This place is great and the staff were friendly and professional. I needed my driver's side window replaced and thought it would take a while, but they were able to get me in the next day. In the meantime, they covered the broken window for me and vacuumed up the glass which was much appreciated! They have a window viewing area into the garage and it's clear they take great care and pay attention to detail. My new window looks and functions perfectly, I'm very happy with it.I chose them because of all the good reviews and they definitely met my expectations!

Just had a great experience at Speedy Glass. Mark is just the most professional and friendly guy ever. His staff did a great job and installed my windshield while I waited with my 4 year old. Highly recommend.

This place was great! Needed my passenger glass replaced and this location was exceptional to work with. When the insurance company made a mistake and sent the wrong replacement, the staff here was quick to remedy it and get my car back on the road all in the same day. Mark, Jennifer, Tom and all the staff were great! Will come back for any glass needs.

Not impressed with this place. NOT AT ALL. FIRST off they BROKE the microphone mount in my wife's Mercedes GL550. (See first pic). SECOND the windshield has strange "boxes" of clear areas the top and bottom of the windshield. This is NOT how Mercedes-Benz made these windshields. (See the second pic) That clear area to the right of the black shaded area? It is a long clear rectangle. It sticks out on both sides of that black shaded area behind the rear view mirror. The problem is that the area on this new windshield is NOT tinted like the rest of the windshield. So, the sun glare goes right through (see in the third pic). The ENTIRE windshields on these cars are TINTED from the factory. Well, not on this replacement windshield. There is a strange wide rectangle of CLEAR glass. Right where you NEED the tint, there isn't any. When we got there to pick the SUV up they told us that they "Cut some wires that go to the remote start. Whoever put in the last windshield must have glued it in place". First of all there is NO PROOF that the wires were glued in place. No proof whatsoever that THIS place did not make an error, cut the wires, and then blame it on someone else. ALSO, let's say that the wires were glued in, I would think that they would CALL US BEFORE cutting the wires or call us BEFORE we went to pick up the vehicle. Nope. So, they tell us "Your remote start might not work now". Great. They said "We reattached the wires as best we could". In addition they did not reattach the remote start antenna with new adhesive tape or adhesive of any kind back on the windshield where it was. One would THINK that a company that replaces windshields would have a roll of double sided foam tape, or something to reattach items of this nature back on the windshield where it was. Factory and non-factory items like this are attached to windshields all the time. Oh well, I have to have the microphone replaced anyway, so I will have to have the antenna reatttached correctly when I have that done, OUT OF MY POCKET. The fourth picture is the windshield in my GL550. The entire windshield is factory tinted. There are NO CLEAR rectangular areas on the windshield, and my microphone is not dangling like my wife's car. (My wife and I have identical GL550's as shown in the last pic. I posted the pic of both SUVs so you can see the differences in the windshields). So, there you have it. We have damage that we have to correct, BUT the worst part is this windshield. Nothing but GLARE right between the sunvisors and the windshield mount. I have NO IDEA why Speedy Glass sells these windshields. If I had to guess, I'd say that this windshield will fit more than one Mercedes-Benz model, and Speedy Glass saves money by having windshields with these non-tinted areas that other models might need. I really don't know. All I know is that our windshield looks bad. We get blinded by sun glare where we never did before, and our car was damaged. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! NEVER! I suggest that if for some reason you do go here, have them show you the exact windshield they plan on installing. Make sure it matches your factory windshield EXACTLY. If they do damage your car like they did ours, make sure that you have them repair any and all damage. You have been warned.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fast service and friendly employees. They've got free wifi so I was able to get some work done while they replaced my window. And they even vacuumed out the glass.Also their quote was 130 dollars LESS than Safelite.I highly recommend!

Very pleased with Speedy Glass. I spoke to Jennifer who got us scheduled. Our car was unfortunately broken into. There was not delay in scheduling and got our window replaced within a hour or two. I would go back to them if I needed services from them in the future. It is hard to find great customer service and was happy we got the help we needed and in a timely manner. Other glass places I called had to order our window in and wanted to charge us for shipping. I'm glad Speedy Glass worked with us and made this experience smooth.Service: Auto side window replacement

Very happy with Speedy Glass, had a busted out back window yesterday I called and they got me in the next morning. Jennifer at the front desk was awesome, technician Daren was very helpful even the kid that did the walk around was great.All in all very happy, thank you Speedy Glass for your help!!!!!

