is the cheapest yet best store I've found in oregon. They have very good, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Thank you Stuart's I've been a customer for 3 yrs now.

I haven't been there for long time !! But I remember when I first started going there it was in late 60s early 70s I would drive 40+ plus miles to go buy parts.. Because their Service and Price was great !!! I looking to go there maybe next few days to buy some parts for my 1983 Ford Ltd!!
