Had a great experience buying a travel trailer!! Aaron Wabs is your man, he helped me find the trailer that fit my family and worked with my price range They definitely went above and beyond to help me get the travel trailer, everyone was super helpful and went way out of their way to help me 10 out of 10 would recommend. BEWARE! Bait and switch! Found an RV online, made contact and agreed to purchase it. They sent me a cost sheet and I agreed to the numbers. I then received a call from them a while later saying they wouldn't honor the pricing on their website. Was told they fat fingered the numbers.Hard to believe them when they said it was wrong on multiple different models. I then spoke with a manager who called me saying that he would do me a favor and get me a deal but refused to honor the price. When I brought up the bait and switch he got angry and said he would hang up and not help me.

We were in Salem for about 3 months. We wanted to buy a camper and went to tons of different rv dealerships. Not a single person was nearly as helpful or informative as Aaron the salesmen. We didn t buy from here because we found a camper outside of state that suited us better. But we got more helpful info from going in this place and speaking with Aaron than anyone else. If you go here ask for him immediately

They have really incredible deals online, then they do not honor those discounts when it comes down to purchase. Terrible way to do business, classic bait and switch to generate phone calls and leads

My husband and I had a great experience here, we never felt pressured and Aaron was so helpful he listened and showed us exactly what we were looking for.Frank is the man! He was reassured us he was able to help us with a good plan and he sure did help us.

We bought a trailer here the sales lady was great. However we bought the extended warranty witch cost $3000. 4 months later started having some problems with trailer,like leaks small problems. I thought! Took two months to get in for an appointment. Then come to find out NOTHING IS COVERED. So the very little they did do I have to pay. Surely not what I expected. In my opinion that is not good customer service . You would think this stuff would be fixed before the purchase. So the moral of the story I told them I will come pick it up.I will fix it MYSELF THANKS......

My wife and I bought our first Travel Trailer. Gage Burr was awesome. Answered all our questions. Was very patient. Thank you Gage. Thanks Frank. Thanks everyone at the Service Center. Everyone there was absolutely awesome. Also wanted to thank Dwayne for coming in on his day off an showing us how things work and hooking up. Thanks for everything.

Website says Collision Repair I drove 15 miles across town and they said they don't do fiberglass or paint work. The guy with short with me and didn't really care

If you are looking for an RV and wondering about Roberson RV Center, please allow me to weigh in. First, I was a "newbie" 8 years ago when I first started looking for an RV at Roberson. Second, since then I have purchased a Class C and a Class A ( as well as a Jeep from the Auto side ).As someone who has actually PURCHASED from them unlike some of these earlier reviews, I can say without question they offer superior product knowledge, as well as outstanding service after the sale. I actually purchased a 2022 Class A during Covid which was a crazy time in the RV world to say the least. Yet, throughout each step of the process Ron in Sales and Chris in service has been there for us. I felt good after first working with them back with our Class C but soon afterward, I felt GRATEFUL that I had chosen them as anyone who has owned an RV will tell you, yes, issues WILL arise. The only question is, how will the team you ultimately purchase from stand behind you ? Well, after all these years, I can say without question, Roberson will stand WITH you !

I have to give Roberson s RV service department team 5/5. Shawn, Aaron, Chris, Manager Bob and others, really went above and beyond to support our needs and make things happen. I will return to Roberson s in the future for all our servicing needs solely because of these men and their professionalism and care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

To the Rescue!!We have been on the road 80 days on an epic cross country trip from Virginia. The trailer tongue power jack stopped functioning. We were not able to lift and remove the trailer with the auxiliary hand crank either.We called the service department and Bob secured a new unit and had it installed ASAP. Being 3,000 miles from home with a mechanical issue is no fun. Our thanks to Roberson RV Center for getting us back on the road quickly.

I just want to caution every single person considering this dealer for an RV to check elsewhere. Believe me, a longer review is coming. With concrete facts with dates screenshots and photos of contracts/approvals. But the sheer lack of concern and consideration from this dealership has cost me $2,000 in travel expenses JUST for the week of 9/19-9/24. That s not including the additional thousands I will be out of my pocket in the coming months.How, magically, four days before someone is supposed to fly out and pick up their RV after signing the contract, is there a $9,000 valuation difference between what the bank will finance and the sales price. I found this out Thursday evening 9/14 and flight was set to leave detroit at 625am Monday morning, 9/18.People, please read their reviews. Go all the way back, the ones from 8-9 years ago are parallel to the experience I have encountered over this last month. Had I checked these reviews out back in August, I would ve saved myself a lot of stress and a hell of a lot of money. I will post a second review in the coming days.

My experience today was great. I stopped in the service department and I think the gentleman who was working was is named Chris. He was attentive, extremely pleasant and above all he answered my question without making me feel like a noob. He took the time to come out to my tow vehicle and talk with me about my hitch question. A positive experience for sure.

Aaron the RV nerd was the most polite and patient individual we have ever met!! We looked for a long time for an RV and ran into a lot of sketchy RV sales places. Once we found Roberson RV sales and service we knew this would be our final place to purchase our dream RV. The selection of trailers for sale was massive. The people that helped us were truly attentive to every detail and we were treated like we were the most important customer. Shopping for an RV can be exhausting and stressful but Aaron made the experience so enjoyable & gave us the best customer service you could ask for.

