Refered a client here since I used to know this shop to perform great work. Not only did they not service my client, but took the $500 my shop paid for services and never paid the money back. No response after several attempts to try and get the money back with 2 months. Would not recommend this shop.

After getting my window smashed in and my purse stolen I came to state street auto glass. The price was half the amount the place my insurance referred me to and he did it in the same day. I work out of town so driving down the freeway tomorrow morning would have been awful.

My grandpa paid for a windshield replacement and they didn't show up for his appointment in the morning. We went up the street and got an appointment there instead.

Over the last 5 years we have had 8 windshields replaced in various different vehicles and this is the only place that has let us down so far. Appointment was set for Monday got a call. Monday afternoon saying they could not be done until the next day was finally completed The next afternoon got the vehicle home to find the tint is nowhere near as dark as it should be and my brand new glass has razor blade marks Through the factory tent on the window And the tint has foam in between the tent and the window and is peeling up on all the edges this is 24 hours after installationService: Auto rear window replacement

This place is SKETCHY AF. I was concerned whether they could install the windshield and calibrate the lane sensors on my 2022 car & dude just blows up about it . It was comical that his response was just rattling off a list of expensive cars - I do Lamborghinis, Ferraris , BMWs, Maseratis, Mercedes, McLarens !!!

Stay away! Their installers seem clueless and rushed. Now, my windshield whistles while driving, and it's infuriating!

Terrible experience! The glass they installed had visible flaws, and they refused to fix it. Customer service is non-existent.

Zero stars if I could! They damaged my dashboard during installation, and getting them to fix it was a nightmare.

Augi the owner is a great guy, fixes windows for cheap and is easy with drop off times using the key drop. I live in a neighborhood where windows get smashed a lot. Used state auto glass over and over and had nothing but dream results. Payed for my rear windshield to repaired in FULL it's been over a month, and I have not heard back from them to complete the repair, and they will not answer my phone calls. Extremely shadey business and I've probably just got scammed.

Not super expensive! They gave me a wait time but it took longer then expected, but it wasn t on them it was the carrier taking forever to drop off the type of window for my car. The lady was super nice and giving me a ride back to work and offering to pick me up if needed.

Avoid at all costs! They promised a quick installation but took weeks, and the windshield leaks like a sieve!

This is the first time I have had the need to replace my windshield, was recommended this Auto Glass shop by the dealership. Received bland customer service when I wanted to know what was going on with my claim, was told I would get a call back but they never took my number down, and I still haven't gotten a call. Super disappointed, took my business else where. I have heard other people have had great success here with Natalie helping them.

Set up an appointment two days in advance, showed up a little early and sat there and waited for a half an hour. Didn t answer phone and you can t leave a voicemail because it s full. But on the bright side I was able to call a few places and find a comparable quote they took it in immediately and it was only 3 blocks away

Made an appointment a month ago for a simple windshield replacement. Dropped the car off at 10a. By 6p they hadn't even started the work. 7p they hand the keys over immediately after the install and send me on my way. Come to find out the car is supposed to sit for at least an hour for adhesive to cure but this was never mentioned. I chose this company because they have fair pricing and good google reviews, made a big mistake. Don't believe everything you read on the web!

A colleague recommended them to me and I can see why! They were super responsive and helpful in dealing with the complications of replacing windshield glass on a Subaru with Eyesight, and they had the best price of any place I checked. Natalie even picked me up from work so I could get to my car before they closed. The Eyesight is working peachy keen; such a huge relief to have to worry about paying to get it re-calibrated. Highly recommend State Auto Glass!

I would not make an appointment with them!!! Plane and simple..they don't show up and don't respond to any form of communications.. calling, texting and voice-mails that are full so you cant.. no responsibility on things they arranged. Not to mention sitting there waiting for about a half-hour. P.S. I only hit one star so I could post...

Awesome service! My Jeep windshield got shattered on a Saturday, State Auto had another ordered and installed Monday by noon! Definitely earned any of my future business!

They got me in very quickly for broken windshield. Originally recommended by a friend of mine that used them in the past.Friendly and quick. Did a great job. Will absolutely return if needed in the future

Went in to get a replacement windshield for my '95 Cherokee... The owner said he might have a good used one in stock, he'd call back... Sure enough, he had a perfect used one, half the cost!

I had an issue with replacing my rear window. These guys were great. Very quick and very proffesional job. I would recommend this business to anyone with glass replacement or repair issues.

I've taken 2 of my vehicles to them to have the windows tinted. They do nice work at a reasonable price, and are very nice to work with. Highly recommend!!

My 2000 Subaru Forester window was smashed out from thieves at the Shellburg Falls fern Ridge trailhead. Augustine at State St Glass gave me the best price and fixed it the very next day. Thanks!

The install was a bit longer than expected but it looks great. I would recommend to anyone needing a new windshield. The price was the best in town.

Worst customer service ever!! I would never recommend this business. Everyone standing around instead of working on my vehicle that has been here 2 hours longer then they had said.