Brought my Tesla in yesterday with a fairly large windshield chip that was quite annoying to look at. In 30 minutes, Tyler did the chip repair and it turned out great. I have to look very closely to see where the original damage was. I couldn't be happier. My insurance carrier was very happy as well. I m always going here for my glass needs! I ll refer everyone I know to speedy glass as well. Everybody there was helpful, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions and they were happy to answer them! Jay replaced my two side windows and they look great. Jennifer was super helpful and kind! She answered all of my questions and ordered my glass right away! Mark was very communicative and helpful with insurance questions. Really let me down. After the manager said it would be no problem remounting my dash cam, Alarm switch, and glass breakage microphone attached to the inside of my windshield if I could get the double sided tape the stereo shop used to install all my items. I got the tape and gave it to them when I dropped the car off and showed the installer at that time again what was attached on the inside. He said okay and I left. When I picked it up the camera was in the wrong place very crooked and pointing to the passenger side of my car, my alarm button was sideways and hanging from one corner half stuck, half hanging. When I showed the installer he told me they did not remount nonstock items and felt he did an okay job. The opposite of what the manager told me. When I complained to him he referred me back to the installer rather than taking responsibility. And my windshield trim is missing 2 plastic caps covering screws, one on each side. I'm going back tomorrow to deal with that. I took it to my stereo shop after all that and had it all remounted. Speedy Glass let me down.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Wow let me say it again wow what an amazing service these people are providing over there. When I called Jen made it extremely easy for a next day appointment drop off. When I let them know that I was going to be working all day the technicians that fixed my glass drove my vehicle over to my work and dropped it off for me delivered my keys right to me. I cannot be more pleased with the service at speedy Glass the staff the professionalism thank you so much for your hard work

I had an amazing experience here when my windshield got hit by a rock. They were able to patch it up but I also got quoted for a new windshield just in case and they were very Transparent. Incredibly friendly people, will always take my business here for my windshield needs!

Rock last minute cracked my windshield on the freeway. They got me in the same day for the repair and I am not kidding when the people here have to be some of the nicest people I've ever met. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Not something you feel very often these days at services places especially. They put on new windshield wipers for me and fixed my crack in maybe 15 minutes? I came in for a windshield replacement this afternoon, after having no luck with competitors returning my phone call. Speedy Glass was generous enough to let my use some quiet office space to get some of my own work done. They did a great job with my vehicle and had me in and out very quickly.

I came to speedy glass because I needed a repair, I called on a Friday really hoping for a soon appointment and they got me scheduled for Monday, I spoke to mark over the phone and he was so kind, efficient and so helpful in providing me all the info I needed and even gave me the steps i needed to file a claim with my insurance!! Monday came and my appointment was so fast, people there are all so kind and welcoming!! Definitely recommend:) :)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Mark was awesome and the crew did a great job replacing my windows. They were quick. Called on a Friday and had the work done by monday(closed on the weekends). For my experience it was very well priced and the windows work great. I highly recommend this place if you need any auto glass work done! I was very impressed with the quick reply when I requested a quote, which was supplied to me in writing (emailed). When I called back to have Speedy Auto Glass in Salem, Oregon to ask they install the windshield in my Toyota Tundra, the options were clearly explained and we scheduled a time, date and location.Along the way the communication was very good and I appreciated the phone call from Wesley letting me know he was on his way over.Wesley was friendly and he didn t mind I watch as he quickly and efficiently removed and installed the windshield.I would highly recommend Speedy Auto Glass to anyone who needs glass replaced on their vehicle.Thanks and I hope this ice storm we are having (February 12, 2021) brings you lots more business. I was so stressed and busy a prior estimate told me I need to replace the whole windshield not only were they able to get me in right away but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Called to schedule a repair to the work they did replacing windshield. The gentleman said they usually do those warranty work in the shop but agreed to have the gentleman come out and service it in our area instead. I was greatly appreciative. However on the day he was supposed to come out, we received no call or no text nothing from them. Very disappointed! I have used them in the past and never had a problem with either communication or work that they have done.

Went in this morning to inquire about getting 4 rock chips fixed on my windshield. They were able to fix the chips right then and there and were done in about 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and they explained everything about the process very well. Overall I am very satisfied and happy with everything. Highly recommend!
