Easy buying experience, low pressure. I bought a used (not ford) car off the lot and it came with a full inspection, full tank of gas, full oil life, and limited warranty on the most important parts of the car. Honest dealership, takes their reputation seriously. Worked with Korey, he was great.

The Skyline team was absolutely amazing! Colby in sales was able to secure a hard to find Transit 250, and was a completely low pressure salesman, made me feel totally comfortable, and I know had my interests at heart as a buyer. Kurt, the sales manager, was able to make an amazing deal for Jeff to work with a local credit union to make it happen with credit that did not have much history. Thank you Skyline team!!

I Drove 100 miles from my home to purchase a vehicle at Skyline Ford. I needed to arrive before the dealership opened. The salesman Julian was very helpful and accommodated my request. Everyone that I met was helpful and kind. It made the buying process very easy. In and out in about a hour! Well worth the drive.Thank you Skyline Ford! Love the new Ride!

Let me start by saying that I really don't like vehicle shopping due to the slick, overaggressive salespeople that you run into. I was completely blown away by Korey Miller. He was so kind. I felt listened to and was immediately put at ease.He had a vehicle brought over from one of their other lot for me. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles and one more that once for comparison. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was given time by myself to look at the vehicles I was interested in and time to have private conversations with the person that I brought with me. There was no rush, no pushiness, no shady business. Juan did the financing and paper work with me. He was wonderful. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would without a doubt recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. They will be the first place I go if I'm ever in the market in the future.

A simple service request to replace battery and alternator resulted in insane amounts of mold growing inside the car. My guess is they left a window or door open as there was water in the passenger floor. It took a week to hear back from the center and they offered no help other than to ask me to bring the car back so they can charge me to diagnose if there's a leak. There's no leak, I've had the car for years in Oregon without it managing to grow mold, probably because I leave the windows and doors closed. Extremely disappointing service.

Buying a vehicle from a dealer was the furthest thing from my mind. I found this F150 that had most my wants. I set up an appointment with Garrett and took the truck for a test ride. The truck was cleaned up good with just under 100 k miles. I wasn't ready to spend the price at the time. Wife and I said no thank you and I continued to look. There's not many trucks out there with the options I wanted at a price that I wanted. Wife and I decided to make arrangements to purchase and the rest is history. I won't know until the time comes with the reliability and future service when I need it. I hope Skyline Ford continues to be number one in service.

I worked with Tony and he was exceptionally helpful. As an out of state buyer Tony made sure everything was in order ahead of time so that my experience at the dealership was efficient. He even went as far as coming to pick me up at the train station.

Over all I had a really good experience. I had not purchased a new/user car in the last 16 years and had it had to be 35 years since I purchased a car from a dealership. I had some trust issues going in but Mark the sales manager and Jack the Business manager were great. They answered all of my questions, treated my with respect and were very honest.I would do business with them again.

Services fast and friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. Some people like myself can get somewhat anxious when bringing their car in for repairs or even routine maintenance. However, the staff was very helpful and I was pleased that the work on my car was done quickly and at a fair price.

Just bought a truck from this dealership over the weekend and my experience was awesome. If you want to have a good time buying a vehicle I d recommend coming here. A great group of people, excellent service and the entire process didn t take any longer than a hour and a half. Victor U, was my sales guy he was a super chill and probably one of the best sales guys I ve had in a long time.

Took my transit in for a recall. Was told the part wasn't available in spite of multiple messages from corporate Ford that it was available. Service manager gave me a hard time about providing the part, even though it was booked as a recall. Was told I would have a shuttle ride home. Turned out that the ride wasn't available for more than an hour. I now know that the shuttle can't be counted on to be timely.