I first went to Roberson to check out the small RV's and I met Gage Burr I explained that I was only looking as my spouse wasn't on board with the idea of an RV. Gage was very easy going and I enjoyed looking at several models. I gave the information to my spouse and out of the blue my spouse wanted to g4o and look. I introduced Gage and my spouse ask what he wanted to see. Gage explained all the difference let us look at several choices with no expectation of getting a sale. Much to my surprise my spouse liked the look of the Winnebago View.To my surprise my spouse said lets get one. So we Did!! Working out the details was ease and they worked with us.Thank You Gage and Roberson we are looking forward to new adventures.

Like most dealerships they are busy and it takes a while to get an appointment.But they are honest, competent, accurate on their diagnosis and their completed work is quality.I have always dealt with Chris, and his communication throughout the process is outstanding. They will always return a call and answer questions, but in these busy times I appreciate they send a text after drop off and keep you up to date as things progress.Because great service is important, Roberson will be my first stop when I'm in the market for a new coach.

Overall not happy with their service.The travel trailer we bought has issues. We didn't get what we wanted either as they said we had 1 option. So many things that didn't add up.But it's the service that was bad more than anything.I'd highly recommend shopping around first to see who has the best prices and who actually wants your business.I might add more details later. But I just wish I had left 2 minutes into walking in there as right off, the customer service was horrible.

Today I ran into complications with a leak from one of the hoses going into the water heater in my trailer. I was between a rock and hard place as we are preparing to head out of town with zero time to spare. I called and talked with Shawn in the service center and I made my way to the service center. He went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. Within a short period of time I was taken care of and on my way. Vacation saved!! Can't thank Shawn and the team at Roberson enough. Great customer service, attention to detail and truly caring about me as a customer! Thank you.

Just in case you where wondering. We bought a travel trailer from Roberson and it is amazing. Very nice sale people. Took care of us from start to finish. Took are trailer out for the first time and setup was easy. As well as when we went to go home had a little trouble with the stabilizer jack on one side. Got it home, gave them a call and they got us right in. Thought it would of took a couple of day to fix, but they fix it quick and got are baby back the next day. Guys in the maintenance office made us feel right at home again. Great place with great people that work there.

I never write reviews , but felt I needed to share our experience due to our exceptional service.While traveling our trailer door lock / hand broke and we were not able to get inside. We were desperate to get it fixed so we could continue our journey. We stopped by Robertson RV center in Salem, Oregon ..and even though their techs were busy, Chris in the service department helped us! He was able to open up a window and climb in, plus he was able to get the door open! They also had the part in stock so they could get the door repaired and we were on the road in a hour!We are so grateful, and I highly recommend them for RV service.

The service department at Roberson RV has been helping us for years. Chris is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The service department has gone above and beyond in getting us outfitted with everything we need for our Oregon adventures. In all the years we have upgrading, adding to and modifying our RV, the technicians always have a solution and will jump in at a moment s notice to get us back on the road. The service department and all their professionals have made a lifetime customer in myself and all my family members. Thanks Chris for everything!

I purchased a Reflection Fifth Wheel from Roberson RV. When we picked up the unit we noticed the door did not open and close properly. We brought it up and the guy said he would get it taken care of. I called the service dept. and talked with Shawn we started a Warranty Claim for a front door that was bowed out 3/8". They need pictures so a complete set was taken and sent to Grand Design. They denied the claim. I went ballistic not at Roberson they were 100% behind me. I called Grand Design and got there Warranty Dept. all kinds of promises were made about how they stand behind the product. The claim was denied a second time giving a bunch of excuses to me. Shawn took a video of the doors problem opening and closing, still denied. They were told it was a major safety issue. didn't care.. We left on our 30th anniversary trip to AZ with a door we could only deadbolt. Before we left I talked with Chris and Shawn about the problem, I was assured they would keep working on it. When we got back 2 months later they told me I had a new door assembly waiting for us. My hats off td he Shawn, Chris and their warranty person for staying with it. THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN AT ROBERSON'S SERVICE DEPT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. THE WHOLE PROBLEM WAS MANUFACTURES AND NOT ROBERSON'STHANK YOU GUYSLARRY AND ANNE

My wife and I purchased a Grand Design Imagine 2500RL 3 weeks ago, and we noticed a few things were needing some attention. I stopped in at Roberson and talked to Shawn Meredith about these defects, I also told him that we were going camping in a few days. Shawn suggested to go camping, make list, and bring your trailer in the Monday after you get back. I told him that we have some trips planned, and they are stacked up pretty good. I took the trailer in this morning with my list that needed attention with one of the pass trough taking watater, and mention again to Shawn I have a trip Friday, he said no problem that they will get on it and I will have my trailer back Friday so I can go on my trip. Shawn Meredith has been honest, and has been really great to work with. He wants his customer to be happy and it shows with his attention to details. I wish my experience was this good with the sales part of this, not a good experience.

I highly recommend Roberson RV. I recently bought a used RV from them. First of all, Geoffrey Tucker was so easy to work with. I never felt pressured at all. I took a short trip & noticed the steering was off. Had tires balanced but that wasn t the problem. I had an inside rear tire that was bad. It was recommended I replace all 4 tears & Roberson stepped up & did this for me. I know they didn t have to, but they did. I appreciate them so very much & will recommend friends & family to go there. I ll go back too someday. Everyone there was nice, professional & easy to work with. Thank you all!!

The website says they're open on Saturdays I just arrived here on Saturday at 11:07 a.m. and they are closed on the weekends. They need to update their website I drove 20 miles to get here for nothing!
