Very awesome !! Fixed my oil leak so quick and thorough!! And very affordable! They did amazing work going above and beyond for me! I definitely would recommend them to a friend !:) the guy was super friendly and kind helping me with questions too! And I will definitely be coming back:)

spent a thousand dollars and job wasn t even done , car got even worse. said he did a timing chain and another mechanic said it was never done, if i could give 0 stars i would.

We are from Canada and were far from home on a road trip when our transmission light came on. We came to this auto repair place because it was the closest to where we were and one of the only places open on Saturday. We were a little nervous because the place was small with lots of cars in the lot, however, the guys were friendly. As we were from far away and were concerned about our transmission, these guys could have easily taken advantage of the situation and ripped us off. They could tell we were nervous and with our two little kids and we likely would have paid whatever to be able to get back on the road safe. They were honest and told us we should only need a transmission fluid change. They performed the change and charged us less than the original estimate, which was a reasonable price. Our transmission light has been off and the car has been running great for months since. This little shop likely saved us a lot of pain on our road trip. Thank you to them! I highly recommend. Very honest and dependable. I took my car thinking I need more work and the mechanic was honest and told me that I only needed break pads and not more than I thought. I appreciate an honest mechanic. Very affordable too! I won't go anywhere else! My wife and I spent a 7mile hike at silver falls, On our way back we stopped to Olive Garden for dinner. We finished at 5pm, We walked to our jeep, started it and it started screaming. I opened the hood and noticed my tension pulley was completely melted. I called Right price and they said they will see what they can do. They close at 6pm mind you. As soon as I pulled in, my belt came of and the car shut down. It's 6:18pm as I'm writing this in my hotel room in Albany. Great fast service, top notch, our hero! Thank you Thank you Thank you.

2 appointments made. Each time there tiny lot location remains full. No way to bring your vehicle on there property. Which means you end up parking at the business next door. Which I believe is some sort of V/A center with limited parking. The staff here speak Spanish not so good English at all so if the owner is not around you might be screwed

Exceeded all expectations. They have extremely low prices for the high quality work they do. They have worked on my car three times, and they beat out the price estimates i got from 15+ shops i called by around 30%. Ex. $700 for $550, $150 for $90, and $200 for $120. The work was completed on time and faster than other shop said they could do it. I highly recommend, give Ruben a call.Thank you- Mathew

I brought Right Price Auto my Mustang for a new clutch installation. They quoted me one price over the phone, and then they forced me into the uncomfortable defense of that quote when i arrived and they issued me a new quote $200 higher. Then, the clutch they installed lasted 400 miles of gentle driving. Now I need another clutch. I can't say they installed it incorrectly, because the parts they installed, picked out by me could be the problem. But they have no record of the transaction, won't stand behind their warranty since I picked out the parts, and so.... you figure it out. I will never take any car I own there again.

Right Price Auto Repair is by far the best place to depend on with your car, they provide great customer service, affordable prices and the outcome you want. I got a transmission all done by them, within the day I left it and never came back with a problem. I d like to thank them with this review for the outstanding business they are. Thank you Ruben.

Told me my car would be finished for $150 in an hour.. a week later somehow my bill is $800 and my car is still not fixed. They told me it was ready to pick up and when I arrive the battery is dead. After waiting 2 hours at the location I m told I have to come back tomorrow to get my car. During this process they have failed to call me back like promised at least 10 different times. I m very unhappy with this service and the manager.Service: Engine repair

They broke off all 4 bolts from the timing belt upper idler pulley during a timing belt replacement job and then called me and expected an extra $600 for the repair.It now required replacing the lower intake manifold because the upper idler pulley was now permanently attached to it because of the broken bolts in it.Instead of breaking off only one bolt and then calling the customer (me) they broke off all 4 bolts which placed me in that position.When they were "done" with the job they left three separate bolts missing at the top of the engine in various locations which I had to replace myself.During the valve cover gasket replacement, they did not follow my instructions to re-seal the camshaft caps and plugs.So my oil leak remains exactly the same as it was before all this.Long story short I barely got out of there with my bank account and my truck keys.I actually reported this entire shenanigan to the Better Business Bureau, but then later decided to retract the complaint. Not sure why I did that. But I did.Probably because after 3 hours of arguing we finally came to an agreeable price for the entire thing.Better Business Bureau responded by telling me the complaint is retracted, but their shop has been flagged and will be monitored for further customer complaints.

Do not recommend... as we spent over $600 to get our truck fixed and nothing got ever fixed and all they do here is take your money! everything they said they would do never got done and took days but they just kept giving excuses. Finally we took our truck to another mechanic who fixed every issue that never got fixed in the first place as it should have been. On top of finding out when we had our brakes fixed here, they never put the pin back in the Break and we could of had a tragic accident happen if it wasn t for the other mechanic we took the truck to, found this out And noticed this and let us know! Very disappointed in the service of this place and how they are even still in business!

Worst place to get your car repaired. We've been waiting for our car to get out since April. And they won't work on it unless you would pay full price (and the price isn't even that great) and if you pay partial, you gotta go back and see them to make sure they are ACTUALLY working on it. This place sucks and the owner is almost never in the shop and constantly says a certain part or something came up that they can't continue working on our car because they got 15 others backed up.Edit: We bought our Acura with 3,000. We've spent about 6,000 here, for literally four things. And whenever we get the car back, something else needs repair and then when we try to use the guarantee, they say it's something completely different and then its stuck at the shop for another three weeks. That was my only car so I could move for college in three weeks.

I went in and had my 2005 Kia sorrento oil, transmission and coolant changed, he came in 100-200 cheaper than the dealership would have been, would recommend this Auto repair for what ever you may need done to your vehicle, honest work at a good priceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They've helped me out so much, on numerous cars even. I pop in to say hi from time to time. Get to know these guys. It makes a difference. You won't find a cheaper price for auto repair.

Awful experience, I don t understand how I give them a brand new engine with brand new parts, yet once they put it together all my new parts were replaced with old ones, Also I hired them for engine work and my interior was thrashed and gone through DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL SCAM YOUService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

DESERVES ZERO STARS. Inquired about a vehicle they had listed for sale. It was salvage title and i had questions regarding the previous damage. The person cussed at me, insulted my personal vehicle and told me off for simply asking if they had pictures of the vehicle before it was repaired.

Just a suggestion for the mechanics here. Try test driving a car for more than 2 minutes when a car comes in with an overheating issue. Spent over 1000$ And 2 trips to the mechanic and my car still has the same issues. Not even going to bother anymore.