My salesperson, Sean, seemed very nice while speaking before traveling from Beaverton to check out a used vehicle. A little slow to respond, but people are busy, no big deal.When I got there, Sean was working with another customer. Instead of giving me an idea how long the wait would be, he just tossed me to another salesperson, Pat.Pat couldn't have cared much less about me. He wasn't rude or anything, but didn't engage in any conversation and new nothing about the vehicle. When I tried to ask some questions, he only provided me with service records done at the dealership with the precious owner and post-trade-in.I've had the car, a plug-in hybrid, for 4 days and discovering discrepancies in features the listing claimed and missing some important things - like the cord to plug the vehicle in to charge at home! I'm relegated to charging at public charge stations, eliminating a huge benefit over the regular hybrid.A few other notes:- They assumed I knew a lot of things I didn't as this was my first time buying from a dealership. Somewhat condescending when I asked for clarification.- Their finance guy LOVES to hear himself talk. I don't care about the couple you dealt with three years ago that had an argument in the store. I asked how much the warranty options were. Dude tried so hard to be relatable and act like he is broke, but could not grasp that I was paying outright and spending every bit of cash I had because my credit is awful and can not finance.- It doesn't seem like a bad place to shop, if you know how to handle dealerships. As someone who is just realizing how different it is from private dealers, I'd suggest learning how to or bringing someone along that knows how to work with these people. In the end, I feel like I overpaid and was not fully informed with the vehicle due to ignorance and/or lack of concern.

I would like to share that my experience was great, I came in and wasn't forced on any car. We looked at a car I liked and stuck with it, I also enjoyed the customer service with any questions I had. Super helpful, nothing was dodged when it came to my questions for the car I bought. I appreciated the honesty as it's a hard thing to see others have nowadays. These individuals did a great job at helping me out and even going beyond just regular customer service. By making me laugh at jokes as we wait for stuff to be processed, offering water or coffee while I wait and more. The waiting period also wasn't that long either.Thank you Jeff White, and the sales reps both Victor and Patrick. All three of you guys did great, you made me happy. I would indeed recommend any customers to check them out.

Got the truck with charging issues. Not happy.* Update 3/19 Corey from Skyline called to have me bring it in to make it right. It's still there as of Friday. We'll see what happens.*Update 3/23 Ford fixed it, and charged me a third of the repair. Giving them 4 for going as far as they did.

The Skyline staff were amazing! I went in pre-approved. They found me a better interest rate than my original approval. I got to drive the car alone and when I complained that there was very little fuel for a test drive they filled up the car before I left! I would 100% recommend Skyline!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot but never at anytime was there any pressure to purchase. His relaxed approach translated into a relaxed, pleasurable experience.My wife and I were both very pleased with the experience and we love our new truck!

Although I live in Washington state and Skyline is in Oregon, Garrett was very communicative about the specific model I was interested in purchasing. He knew I could wait up to two years for the model I wanted and notified me when the model I was interested was available for sale in house. This enabled me to purchase the truck I wanted without the wait and without having to buy a truck while I waited for an order to be built and delivered. Garrett is very pleasant to work with and was up front in all ways while working through the entire process. I d recommend Garrett and Skyline to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience.

I was happy a complementary shuttle was available fromm Skyline Ford in Salem BC I had to get my car towed in for service. Dennis was my driver. He was pleasant and remebered us from several years back! I can only hope my repairs go as smoothly as my experience today. Thank You Dennis!

Don Frederickson, the Fleet Manager is fantastic! I'm a former Apple Sales Manager and Operations Director, who really appreciates true professionalism in sales when I see it. And Don does a great job assessing a person's level of knowledge and he is super fun to just talk cars with (as I will have to admit to being a car/truck nut)! Plus, I have been blessed to have purchased 34 vehicles over my entire life, and still young in my early 50's. But also, I must say that I've never been in and out sooooo fast... for the final delivery of any vehicle I've ever purchased anywhere! Seriously, we bought a F-150 Lightning where everything could not have been easier. I even joked with Don over email...where I asked him, if he would be so kind to pre-apologize on my behalf to the Finance Person (who turned out to be Jeff White where I could immediately tell I liked Jeff right away too... just from Jeff's kind response). As I typically let Finance folks know up front I ve had a lot of cars over the years, and that I would be saying No Thank You a lot to everything they might be asking me from extended warranties, to etched glass and undercoating... again I was kidding about the last two. So I often joke that the Finance Folks usually don t care for me too much (but I m still nice and not a dork about things). My experience has always been positive, as it seems most times it s the inexperienced car buyer/customer who come in with bristled feathers. So I get it...and I would say to others who keep their vehicles longer than perhaps I have in the past... Skyline only offers a person things that might be nice to have. So there you go...that's my 2-� cents...you will be glad to talk to Don and Jeff (in finance) good guys! Hope this might help others out there.

Very professional experience. I enjoyed working with our salesman and finance. These guys are great and I would work with them again any time. We were having a problem with our trade in but they handled it right away. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and the deal that was made. Special thanks to Omar and Sage.
